Procore Technologies is hiring a Remote Senior Manager Legal Operations, CLM

    Job Description

We’re looking for a results-oriented Senior Manager, Legal Operations - CLM to join Procore’s fast-growing Legal, Regulatory & Compliance (LRC) Department. In this new role, you’ll transform the way we leverage our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution – Ironclad – ensuring that users can easily execute and report on revenue and non-revenue agreement types as we continue to scale. Success hinges on your ability to lead by example to deliver responsive solutions spanning a wide range of high-impact topics while fostering operational excellence, continuous improvement, and industry best practices in the delivery of contracting services across the organization.

As Senior Manager, Legal Operations - CLM, you’ll be a cornerstone of the Legal Operations team and the company’s dedicated CLM process expert, partnering with a variety of internal stakeholders, including LRC, Sales, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Procurement, IT, Internal Audit, and other internal operations leaders, as well as third-party service providers, to continuously drive scalable cross-functional process improvements and ensure our tools support them. You’ll use your broad understanding of in-house legal department practices, the CLM and analytics tools landscape, commercial contracting processes, customer service orientation, and diplomatic presence to drive improved value realization in the commercial contracting space by continuously improving our contracting practices and ability to leverage insights from those agreements. This is a rare chance to help shape the early days of the Legal Operations team you always wanted to work for but didn’t know existed. This role will provide critical infrastructure that enables the LRC Department and all commercial contracting stakeholders to support the company’s continued growth and success. Come join us!

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Legal Operations who leads our technology and insights team. This role can be remote or based in one of Procore’s U.S.-based office locations. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

    What you'll do:

    • Cultivate and own ongoing process and technology success of all LRC-owned agreement types on the Ironclad CLM platform, responsible for the operational support and continuing evolution of that business solution, aiming to increase the platform's value realization, including the full deployment of all appropriate generative AI capabilities and insights visualization to improve stakeholders’ data-driven decision-making

    • Own the Ironclad implementation across all agreement types, future-proofing our process and implementation by driving product strategy, roadmap curation, user story and requirements definition and prioritization, implementation, and enablement in support of healthy contracting and associated reporting use cases, both in proactive and responsive ways to ensure the solution remains in tune with current and future business needs

    • Partner with cross-functional Enablement teammates, pursue ever-improving delivery of intuitive training and self-service content to improve CLM users’ ability to leverage Ironclad while moving towards their business goals with speed

    • Translate between audiences who may not share obvious aligned interests, spanning technical, financial, legal, and other business audiences in every layer of the organization to help sharpen alignment on priorities and next steps on a wide variety of topics

    • Stay abreast of and advise on potential impacts of new developments, industry trends, and best practices in the markets in which we operate, including remaining an active contributor to the Legal Operations community

    • Provide timely advice and counsel to LRC and cross-functional leadership, deploying your project and program management experience to engage cross-functional teammates or third-party vendors to achieve desired business outcomes, turning ambiguity into opportunity and order

    • Provide highly structured and recurring updates to key cross-functional team members and executives to ensure the effective operations of CLM and associated agreement workflows.

    • Proactively manage risks and issues in partnership with all relevant stakeholders to mitigate avoidable impacts to the program and erosion of value realization, including by leveraging your primary vendor relationship with Ironclad

    • Lead or support additional LRC projects as needed, potentially including the ongoing ownership of longer-term programs

    What we're looking for:

    • 10+ years of relevant contract management process and technology experience (gained ideally at a SaaS or other high-growth technology company) in roles of increasing responsibility

    • 4+ years of demonstrated experience in business analysis and business solution design, including the delivery of outstanding process and requirement documentation, as well as the design of innovative business solutions in the legal and compliance space, preferably focused on commercial contracting

Hudl is hiring a Remote Engineering Manager - Club Sports

Building a team starts with valuing the team. We hire the best of the best to ensure you’re working with people you can constantly learn from. You’re trusted to get your work done your way while testing the limits of what’s possible and what’s next. We work hard to provide a culture where everyone feels supported, and our employees feel it—their votes helped us become one of Newsweek's Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces in 2023.

We also value sports. Not just because of the big wins and highlight-worthy plays, but because of the lasting impact sports can have: the lifelong lessons in teamwork and dedication; the influence of inspiring mentors; the priceless opportunities to play at the next level. Sports can change lives—that’s what we value.

Our team helps the world see sports differently through products that make it easier to capture video, analyze data, share highlights and do a lot more.

    Ready to join us?

    Your Role

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to join a team that’s building tools for customers at the highest tier of club athletic organizations. These clubs have unique needs for workflows like video capture, coaching tools, athlete analysis, recruitment, as well as organization and roster management. This is a chance to deliver real value to users in some of our highest opportunity markets, which have high growth potential and an immediate impact on the company.

    As an Engineering Manager, you’ll:

    • Work closely with cross-discipline leaders. You’ll plan and deliver enhancements across many areas of our product suite, as well as work in greenfield areas to Hudl to deliver new functionality and product features.
    • Coach your team. Our squads have the autonomy and freedom to find the best solutions with their expertise. You’ll be responsible for coaching, developing and serving the engineers on your team.
    • Participate in Scrum ceremonies. You’ll play a significant role in maintaining a strong team culture while building a diverse and high-performing roster to lead Hudl to success with our club market.

    Must-Haves

    • Experience in mature, full-stack web applications. You have 5+ years experience building across all levels of a web application, from the client-side code to the database.
    • Leadership. You’ve tackled ambiguous technical challenges, proposed solutions to upcoming problems, and provided technical input on others’ work.
    • Coaching and mentorship experience. You know that direct feedback and support are some of the best tools to help an engineer grow, and you’ve provided both to members of past teams.
    • Passion for fostering a collaborative culture based on trust. You firmly believe that teams succeed and fail together.
    • Pragmatic. You understand the balancing act between operating with a sense of urgency without sacrificing user experience, product quality or data quality.

    Nice-to-Haves

    • Formal managerial experience. Skills like career coaching or performance management will put you in a stronger position to succeed as an Engineering Manager at Hudl.
    • Professional background in C#, React, React-Native, MongoDB and/or AWS. Adjacent languages, frameworks and services used at scale are relevant experience, but direct background in our core technologies is a plus.
    • Previous product partnership. Engineering Managers at Hudl are strong partners to Product Managers, helping them solidify the team’s upcoming roadmap. Experience in these partnerships would be an asset to your skills.

    Our Role

    • Champion work-life harmony. We’ll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible vacation time, company-wide holidays and timeout (meeting-free) days, remote work options and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too.
    • Guarantee autonomy. We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you’ll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas.
    • Encourage career growth. We’re lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We’ll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing.
    • Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But whether you’re at the office or working remotely, we’ll provide you the tech stack and hardware to do your best work.
    • Support your mental and physical health. We care about our employees’ wellbeing. Our Employee Assistance Program, employee resource groups and fitness partner Peerfit have you covered.
    • Cover your medicalinsurance. We have multiple plans to pick from to ensure you’ll have the coverage you (and your dependents) want, including vision, dental, fertility healthcare and family forming benefits.
    • Contribute to your 401(K). Yep, that’s free money. We’ll match up to 4% of your own contribution.

    Inclusion at Hudl

Hudl is an equal opportunity employer. Through our actions, behaviors and attitude, we’ll create an environment where everyone, no matter their differences, feels like they belong.

We offer resources to ensure our employees feel safe bringing their authentic selves to work, including employee resource groups and communities. But we recognize there’s ongoing work to be done, which is why we track our efforts and commitments in annual inclusion reports

We also know imposter syndrome is real and the confidence gap can get in the way of meeting spectacular candidates. Please don’t hesitate to apply—we’d love to hear from you.
