Classy is looking for a Principal Partner Solutions Engineer to join our team! You’ll help shape the Partner Engineering function where you'll nurture technical opportunities within the nonprofit ecosystem and foster the growth of this pivotal function. You’ll have the opportunity to dive deep into both Classy and partner solutions, showcasing our offerings and driving new integrations, propelling Classy's mission forward.
What you’ll accomplish:
- Help design the Partner Engineering function at Classy -- what it's responsible for, how it interfaces with other teams, and how it'll grow and develop over time
- Work closely with internal and external partner teams in qualifying technical opportunities for Classy within the non profit technical ecosystem
- Develop a deep understanding of both Classy and partner products/solutions
- Present and demo Classy solution at field events
- Build and facilitate demos and technical validation events for partners
- Support from a technical standpoint business case for new out-of-the-box integrations/connectors with technology partners, in collaboration with Classy product marketing, product and engineering
- Support from a technical standpoint sales, product, and enablement sessions for partners
- Some travel required
What you bring (Required):
- 5+ years in engineering roles, preferably with startup exposure
- 3-5+ years experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or related role within enterprise SaaS
- Prior experience with APIs and integrations software
- Demonstrated experience architecting solutions for enterprise customers and partners
- Background in cloud, enterprise software and/or system integration preferably in the nonprofit sector (Salesforce and/or Blackbaud ecosystems)
- A passion for enterprise software, and a philosophy of using technology to help solve business problems
- Curiosity to learn and assimilate technical information quickly; enthusiasm to share and teach othersAbility to influence both technical and executive audiences (external and internal)
- Experience working directly with partners within enterprise software space

The expected US salary range for this position is $129,000 - $175,000 ($172,000 - $233,000 when potential target [commissions][incentives] are factored in) + equity + benefits. Your recruiter can share more about the specific OTE structure for this position during the hiring process.
