Role description
The Senior Frontend Software Engineer acts as a technical consultant and is responsible with proposing suitable technical solutions according with the project’s requirements and the best practices.
The role also includes development, design, and implementation of software products or ongoing business project. Engages in mentoring activities and collaborates with other team managers.

About the project
The client is one of the market’s leaders in providing one stop shop in automotive industry that plans and implements turnkey paint shops and final assembly systems and machine and robot technology.
The business need behind the project is the waste reduction in the process of car bodies painting and drying. The application will predict how a car body will behave in an oven with certain parameters based on data collected by different types of sensors. The data will be used for monitoring and controlling.
The scope of the project is improving the first-run-rate of a production system. In a first step, quality dashboards and reports show key performance indicators in order to improve transparency of the product quality status within a quality loop. Secondly, systematic quality problems are detected using smart pattern recognition.
Currently, there are 8 teams (over 40 colleagues) working in this project portfolio, covering various roles: software developer, quality assurance engineers, product owner, commissioning, scrum master, project manager.

The Direct Sales Consultant role is responsible for generating revenue from new logos, selling a set of services from Accesa’s portfolios, in the regions and industry prioritized by the Head of Sales Office (HSO) in alignment with the Company Business Objectives for 2022-2025. The Sales Consultant is responsible to develop and execute strategies that achieve sales targets and expand the potential customers database.
This role operates from the mindset of technical solutions selling, learning, and staying up to date with the services offered across the portfolio. It is expected to possess excellent presentation and communication skills and proving to be an active listener.
The Direct Sales Consultant understands the buyer’s needs and behavior, articulating the value proposition of Accesa in solving specific challenges.
The responsibilities include knowing how to build, develop and convert the pipeline to meet the sales targets, having a proactive attitude in line with Accesa’s core values.
The role requires excellent internal collaboration with the Presales Specialists, Solution Owners, Head of Delivery and with the technical presales’ engineers. To achieve market awareness and qualified leads, you are partnering with the marketing team to whom you provide information regarding the dynamics inside the market. To accelerate Accesa’s visibility and growth, you are responsible to develop your own network of contacts.
Understanding the structure of the prospected companies and the buyer’s persona gives you an advantage in the decision-making process, moving from a prospecting strategy to a winning strategy.
You’ll be able to take a sales lead from 10% qualification to a complex sales process and succeed, managing multiple stakeholders on the Accesa side, as well as on the buyer’s side.

Our projects range from developing new functionalities of existing products, to modernization or migration of systems and even full-cycle software development. We work within an Agile framework, mostly Scrum methodologies or hybrid options. The default technology stack for our collaboration is comprised of: Java 8, Spring, SpringBoot, Oracle, Javascript, HTML, CSS, React, Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services with some particular libraries included for different purposes. The client is one of the market’s leaders in providing one stop shop in automotive industry that plans and implements turnkey paint shops and final assembly systems and machine and robot technology.
The business need behind the project is the waste reduction in the process of car bodies painting and drying. The application will predict how a car body will behave in an oven with certain parameters based on data collected by different types of sensors. The data will be used for monitoring and controlling.
The scope of the project is improving the first-run-rate of a production system. In a first step, quality dashboards and reports show key performance indicators in order to improve transparency of the product quality status within a quality loop. Secondly, systematic quality problems are detected using smart pattern recognition.

Currently, there are 6 teams (over 40 colleagues) working in this project portfolio, covering various roles: software developer, quality assurance engineers, software architect, product owner, commissioning, scrum master, project manager.

Together with our customer, a world-leading provider of integrated solutions for production in the woodworking industry, we are building cross-platform apps - web, Android, iOS - that support the machine operators and technicians to fulfill their job more easily and more effectively, but also to have a better overview of the manufacturing state and process. The frontend development is covered completely by us - we outlined the architecture right from the beginning, which will ensure our future colleague a great means to develop his/her skills on the job and have a real impact on a cutting-edge enterprise project.
