The Senior Frontend Software Engineer acts as a technical consultant and is responsible with proposing suitable technical solutions according with the project’s requirements and the best practices.

The role also includes development, design, and implementation of software products or ongoing business project. Engages in mentoring activities and collaborates with other team managers.

Design and implement the technical solutions together with other experienced colleagues (Technical Lead, Architect etc.). Gradually expand your knowledge about the software development application lifecyle, code quality, performance and trends in the field.

About the project

The client is one of the market’s leaders in providing one stop shop in automotive industry that plans and implements turnkey paint shops and final assembly systems and machine and robot technology.

The business need behind the project is the waste reduction in the process of car bodies painting and drying. The application will predict how a car body will behave in an oven with certain parameters based on data collected by different types of sensors. The data will be used for monitoring and controlling.

The scope of the project is improving the first-run-rate of a production system. In a first step, quality dashboards and reports show key performance indicators in order to improve transparency of the product quality status within a quality loop. Secondly, systematic quality problems are detected using smart pattern recognition.

Currently, there are 8 teams (over 40 colleagues) working in this project portfolio, covering various roles: software developer, quality assurance engineers, product owner, commissioning, scrum master, project manager.

Your role will give you the opportunity to work with a cross-functional, multi-cultural and multi-site team.

As a member of the team, you will be a key player in the digitalization process of painting/drying equipment analytics, having the chance to gather knowledge about a rich technological context, the IoT field and the Digital Factory business area.

The Direct Sales Consultant role is responsible for generating revenue from new logos, selling a set of services from Accesa’s portfolios, in the regions and industry prioritized by the Head of Sales Office (HSO) in alignment with the Company Business Objectives for 2022-2025. The Sales Consultant is responsible to develop and execute strategies that achieve sales targets and expand the potential customers database.

This role operates from the mindset of technical solutions selling, learning, and staying up to date with the services offered across the portfolio. It is expected to possess excellent presentation and communication skills and proving to be an active listener.

The Direct Sales Consultant understands the buyer’s needs and behavior, articulating the value proposition of Accesa in solving specific challenges.

The responsibilities include knowing how to build, develop and convert the pipeline to meet the sales targets, having a proactive attitude in line with Accesa’s core values.  

The role requires excellent internal collaboration with the Presales Specialists, Solution Owners, Head of Delivery and with the technical presales’ engineers. To achieve market awareness and qualified leads, you are partnering with the marketing team to whom you provide information regarding the dynamics inside the market. To accelerate Accesa’s visibility and growth, you are responsible to develop your own network of contacts.

Understanding the structure of the prospected companies and the buyer’s persona gives you an advantage in the decision-making process, moving from a prospecting strategy to a winning strategy.

1.       Sales management

About the project

The client is one of the market’s leaders in providing one stop shop in automotive industry that plans and implements turnkey paint shops and final assembly systems and machine and robot technology.

The business need behind the project is the waste reduction in the process of car bodies painting and drying. The application will predict how a car body will behave in an oven with certain parameters based on data collected by different types of sensors. The data will be used for monitoring and controlling.

The scope of the project is improving the first-run-rate of a production system. In a first step, quality dashboards and reports show key performance indicators in order to improve transparency of the product quality status within a quality loop. Secondly, systematic quality problems are detected using smart pattern recognition.

Your team 

Currently, there are 6 teams (over 40 colleagues) working in this project portfolio, covering various roles: software developer, quality assurance engineers, software architect, product owner, commissioning, scrum master, project manager.

Your role will give you the opportunity to work with a cross-functional, multi-cultural and multi-site team. As a member of the team, you will be involved in the digitalization process of  painting/drying equipment analytics, having the chance to gather knowledge about a rich technological context, the IoT field and the Digital Factory business area.

Daily responsibilities

Hands-on product development:

  • Development of features and bug-fixing in an environment which offers assistance, help and guidance from more senior colleagues, to mix productive work with learning
  • Identifying properly the needs of the application and the best way of implementing them
  • Hunt and fix bugs: Validate the proposed solution with more senior colleagues from the team
  • Completion of assigned task within the agreed estimation, if any, or else, to report in a timely manner
  • Pair with other developers and learn the software development process and life cycle of a feature request
  • Document the work (in Jira, Confluence) and follow the “Definition of Done”

Communication:

  • Asking questions until their understanding of a subject matter is clear for their purposes
  • Pair with others to improve skills
  • Maintain communication regarding progress of work
  • Raise questions and clarify any ambiguity they have with a task

We are looking for an enthusiast Business Analyst who can adjust to different business contexts in order to identify functional and technical solutions for the application's development.

As a BA, you'll become one of the most valuable assets of the company by playing the role of a facilitator who bridges the gap between Business and IT on various projects.

As a BA you will play the key role in a project life-cycle by ensuring that the final solution meets the customer’s needs and objectives. Your responsibilities will be the following: 

  • Be the main contact person for the customer and be in direct contact with project stakeholders, UI/UX Designer, PM, Development, and Testing within the software development process
  • Aim to understand both business and market context
  • Identify business needs and high-level project scope
  • Analyze AS-IS and TO-BE state of the product
  • Participate and lead functional kick-off workshop
  • Engage in clarifying, documenting requirements, but also in the business process modeling as part of the requirements/stakeholder management
  • Manage the product backlog and work closely with the Product Owner/Product Manager on the customer side for road-map and prioritization
  • Plan and refine the product backlog with a focus on delivering valuable increments, taking into account all three perspectives – user, business, and technical
  • Monitor and control project scope/alignment with business goals and roadmap

Our customer is building/modernizing their insurance global platform while using the scaled agile framework and needs support primarily on the business analysis side in order to achieve their goals in an effective manner.

Your team will have diverse skills, from Business Analysis and Testing to Project Management and Software Development. Given its size, the project is split into several areas where each team consists of 5-15 members. In terms of efficiency, our core is focused on strong communication, both within the team and with our peers from the customer side. Qualifications

  • Spoken and written fluency in German and English is mandatory
  • 2-5 years experience working in (agile) software development projects
  • Experience with QA/testing and/or with requirements engineering

  • Any development experience (especially Java) is a plus
  • Good understanding of the business context and of the technical context as well

We are helping our client to achieve its goal of being Germany's fastest growing financial services provider. Using our expertise, we are developing new business models and offers along their customer's journey. From joint ideation with other teams to pragmatic implementation - always based on agile methods such as design thinking or lean startup.

Your team
Current team: 1 PO & 1 SM (from client side), 2 Java Back-end developers & 1 Frontend developer from Accesa side. Technical topics are discussed with all the team and the solution is decided together.
