What You Will Do:

  • Verifying approval of all vendor invoices and check requests.
  • Processing vendor invoices accurately, in a timely manner and in accordance with departmental procedures; and preparing payments by verifying documentation, and processing disbursements.

Your Qualifications: 

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
  • CPA certification
  • 3-5 years of accounting/AP/AR, and GAAP knowledge.
  • Prior experience using integrated accounting software, or exposure to similar types of accounting software.
  • Knowledge of Google Office suite
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working with and maintaining confidential and sensitive information.
  • Demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior.

About The Position

AccuLynx is looking for a Mobile Product Designer to join our growing team, passionate about designing application interfaces for desktop and mobile devices. The ideal candidate lives and breathes mobile application design and understands the mobile product delivery lifecycle. The ideal candidate will also understand the human factor and design standards for iOS and Android platforms and has a proven track record for designing useful and usable mobile apps.  They should be able to lead design work based on clearly defined business goals and work within a team to iteratively develop solutions that align with defined product requirements and design standards. Mobile Product Designers are expected to be team players, take direction and synthesize it into a cohesive vision, participate in design workshops and user research, and help define the user experience requirements for the mobile products they are designing. As a Mobile Product Designer, you will work as part of a team, collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers. You will be expected to deliver creative thinking and design ideas that improve the experiences our customers have with our software as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously. 


This position reports to our VP of Product and Design.

Responsibilities

 

  • Create Mobile App Design and user interface solutions for AccuLynx mobile applications
  • Provide the ability to deliver high-quality mobile app designs to customers 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process
  • Participate in the development process from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintain
  • Stay abreast of UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.
  • Continuallyresearch and track advancements in mobile application design patterns, Staying in the loop
       and on top of the latest standards, changes, and trends in the mobile design field.
  • Unpack design problems, breaking them down into viable and actionable chunks and solving them with
        clarity and precision.
  • Work with Product Managers to understand our customer's needs based on real-world context
  • Receive high-level direction and deliver detailed prototypes, wireframes, and visual compositions to   

    communicate your ideas.

  • Develop visual comps, wireframes, and process flows
  • Champion great ideas verbally and through design artifacts that communicate those ideas
  • Participate in design workshops, creating multiple concepts around a given set of requirements
  • Have an expert sense of composition, typography, and color theory


 

Skills & Qualifications

 

  • 3-5 years of related experience in UI & visual design for mobile applications
  • A bachelor’s or higher degree in visual communications, interaction design, human-computer  
      interaction, cognitive science, or related field

  • An understanding of design strategies that facilitate product improvement incrementally over phases
