Android Test Automation Engineer

We are looking for an Android Test Automation Engineer to complement our agile software team. Bevi is a hardware & software company: our software controls the hardware that makes the Bevi function, and each Bevi has an embedded tablet connected to our cloud backend. As such, our Android Test Automation Engineer role is a dynamic, demanding, integral, and mission-critical role to the product’s function. As a Software Engineer in Test, you will be involved in all of our software and hardware.

This role is not remote and based in our Boston (Charlestown) headquarters, a minimum of 3 days per week.

What you will do:

  • Work with the Software team to automate test cases to drive the continuous quality of software releases.
  • Write test automation scripts against our Android apps and TypeScript frontend.
  • Champion verification of software releases 
  • Continuously monitor the stability and performance of our machines and services. Escalate problems and suggest improvements
  • Find, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through resolution
  • Act as an advocate for standardized operations and processes
  • Contribute to our knowledge base by creating technical how-to articles
  • Ensure service level standards by responding to and escalating production issues involving our mobile, cloud and web software
  • Use data analysis techniques to find the root cause of problems and suggest fixes to Software team

  • Proficient in a programming in Kotlin or Java
  • 4+ years of experience with software testing and automation
  • 2+ years of directly contributing to the periodic release process
  • Experience with at least one testing toolset such as Espresso, Selenium, Cypress, etc.
  • Experience implementing a test framework and automation pipelines
  • Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement new procedures and processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of our product
  • Superior ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in a systematic way
  • Attention to detail and analytical, methodical, proactive approach
  • Experience with issue tracking and test management tools
  • Ability to explain technical problems and solutions to non-technical users

We are looking for a dedicated Channel Marketing Manager to drive the strategy alignment, development, and execution of various partner programs by collaborating with our external partners and internal teams at Bevi. Our ideal candidate must have prior experience building strategies for various partner marketing channels. You will be a primary marketing contact for our domestic and international partners on the marketing side — excellent relationship building skills are a must.

The core of this role is to develop and execute a holistic partner marketing plan. You will also be responsible for driving the creation of marketing content, campaigns and successful partner events. This role reports to the Director of Product Marketing. 

 Responsibilities

  • Establish strong relationships with the marketing teams and counterparts of our national, regional, and international partners, working closely with our internal Partner Managers and Sales Directors. 
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of multi-channel partner marketing programs and campaigns to drive demand generation.
  • Work closely with the Product Marketing Director to enhance the growth of partner marketing strategies and recommend solutions to develop joint marketing programs with partners.
  • Collaborate with and support the Demand Gen team to execute direct mail and ad campaigns, and virtual events with partners.
  • Work with the Marketing team to design partner collaterals, including presentations, emails, brochures. 
  • Support the Content Manager in the creation of partner case studies and our monthly partner newsletter.
  • Support the creation and management of a dedicated Partner Portal from the marketing side working closely with cross-functional teams.

    We are seeking a well-rounded Senior Industrial Designer to join our Product Team reporting to the Head of Product and Cofounder. As a Senior Industrial Designer, you will lead design and research activities from market research and customer interviewing, through concept development to product launch. You will collaborate with Product Management, UI/UX Designers, Engineers and Program Managers closely to bring to life future machine iterations. You design for our brand experience: innovative, easy and delightful to use, approachable look and feel, and thoughtfully designed for all our stakeholders from office drinkers to service technicians.

    Responsibilities 

    • Conduct user research in the field on a regular basis with our customers to build empathy, gain insights into user needs, synthesize the learnings, and translate them into design improvements.

Your goal is to get in front of prospective customers so they can envision the Bevi experience. 

    We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and sourcing new business opportunities and expanding our customer base within your assigned territory. You will play a crucial role in promoting Bevi’s sustainable beverage solutions to a wide range of clients, including offices, hotels, gyms, and other businesses.

    Candidates must be located in the greater Charlotte and are required to conduct regular live visits to client offices in the local area.

    Success in this role is measured by quota achievement. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, cold office walk-ins, networking, and attending industry events.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis and develop strategic target lists to identify high-probability business opportunities for the assigned market.
    • Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the benefits of Bevi’s solutions.
    • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead qualification to closing deals and ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience during onboarding.
    • Collaboration: Partner with marketing, customer success, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and drive successful market growth.
    • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM software. 

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
    • Willingness to perform local live visits 3-4 days a week. 
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Skills:

    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
    • Ability to set goals and overcome challenges to achieve them. 
    • Ability to quickly learn through candid coaching conversations and performance data. 
    • Ability to deal effectively with a wide range of personalities.
