The Role:

The Area Trainer (AT) delivers the core education initiatives to field and retail employees. The AT helps to develop, instruct, educate and demonstrate the Charlotte Tilbury core values, makeup artistry, product knowledge, social acumen and our M.A.G.I.C service experience. They support healthy sell-through and maintenance of key franchises by overseeing the delivery of relevant and on-time core education & event initiatives. They are responsible for ensuring a consistent Charlotte Tilbury brand experience that meets/exceeds company sales and service standards. This will be accomplished with leading on-boarding, seasonal trainings, new launch trainings, retail account trainings, in-store development, and special events. The position requires that the individual also manage company assets and expenses.

Location: Open to candidates located in Los Angeles, California.

Role Accountabilities:

Ensure Educational & Sales objectives are met by:

  • Delivers seasonal territory objectives, priorities, and goals (seasonal launches, new account openings, and special events.)
  • Executes seasonal education plan in stores. Owns preparation and follow-up.
  • Ensures strong follow-up action plans for all training moments.
  • Works in tandem with retail partners to coordinate scheduling of all basic, seasonal, promotional, event, and in-store education.
  • Provides feedback on counter team, sales team and brand expert performance.
  • Implements all Charlotte Tilbury education and training initiatives to achieve desired business results.
  • Monitors training needs of assigned market to plan and lead all trainings.
  • Responsible for educating retail accounts and brand experts to improve sell through & sales volume.

  • Assessing and communicating the effectiveness on training initiatives to Regional Education Manager.
  • Evaluating training needs and conducting in-store support and in-store trainings based on the needs of the business.

Employee Development:

  • Create and maintain an atmosphere in store geared to achieving sales goals.
  • Ensure staff delivers consistent, excellent service in accordance with the Charlotte Tilbury standards.
  • Observe and provide collaborative, hands on feedback to teams on makeup ability, service and selling skills.
  • Oversee and conduct certifications in a timely manner for all Charlotte Tilbury employees prioritized by door volume.
  • Ensure lucrative and competitive sell through of new launch and hero products through in store training on product knowledge and technique.
  • Follow up on all core trainings in store providing feedback, partnership with the Account Executive and Account Coordinator and side by side leadership to yield results.
  • Assist field team in implementing measures to reduce and minimize staff turnover.

Financial Accountabilities:

  • Ensure the timely submission and accuracy of company credit card expenses, expense reports and company-owned asset forms.
  • Responsibility in reporting and maintaining personal and training budget within fiscal year.

Reporting Relationships: Reporting to the Regional Education & Events, Manager - West

Key Selection Criteria:

  • An ability to lead and provide guidance to a set team while managing multiple priorities.
  • A proven history in adult learning and instructional training.
  • Ability to travel 75%.
  • Ability to travel to New York Fashion Week twice a year.
  • Must be able to create winning partnerships with retailers.
  • Advanced customer service, artistry, social media, and public speaking skills.
  • Experience with multiple retailers, including Nordstrom and Sephora.
  • Ability to manage and lead high-volume activity.
  • Ability to work independently with integrity and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and oral.

Base Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00**

The Role:

The Sales and Artistry Coordinator is responsible for representing the authority in the industry through sales, education and artistry for a large multi-retailer territory. The Sales and Artistry Coordinator is responsible for the effective and efficient operations of the Charlotte Tilbury account in both Department and Specialty stores. An ambassador for the Charlotte Tilbury brand, the Sales and Artistry Coordinator is always reflecting the brand values with the Charlotte Tilbury 5 P’s Professional, Proactive, Passionate, Prescriptive, and Potential. Responsible for achieving optimal financial results by maximizing top line sales potential and ensuring superior service to our customers. Overseeing the day-to-day operations on counter, the Sales and Artistry coordinator is also responsible for strategizing future needs while executing with excellence: sales, brand engagement, merchandising, operations, training, and retail relationships. This role exudes passion and enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury to the customer and in store support teams, which results in achievement of overall territory sales and strengthened Brand awareness.

 

Role Accountabilities:

Sales

  • Drive financial results in store to meet and exceed plan including Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) – examples; Mix of Business (MOB), 0 + 12 Budget (Sales Plan), door ranking, and product ranking.
  • Determine individual and team sales targets to meet and exceed plan.
  • Communicate agreed targets and work with direct reports to identify and deliver sales objectives.
  • Identify and execute key and incremental Eventing opportunities to bring Tilbury theater to the in-store experience to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Inspire and motivate CT door teams to drive sales via the “Tilbury Touch” when Sales & Artistry Coordinator is not in door.
  • Participate in regional meetings, team conference calls and regular touch bases to share best practices and create solutions to address business needs.
  • Analyze business performance and proactively suggest improvement opportunities through artistry, education and operations.
  • Responsible for being a specialist amongst the retail artistry brands, demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit within the parameters of the company guidelines.
  • Think creatively to ensure business growth year over year.

 

Customer Service

  • Lead by example at all times to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service to drive brand awareness in door.
  • Identify ways to improve Charlotte Tilbury service extending through retail employees via in store support, training and eventing.
  • Manage customer queries, using sound judgement and a goal of achieving positive outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with the Education team to provide continuous, relevant, and effective training and development. This ongoing development should be both internal and external to ensure Charlotte Tilbury standards are achieved in areas of service, artistry and product knowledge.
  • Drive the omni journey by promoting Charlottetilbury.com and our Virtual Services, when appropriate.
  • Proactive use of the Retailer customer database for direct clientele opportunities in the air and on the ground.
  • Provide an atmosphere that motivates and inspires MAGIC service, both internally and externally.
  • Lead by example through continuously improving and evolving personal artistry skills.
  • Personally maintain a professional appearance and ensure the team aligns with the CT dress code including both makeup and attire.

 

Team Development

  • Proactively anticipate staffing and support needs for driving sales.
  • Create a positive, cohesive, cooperative team culture in store.
  • Facilitate high impact trainings that include key in-store Retailer trainings (ie: Sephora Sales + Training visits / Nordstrom Stay and Play).
  • Create and maintain an atmosphere of open and positive communication, professionalism, and creativity through team meetings, trainings and a collaborative leadership style.

  • Encourage completion of LMS courses and provide follow-up on retention checks.

Operations

  • Implement door development plans and schedule support to address business growth needs.
  • Ensure that the counter is ‘customer ready’ from open to close of business.
  • Maintain the required inventory levels and accurate stock files; escalate inventory needs as directed by channel to optimize sales.
  • Schedule to optimize coverage according to customer flow and business needs.
  • Control store expenses (i.e. counter consumables) within budget guidelines.
  • Implement visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement as directed by the Magic office.
  • Maintain excellent counter hygiene standards.
  • Maintain technology on counter, to include screens, iPad and music.
  • Raise operational and VM issues for resolution in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the timely submission and accuracy of expenses, financial tracking of expenditures and other company owned asset forms.
  • Accountable for completing all administrative assignments by their due date.

 

Store and Retail Partner Relationships

  • Establish and develop a cooperative and mutually respectful relationship with the entire store team.

About the role

As a Digital Media Executive, you will execute regional full funnel paid media strategies and help drive growth under the direction of a manager. You will work within our Agile Media Team, cross-functionally with the wider Performance Media team and other departments (broader digital, trade and global marketing) to implement multi-channel campaigns to help drive awareness for new product launches, always-on initiatives and driving footfall to Local on the ground events. Operating within a hyper-growth environment, you will be a key player in driving growth in brand awareness and new customer acquisition. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to expand on their existing paid media experience and take on a challenge in-house. The role will be suitable for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, multi-tasking, and entrepreneurial environment.

Please note this role will be a 12-month fixed term contract.

 As a Digital Media Executive you will

  • Create, manage, and optimise Paid Social and Display campaigns across multiple platforms according to media plans.
  • Support local marketing teams with awareness-consideration digital media buying for their respective regions.
  • Assist in budget management and optimisations across multiple platforms to continually increase campaign efficiencies.
  • Take ownership and deliver regular performance reports/ updates to various relevant stakeholders and recommend changes based on results.
  • Collaborate with other channel partners (internal & external) to deliver and optimise the full customer journey.
  • Build a strong relationship with the content and creative team to create best-in-class assets for campaigns that align with platform best practises and are optimised for local markets.
  • Build a strong relationship with local marketing contacts to provide cross-departmental synergies between Global and Regional teams.
  • Continually acquire knowledge and identify new opportunities by maintaining strong relationships with key platform vendors.

Who you will work with

  • You will be reporting directly into the Digital Media Manager.

About you

  • Excellent hands-on experience in full funnel multi-channel media buying (Meta, TikTok, YouTube etc.), preferably from a high-growth company or agency.
  • Experience in social commerce (TikTok Shop & Instagram Checkout) would be a plus.
  • Experience activating campaigns across multiple creative formats, in various environments, preferably across international markets.
  • Experience in managing the creative/ content briefing process.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to manipulate data to identify and recommend optimisation and growth opportunities.
  • Experience in DTC brands in beauty and/or luxury sectors would be a strong bonus.
  • A flexible self-starter with a can-do attitude, willing to go the extra mile to deliver results.
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex channel level observations into actionable insights.
  • A people person who can work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders internally and externally.

They support healthy sell-through and maintenance of key franchises by overseeing the delivery of relevant and on-time core education & event initiatives. They are responsible for ensuring a consistent Charlotte Tilbury brand experience that meets/exceeds company sales and service standards. This will be accomplished with leading on-boarding, seasonal trainings, new launch trainings, retail account trainings, in-store development, and special events. The position requires that the individual also manage company assets and expenses.

Role Accountabilities:

Ensure Educational & Sales objectives are met by:

  • Delivers seasonal territory objectives, priorities, and goals (seasonal launches, new account openings, and special events.)
  • Executes seasonal education plan in stores. Owns preparation and follow-up.
  • Ensures strong follow-up action plans for all training moments.
  • Works in tandem with retail partners to coordinate scheduling of all basic, seasonal, promotional, event, and in-store education.
  • Provides feedback on counter team, sales team and brand expert performance.
  • Implements all Charlotte Tilbury education and training initiatives to achieve desired business results.
  • Monitors training needs of assigned market to plan and lead all trainings.
  • Responsible for educating retail accounts and brand experts to improve sell through & sales volume.

  • Drives the execution of the Learning Management System platform including completion rates, retention checks & KPI reporting.

  • Assessing and communicating the effectiveness on training initiatives to Regional Education Manager.
  • Evaluating training needs and conducting in-store support and in-store trainings based on the needs of the business.

Employee Development:

  • Create and maintain an atmosphere in store geared to achieving sales goals.
  • Ensure staff delivers consistent, excellent service in accordance with the Charlotte Tilbury standards.
  • Observe and provide collaborative, hands on feedback to teams on makeup ability, service and selling skills.
  • Oversee and conduct certifications in a timely manner for all Charlotte Tilbury employees prioritized by door volume.
  • Ensure lucrative and competitive sell through of new launch and hero products through in store training on product knowledge and technique.
  • Follow up on all core trainings in store providing feedback, partnership with the Account Executive and Account Coordinator and side by side leadership to yield results.
  • Assist field team in implementing measures to reduce and minimize staff turnover.

Financial Accountabilities:

  • Ensure the timely submission and accuracy of company credit card expenses, expense reports and company-owned asset forms.
  • Responsibility in reporting and maintaining personal and training budget within fiscal year.

Reporting Relationships: Reporting to the Regional Education & Events, Manager - West

Key Selection Criteria:

  • An ability to lead and provide guidance to a set team while managing multiple priorities.
  • A proven history in adult learning and instructional training.
  • Ability to travel 75%.
  • Ability to travel to New York Fashion Week twice a year.
  • Must be able to create winning partnerships with retailers.
  • Advanced customer service, artistry, social media, and public speaking skills.

About the role

A newly created member of the Global Product Marketing team, the Global Product Marketing Executive will support the team with innovation strategy based on consumer, market and data insights, best-in-class product presentations to drive business excitement and approvals and easy-to-choose, easy-to-shop portfolio navigation, through collaboration with copy, visual merchandising and campaign marketing teams.

About the role

As part of the payroll team, this role’s primary responsibility is to manage the day-to-day administration of the payroll process across our UK & EMEA populations. This role is critical in supporting the payroll team in ensuring we deliver a smooth and efficient service to all employees across the business.

As our Payroll Assistant

  • Assist with the end-to-end processing of payroll for employees on monthly basis.
  • Enter payroll-related data and maintain accurate records of employee information, salary changes, benefits, and deductions

About the role

We are looking for an inspiring Store Design Project Manager who will be managing key store design projects in Southern Europe. This involves managing projects from initial creative concept to store opening. This role includes fostering exceptional Charlotte Tilbury customer experience within cost, schedule and operational requirements.

Please note, this role is based within our London Head Office, supporting key store design projects in Southern Europe. There will be some travel required in the Southern Europe region.

As a Store Design Project Manager, you will

  • Ensure design standards and concepts are maintained in all architectural details and managing design packs for internal approval, and external /retailers sign of process.
  • Manage, assist, and develop Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Inc. consultants, including ME engineers, external PMs, and architects.
  • Understand and interpret DDA and building codes & ensure apply for relevant building applications where applicable eg. Advert consent.
  • Perform material and detail research with suppliers and consultants for architectural store design elements with consideration to construction standards, maintenance, operations, and procurement needs.
  • Ensure that the execution of assigned projects is in alignment with Brand strategy, project schedules and project budgets.
  • Communicate effectively via verbal and drawing skills. Work closely with design team to review and obtain approval of manufacture drawings for design integrity and safety standards for assigned projects.
  • Provide and manage CPA for all store design project and present updates to the business. Manage the whole process from design to execution.
  • Identify and propose solutions to resolve issues that can impact project schedule, cost, or design integrity on multiple projects. Attend installation of new concessions and stores monitoring standards and snagging issues.

Who you will work with

  • You will report directly to our wonderful Head of Store Design & VM for Southern Europe, working alongside some highly creative and talented individuals within our wider VM & Store Design EMEA team.
  • You will also work cross functionally within EMEA, with teams such as Commercial, Retail, VM, PR & Global, as well as external suppliers and partners.

About you

  • You have demonstrable experience in a similar role within Project Management in Store Design, alongside experience in managing the approval process for retail stores in all types of environments (New stores, existing stores, historic street-facing buildings, etc.)
  • Extensive knowledge of best practice within the construction industry including accessibility and building codes is a must.

About the role

We are looking for a exceptional Head of Marketing to join our amazing Global Travel Retail team. The Head of Marketing will create and implement a global marketing strategy for Travel Retail, aligned with the strategic roadmap of Travel Retail and will also be in charge of local retail-driven marketing activations with retailers to achieve our business goals.

You will act as the brand guardian for the business and inspire the wider Travel Retail Team!

As a Head of Marketing, you will

  • Take ownership of developing a global Travel Retail brand concept, covering all key aspects, positioning, angle, sentiment, language, assets etc whilst closely collaborating with key internal stakeholders.
  • Manage TR global assortment and product lifecycle from new product forecasting to end of life, ensuring consistency and productivity of our offer in Travel retail.
  • DEVELOP & INFORM NEW! TR EXCLUSIVE SETS by defining clear winning product strategy across all product segments, whilst gaining internal stakeholder alignment and maintaining competitive margin.
  • Forecasting and budgeting of sampling and GWP at global TR scale.
  • Creation and maintenance of Marketing 360 activations, feeding back to Global Marketing on TR specificities and opportunities.
  • Ensure 360° planning and analysis of all launches to deliver impactful and revolutionary campaigns.
  • Oversee launch planning and execution process to ensure most effective use of budget.
  • Work closely with the Commercial team to identify focuses and opportunities with each retail partner and focused category plans. 
  • Manage all new store openings through a tease, launch and sustain strategy to create buzz in the local areas and get the stores off on the right footing.

  • You will closely collaborate with the Global Marketing team, as well as the wider TR function.

About you

  • You have extensive Regional and Trade Marketing experience gained within beauty or retail, at a similar level.
  • Experienced in devising and implementing strategic plans, with creative flair.
  • You have strong experience leading a team, you enjoy leading from the front and are all about your team! You inspire, coach and an open and authentic leader, who communicates clearly.
  • An excellent communicator: confident and comfortable presenting, able to influence and effectively articulate your point of view. You have exceptional organisational skills and can manage multiple stakeholders with ease!

About the role

As a Programmatic Manager you will take full ownership of our global programmatic initiatives. Working closely with the programmatic trader, you will design market-specific strategies, and deliver effective campaigns by leveraging data, audience, and contextual signals to help drive growth. You will work within our performance marketing team, and cross-functionally with other departments (broader digital, trade and global marketing) to implement campaigns and trade via self-service demand side platforms (DSPs). As Programmatic Manager you will

  • Build a programmatic strategy to drive awareness, traffic, revenue, customer growth and retention for CharlotteTilbury.com, complementing other channel efforts.
  • Take charge of budget management and optimisations across multiple platforms to continually increase campaign efficiencies.
  • Work with our media planner to deliver 360 campaigns globally, spanning across NPD, event-seasonal, and brand/awareness objectives.
  • Manage campaigns across display, video, mobile, addressable TV, and audio via various DSPs.
  • Produce and present regular performance reports/ updates to various relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify, negotiate and setup private marketplace deals, and other relevant ad partnerships.
  • Research and recommend relevant add-ons to the existing advertising stack.
  • Manage, coach, and help develop other junior members in the programmatic team.  
  • Collaborate with other channel partners (internal & external) to deliver and optimise the full customer journey.
  • Collaborate with Data Science team to understand the wider impact beyond any immediate/ platform-reported performance, and optimise your tactics and budgets accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive 1st party data growth, contribute to audience segmentation and activation efforts.
  • Continually acquire knowledge and identify new opportunities by maintaining strong relationships with key programmatic vendors.
  • Support local marketing teams with awareness-consideration digital media buying for their respective regions.
  • Collaborate closely with content and creative team to build best-in-class assets for programmatic campaigns, in line with best-practice, and optimised for local markets.
  • Build a test-and-learn approach into standard workflow, from developing hypotheses to testing, analysing, implementing successful results, and iteration.
  • Incorporate global marketing directive into programmatic plans for NPD launches and event-based activations – including creative considerations, messaging, and audience strategy.
  • Monitor competitor and consumer behaviour, to inform ad decisions where relevant.
  • Research into trends, keeping abreast of the latest ad products/ technologies and provide use-case suggestions to help improve KPIs.
  • Work cross-functionally (e.g. with e-commerce, Paid Search, CRM, and other teams) to drive customer growth, activation and retention.

About you

  • 4 – 6 years’ hands-on experience in programmatic trading, preferably from a high-growth company or agency.
  • Proven record in budget and people management, programmatic strategies, and media planning.
  • Excellent hands-on experience activating campaigns across multiple creative formats, in various environments, preferably across international markets.
  • Hands on experience in ad trafficking, Google Campaign Manager and DV360 is a must.
  • Additional experience with other DSPs, e.g. The Trade Desk, DataXu, Verizon-Yahoo, etc. will be a bonus.
  • Strong experience in managing the creative/ content briefing process.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to manipulate data to identify and recommend optimisation and growth opportunities.
  • Experience in Google Analytics 360 with a strong ability to derive actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of integration with complementary ad tech stack, and add-ons.
  • Experience collaborating with data science team in Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA).
  • Experience in DTC brands in beauty and/or luxury sectors would be a strong bonus.
  • Strong pre-existing DSPs partnerships, and programmatic vendors/supply chain relationships internationally will be a strong bonus.
  • A flexible self-starter with a can-do attitude, willing to go the extra mile to deliver results.
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex channel level observations into actionable insights.
  • A people person who can work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Ability to perform under pressure, tolerance for ambiguity, and readiness to adapt to changing priorities dynamically.

About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Group FP&A Analyst to join us as a crucial member of the Group FP&A team, reporting into the Group FP&A Manager. The Snr. Group FP&A Analyst will be responsible for our weekly revenue reporting and supporting the Group FP&A team in co-ordination and preparation of the global budget, forecasting and strategic planning cycles. About you

About the role

We are looking for a mid-level Social Video Editor with a strong background in creating content for social platforms to join the Global Social team. We are looking for someone who is extremely creative and multi-skilled; a talented post-production wizard that has in-depth knowledge of post-production processes, as well as having a good understanding of motion design.

Using Adobe Creative Suite, you will be competent in both Premiere Pro and After Effects and ensure consistency throughout the production in order to produce videos to high standards. You will need to be highly confident, creative in your approach, able to work under pressure and with a passion for the beauty and fashion world.

As a Social Video Editor you will

  • Edit to a highly creative and technical standard to create engaging social media assets.
  • Interpret briefs creatively and respond pro-actively to feedback.
  • Analyse performance data to ensure best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with your direct colleagues in the Global Social team as well as Creative Services, Production, Marketing, and the Creative Agency Video team.
  • Export, conform and adapt files to various delivery specs.
  • Maintain an organised file structure and working project.
  • Mix audio and apply basic colour correction
  • Create titles and motion graphics in After Effects.

About you

  • Established experience as a Video Editor in an agency, in-house or post-production studio.
  • Have a comprehensive knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Working knowledge of the entire Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Able to colour grade using Lumetri or Resolve.
  • Have strong attention to detail, be able to self QC all assets, have knowledge of various formats and delivery specifications.

About the role

We’re looking for an ambitious Head of Commercial to join our expanding UK commercial team. You will be responsible for leading a team as well as nurturing, and establishing strategic partnerships with our retail partners, identifying new commercial opportunities, to effortlessly bring the Tilbury magic to life in store and online.

  • Lead, coach and inspire a team of highly passionate and engaged NAMs & NAEs, that lead our UK department store & specialty business.
  • Coach and motivate your team to achieve and exceed their objectives and targets, installing commercial excellence.
  • Establish and maintain amazing & collaborative relationships with retail partners at all levels including Buying/Trading, Merchandising, and Marketing, to ensure that the Charlotte Tilbury brand is positioned to deliver more than its due share of voice, visibility and exposure
  • Conduct successful commercial negotiations and contract management including terms, pricing, distribution, space and location, in-store visibility and beyond. Insert yourself as a senior escalation contact to all relevant retail partners.

  • Own all net sales forecasting for defined retailers, meeting all financial deadlines and budget submissions, flagging risks and opportunities in a timely and quantified manner. Manage each account P&L, balancing investment with top-line opportunity - monitor retailer profit contribution and achieve agreed profit.
  • Lead end to end retailer strategy roll out annually, leading across all departments to collaborate and deliver an exceptional presentation and 360 plans.
  • Align trading plans with team – local and global - to ensure a consistent and phased plan across all retailers within the region, avoiding unnecessary conflicts of activity.

Who you will work with

  • You will report directly to our GM of UK, collaborating closely across our UK function, as well as the wider business.
  • Overall, you will inspire, coach and lead a team of highly passionate and engaged NAMs & NAEs, that lead our UK department store & specialty business.
  • Build strong working relationships with our fantastic Retail teams, utilising insight from the field and engaging the team in the execution of the trading plans.
  • Work closely with Operational Marketing, Visual Merchandising, PR, and Store Design to create and deliver an annual plan for each retailer covering - activation of key launches and marketing moments, eventing, store/retailer animation, considering both customer acquisition and retention. Review implementation and performance or annual strategy vs expectations on a regular and appropriately frequent basis

About the role

The EMEA Payroll Advisor is responsible the processing of our Payrolls in a timely and accurate manner. They will need to maintain employees’ details and calculate wages and deductions based on employee attendance and timesheets. Experience

·Processing of multiple outsourced monthly EMEA payrolls, ensuring accuracy, compliance and payroll deadlines are met.

·Partner closely with third-party providers on local regulations around Payroll, Taxes and National Insurance.

·Handle sensitive, confidential data and pay transactions.

·Maintaining corporate procedures and statutory obligations, assisting the Global Head of Payroll in reviewing and auditing payroll submissions.

·Work with the People Team to verify payroll data for compliance and accuracy.

·Collaborate with the Retail team to build KPI’s and streamline processes.

·Produce monthly reporting for finance and ad-hoc summary reports.

Key Selection Criteria:

The Role

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Data Engineer to join our Data function to join our team of data engineers in the design, build & maintenance of the pipelines that support this ambition. The ideal candidate will not only be able to see many different routes to engineering success, but also to work collaboratively with Engineers, Analysts, Scientists & stakeholders to design & build robust data products to meet business requirements.

 

Our stack is primarily GCP, with Fivetran handling change detection capture, Google Cloud Functions for file ingestion, Dataform & Composer (Airflow) for orchestration, GA & Snowplow for event tracking and Looker as our BI Platform. We use Terraform Cloud to manage our infrastructure programmatically as code.

About you and attributes we're looking for



  • Extensive experience with cloud data warehouses and analytics query engines such as BigQuery, Redshift or Snowflow and a good understanding of cloud technologies in general. 
  • Proficient in SQL, Python and Git 
  • Prior experience with HCL (Terraform configuration language), YAML, JavaScript, CLIs and Bash.
  • Prior experience with serverless tooling e.g. Google Cloud Functions, AWS Lambdas, etc.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Fivetran and Dataform/DBT 
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field 
  • Collaborative mindset and a passion for sharing ideas & knowledge
  • Demonstrable experience developing high quality code in the retail sector is a bonus

Our Data Analytics team is central to these efforts and works closely with our brilliant team of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers and Products teams (among others) to deliver robust insights and reporting to the entire company.

Everyone in the data team plays a key role in creating the foundations for robust data and empowering individuals across the business to make insightful, data-led decisions.

We primarily use Snowplow, GA4 and Google Tag Manager (for our Web data), BigQuery (for our data warehousing) and Looker (for our BI and Data Visualisation).

As an Senior Digital Implementation Analyst you will..

·Own and maintain our web tracking in Snowplow and GTM

·Work closely with Product and Tech teams to ensure new features are tracked

·Maintenance of GTM 3rd party tags

·Gathering requirements for reporting from various stakeholders and ensuring there is tracking coverage for these

·Working with other Product Analysts in the team to ensure events are tracked and modelled for reporting

·Training for teams on usage of Web and App Reports

·Engagement with stakeholders for requirements gathering and knowledge sharing

About you

·Have advanced experience of tracking web events in GA via GTM, using the data layer. Direct experience with Snowplow a bonus

·Have experience transitioning to GA4

·Have an understanding and experience of GTM server side implementation

·Have experience building dashboards and reporting in a BI Platform such as Looker

·Understand Snowplow event data in BigQuery and be able to work with Data Engineers to model that data

·Be flexible, and enjoy working in small teams to focus on specific time-bound projects.

About the role

We are looking for an inspiring Store Design, Junior Project Manager to join us on a 12 month fixed-term contract, who will be managing key store design projects for the UK region. This involves managing projects from initial briefing and creative concept, right the way through to store opening! This role is all about delivering an exceptional Charlotte Tilbury customer experience within cost, timeline and operational requirements.

As a Store Design Junior Project Manager, you will;

  • Ensure design standards and concepts are maintained in all architectural details. You will also be responsible for managing design packs for internal approval, and external /retailer sign off processes.
  • Support the Project Manager in managing, liaising, and developing key relationships with Charlotte Tilbury suppliers, consultants, external PMs, architects and internal teams.

  • You are super confident using the MS Suite, with monday.com knowledge advantageous. You have good working knowledge of Vectorworks, AutoCAD and basic Photoshop, InDesign.
  • Knowledge of best practice within the construction industry, including accessibility requirements is advantageous.

The Role:

We are looking for a driven, passionate superstar to join Team Tilbury as our Sales & Artistry Executive. The Sales & Artistry Executive is responsible for representing the authority in the industry through sales, education, and artistry for a large multi-retailer territory. The Sales and Artistry Executive is also responsible for the effective and efficient operations of the Charlotte Tilbury account in both Department and Specialty stores. An ambassador for the Charlotte Tilbury brand, the Sales and Artistry Executive is always reflecting the brand values with the Charlotte Tilbury Strategic Priorities at the forefront. Responsible for achieving optimal financial results by maximizing top line sales potential and ensuring superior service to our customers. Overseeing the day-to-day operations on counter, the Sales and Artistry Executive is also responsible for strategizing future needs while executing with excellence: sales, brand engagement, merchandising, operations, training, retailer relationships, Human Resources and employee development, among other tasks in this position.

This role exudes passion and enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury to the customer and in store support teams, which results in achievement of overall territory sales and strengthened Brand awareness.

Location: Based out of Houston, Texas

Reporting Relationships:Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager or Field Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:

Sales

  • Drive financial results in store to meet and exceed plan. Including Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) – examples; Average Unit Sales (AUS), Mix of Business (MOB), 0 + 12 Budget (Sales Plan), door ranking and product ranking.
  • Determine and communicate individual and team sales targets and KPIs and develop by-door strategies to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Analyze business performance and proactively suggest improvement opportunities through artistry, education, and operations.
  • Responsible for being a specialist amongst the retail artistry brands, demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit within the parameters of the Company guidelines.
  • Think creatively to ensure year over year business growth.
  • Participate in regional meetings, team conference calls and regular touch bases to share best practices and create solutions to address business needs.

Customer Service

  • Lead by example at all times and consistently role model and promote MAGIC Service with the team and clients.
  • Identify ways to improve Charlotte Tilbury service extended through retailemployees through in store support, training, and event execution.
  • Manage customer queries and or concerns using sound judgement always with the goal of achieving positive outcomes.
  • Work with the Education team to ensure continuous training and development is provided to the team ensuring Charlotte Tilbury standards are achieved in the areas of service and artistry.
  • Take every opportunity to extend exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience. For example, Makeup applications, Charlottetilbury.com and proactive use of the customer database for direct clienteling opportunities in line with Company guidelines.
  • Responsible for improving and evolving personal artistry skills as to lead by example in all areas.
  • Provide an atmosphere that motivates and inspires MAGIC service, both internally and externally.
  • Maintain a professional appearance personally and ensure the team also aligns with the CT dress code with both makeup and attire.

Team Development

  • Proactively anticipate staffing needs including sourcing and selecting talent to deliver business objectives.
  • Recruit and hire the best makeup artists and customer service professionals who embody the Charlotte Tilbury brand as a part of the Brand Expert team.
  • Facilitate high impact trainings that include key in-store Retailer trainings (ie: Sephora BFD / Nordstrom Stay and Play).
  • Manage and lead Sales and Artistry Coordinators through ongoing coaching and development. Responsible for the oversight of their performance in their role demonstrated via their retailer relationships, territory sales, and KPIs.
  • Build a bench of candidates for growth through consistent development and investment.
  • Create a positive, cohesive, cooperative team culture in store.
  • Create and maintain an atmosphere of open and positive communication, professionalism and creativity at all times through team meetings, trainings, and a collaborative leadership style.
  • Recognize and celebrate great performance at all levels across all retailers.

Operations

  • Implement door development plans and schedule support to address business growth needs. Responsible for the scheduling priorities of all Sales and Artistry Coordinators and Brand Experts to meet sales objectives.
  • Manage and maximize Brand Expert payroll budget and ensure payroll is processed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that the counter is ‘customer ready’ from open to close of business.
  • Maintain the required inventory levels and accurate stock files, escalate inventory needs as directed by channel to optimize sales.
  • Schedule to optimize coverage according to customer flow and business needs.
  • Control store expenses (i.e. counter consumables) within budget guidelines
  • Ensure the Company cash loss prevention procedures and security policies are adhered to.
  • Implement visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement as directed by the marketing team.
  • Maintain excellent counter hygiene standards.
  • Maintain technology on counter, including digital screens, iPads, and music.
  • Raise operational issues for resolution in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the timely submission and accuracy of expenses, financial tracking of expenditures and other company owned asset forms.
  • Accountable for completing all administrative assignments by their due date.

Store and Retail Partner Relationships

  • Establish and develop a cooperative and mutually respectful relationship with the entire store team.
  • Maximize ROI by scheduling time in store during peak business hours, including weekends.
  • Build relationships that are meaningful through strong communication, reliability and partnership.
  • Maintain the retailer-specific in store standards and policies at all times.
  • Proactively suggest win-win opportunities to drive sales within store.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • 3+ years of Beauty/Luxury industry experience
  • 3+ years of Beauty/Luxury retail management including managing direct reports
  • Demonstrated ability in creating sales strategy and consistently achieving sales plans
  • Ability to travel 75%
  • Must be able to create winning partnerships with retailers.
  • Demonstrated success in developing winning teams
  • Must possess strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently with integrity and efficiently in a productive environment
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communicator, both written and oral

Base Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00**
