Core role vision
The primary objective of this role is effective partner activation and stimulation of partnership success via marketing, enablement, training (coordination), and general project management responsibilities. At the outset, this role will serve across Technology Partnerships, Referral Partnerships, and Agency Partnerships. It can be alternatively conceived of as a “Partner Success Manager” role.
This role includes key partner marketing work such as strategic design of partner-specific marketing plans (looking out multiple quarters), coordination of resource allocation and execution, and management of follow up deliverables and actions geared toward stimulating opportunity from the work / deliverable.

We’re more interested in problem-solvers than coders. Since you asked though, we use React, Node (Typescript), Kotlin, PHP, MySQL, AWS, Kubernetes, macOS, etc. For automation tools we use Karate for the API testing and Playwright for UI automation, all documented in XRAY for JIRA. What You’ll Do
As a Senior Implementation Consultant you will play a critical role in helping our clients integrate Claravine into their marketing stack. Using your broad knowledge of the digital media space – from current industry trends to technical expertise – you will drive discovery calls with our largest clients and support them in transitioning their marketing taxonomy into our platform. This is a highly cross-functional role, requiring you to work internally with Sales, Customer Support, Product and Engineering teams and externally with the global marketing and agency teams of our Fortune 100 clients.
The Senior Implementation Consultant will take a hands-on approach to learning about customer marketing and content naming strategies, assessing the flow of data, and returning a standardized, granular recommendation.We’re looking for someone who understands thefundamental importance of clean data thatwill make it their mission to understand customer needs and provide best-in-class implementation recommendations.
