Director, Demand Gen at a glance

The Director, Demand Gen oversees all demand generation as their primary responsibility, including the development, execution, and performance of all lead gen programs across content, event marketing, digital, strategy, ABM, and channel/partner programs.


What You’ll Do

  • Create and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies that are aligned to our company objectives to support pipeline and revenue goals
  • Be data-driven and comfortable with experimentation! - Utilize qualitative and quantitative analysis to determine the best positioning, message, and channel combination to drive pipeline and win new business.
  • Have proven success generating ROI positive demand through both offline (events, partners) and digital channels (paid, owned, and earned).
  • Understand all and diagnose all online traffic activity and measurable interactions to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
  • Implement, manage, and improve KPIs across all digital channels to meet quarterly acquisition targets while maintaining CAC targets.  Develop systems/process to report key Marketing metrics and KPIs to the executive team.

Experience

  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing; 2-3 years leading demand gen efforts in the B2B marketing space.
  • Proven success in supporting a business scaling to $10M ARR and beyond

Core role vision


The primary objective of this role is effective partner activation and stimulation of partnership success via marketing, enablement, training (coordination), and general project management responsibilities. What You’ll Do



This is a fully remote role, but all candidates must be able to work in the PST time zone.


As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our large enterprise and Fortune 100 clients and their ad agencies throughout their lifetime with Claravine. Using your experience with agency or enterprise ad ops and marketing workflows, you will coordinate directly with our enterprise and Fortune 100 clients to onboard them to The Data Standards Cloud, train them on best practices and answer day-to-day questions and escalations. We’re looking for a highly-effective communicator that can juggle the needs of many clients, prioritize effectively and role out improvements to our customer success processes at scale. 


What you'll do:


  • Manage all post sales activity with Claravine’s enterprise customers, including implementation of our platform and solution design.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience through proactive communication, timely investigation of customer reported bugs and cross-functional collaboration with the right internal resources. 
  • Partner with internal product and engineering teams to provide input to feature improvements, validate new features, and roll out new features to customers.
  • Become a subject matter expert on The Data Standards Cloud and related integrations. Drive adoption of Claravine products through data insights. Share best practices and progress from baseline through the maturity curve.
  • Identify at-risk customers, and work with the extended Claravine team to create and execute on “get well” plans.


What you bring:

  • 3+ years experience in customer success, consulting, change management, or technical sales at an enterprise SaaS company. Agency experience is also a plus. 
  • Experience support large enterprise clients and their needs. 
  • Familiarity with technical integrations and APIs.
  • Understanding of digital marketing processes and ecosystem. Experience with Google Campaign Manager, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics.
  • Experience communicating, training, and presenting to customers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.

What tech stack?

We’re more interested in problem-solvers than coders. Qualifications


Requirements:

  • Working time zone within 4 hours of Mountain Standard Time (UTC-7)

We are looking to hire an Enterprise Account Executive to help us further accelerate our market leadership in this emerging category.  In this role, you will drive incremental revenue into new and existing accounts by leveraging relationships to secure new business. Responsibilities

  • Effectively demonstrate The Claravine Platform within the context of the customer’s business needs
  • Identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer objections, and develop a strategy to sell the value of Claravine across the enterprise
  • Work collaboratively with Sales Engineering to develop Client Needs Assessments to fully understand client internal challenges and identify solutions for Claravine’s technology and services to work with those needs.
  • Develop & maintain an experienced understanding of the advertising and marketing technology ecosystems, including the technologies that our prospects have invested in and how Claravine would integrate.
  • Partner across various teams at Claravine, including Product, Marketing, Engineering, Partnerships and Customer Success.
  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers to identify expansion opportunities at existing accounts.
  • Align with the Business Development Team to develop territory specific plans to build constant new business pipeline.
  • Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years' prior enterprise level outside software sales experience, preferably within digital marketing and advertising solutions.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Implementation Consultant you will play a critical role in helping our clients integrate Claravine into their marketing stack. Using your broad knowledge of the digital media space – from current industry trends to technical expertise – you will drive discovery calls with our largest clients and support them in transitioning their marketing taxonomy into our platform.  This is a highly cross-functional role, requiring you to work internally with Sales, Customer Support, Product and Engineering teams and externally with the global marketing and agency teams of our Fortune 100 clients.
