Roles and Responsibilities

Day to day online instruction (potentially at one of our campus locations in the future) following a well curated curriculum, supplemented with your own professional experiences

Prepare students for success by providing coaching in all aspects of their journey towards becoming critical thinkers and problem solvers

Observe, Co-Lead and Lead students through their track by teaching the material, building relations with each student, conduct code reviews, and initiate extra sessions and demos as needed to assist those who may need extra time or attention to learn

We are looking for a Project Manager to own several initiatives within our instruction team. You will be responsible for ensuring that these projects (ranging from curriculum development to program launches) are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work alongside our program managers to build out necessary systems and processes to support these goals. Responsibilities:

  • Create the content/curriculum of the Health Information Systems program.
  • Deliver instruction on Health Information Systems and related topics.
  • Facilitate group discussions, demos, and in-class remote activities.
  • Follow industry trends for Health Information Systems.
  • Play a hands-on role in curriculum development, use what you learn from working with students to make the curriculum world-class.
  • Gather and report on student metrics.
  • Work alongside Coding Dojo’s Online Instruction team to deliver remote training.
  • Participate in professional training, so you stay fresh.
  • Responsible for potential deployment with any/multiple Coding Dojo clients with the ability to flex work and tasks based on client needs and requests.

Required Education, Experience, Abilities

  • Two (2) year college degree AND a minimum of two years experience in an out-patient-based position utilizing electronic health records management and patient scheduling systems; OR a minimum of three 5 years experience in an out-patient-based position utilizing electronic health records management and patient scheduling systems; OR any combination of acceptable training and experience to perform required functions.
  • Demonstrated understanding of clinical methods and techniques used in electronic record-keeping systems.
  • Must have a good understanding of MS Windows and other core Office applications with basic knowledge of computer hardware.
  • Must be highly proficient in Medical Terminology and have a deep understanding of assignments that require a high level of independent judgment.
  • Must have very good experience with Healthcare Data and Data Analytics tools, including MS office-Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or other software packages.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, troubleshooting the reporting problems including the design issues, developing and implementing solutions.
  • Must be aware of concepts of Clinical Decision Support Systems, Healthcare Information Security, Practical Implementation of Clinical Decision Support Systems, Mobile Health Informatics, Knowledge Management in Healthcare Organizations, Social and Organizational Issues in Health Informatics, Communication Skills in Health Informatics.
  • Must have experience with the Research Methods and Information Sources in Biomedical & Health Information Sciences, Communication Skills in Health Informatics, Ethics, and Legal Issues in Health Informatics.
  • Must have a very good experience with Healthcare Information Systems and its applications, Healthcare IT Vendor Management, Health Informatics Business Intelligence Tools, Healthcare Information Security.

  • Certified Associate in Healthcare Information and Management Systems(CAHIMS)
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems(CPHIMS)(Preferred)
  • Certified Professional in Digital Health Transformation Strategy(CPDHTS) or any Health Information System Certificate from a reputed organization.

Required Education, Experience, Abilities

  • BS degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Telecom Engineering, Software Systems, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Communication Engineering, or a similar technical discipline.
  • Experience as an instructor/trainer including planning, scheduling, and delivering the 5G technology-related training programs and materials.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, self-motivated, results-driven, and well-organized.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
  • Minimum 3+ years of working experience in cellular radio technologies.
  • Experience with 4G or 5G protocol implementation, simulation software such as cisco packet tracer, GNS3, etc.
  • Experience in IoT Technology and its implementation with 5G.
  • Must be aware of all the important concepts and technologies used by the Telecom industry.
  • Hands-on experience in C, C++, and Python programming languages.

Preferred Skills

  • Cisco Certified Network Professional(preferred)
  • Juniper, Palo Alto, etc. professional networking certifications.
