The Opportunity:

Drive the customer engagement CRM marketing channels (email + SMS) strategy for Coding Dojo on a national scale end-to-end with specific concentration in acquisition, retention and referral optimization. Your challenge is to lead strategy and execution of scalable, predictable and repeatable programs that achieve growth targets while improving customer retention. In addition to owning marketing touchpoints, you’ll take the lead in journey strategy, design and project management.

Weekly Main Responsibilities

  • Administer the marketing email automation system, including the execution of strategic program/automation design; monitors data hygiene in and out of the marketing automation platform.
  • Manage campaign execution end-to-end: develop campaign briefs, oversee creative production, set measurement plans, secure legal requirements and approvals, flight final campaign creatives, optimize as necessary and report on performance
  • Manage segmentation practices across automations and emails promos (one-time sends) to reduce email list to optimize engagement.
  • Serve as the email and SMS marketing expert, providing strategic support and guidance, as needed, with regards to best practices, reputation management, and technical specifications regarding email, email deliverability and email compliance.
  • Develop and deploy email nurture programs and 1-off email sends while analyzing email campaign data to determine what is working and not working; run A/B tests to vet champion/challenger hypotheses and deliver campaign performance improvement. Continuously work to improve email KPIs.
  • Use customer segmentation data to enhance the effectiveness of automation and event-triggered marketing activities through tailored messaging, channel usage, customer targeting, and timing, generating demand and nurturing interest at scale across our customer base.

Other Main Responsibilities

  • Regularly perform an in-depth analysis of the entire campaign portfolio to ensure end KPIs are being met, and to identify underperforming campaigns.
  • Maintain email best practices including browser compatibility, the appearance of subject lines, use of images, etc.
  • Maintain annual roadmap for marketing automation platform based on strategic marketing goals and business objectives.
  • Define, own, and execute the email engagement strategy by developing and scaling programs for segmented and product cohorts.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize customer lifetime value, retention, and advocacy across all channels, rooted in data with clear objectives and KPIs.
  • Monitor the health of our multi-channel (Email, SMS) subscriber base, leadgen tactics (eg. on-site lead capture), and daily channel/campaign performance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze gathered insights and analytics related to disengagement points throughout the customer lifecycle and gather qualitative feedback to support sales enablement initiatives


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 – 7 years in lifecycle/CRM, email marketing and/or automation marketing roles.
  • 5 years of experience with CRM/ESP tools such as Marketo or Salesforce (Hubspot preferred).
  • 3+ years of email segmentation using CRM/ESP tools.
  • Concrete track record of developing email marketing programs and driving business value across owned channels (email and sms).
  • Agility, to adjust on the fly to changes in scope, deadlines or asset availability.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while proactively sharing timely. status updates and information with partners.
  • SME of email concepts, design and best practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

Primary duties are to support students across each project module by coaching student teams and helping them to iterate and improve on their design processes. You’ll also provide feedback verbally in critiques and 1:1 sessions, as well as on graded assignments. And lastly, you’ll support the soft skills and self awareness of the design process that allows students to get maximum gains from the experience. Teaching Assistants serve multiple roles that overlap:

  • Supporting the Lead Design Instructor: Teaching Assistants share their knowledge on the implementation of the design process in a sprint setting, assist with daily workshops, and provide educational resources and advice to students in their cohort. Teaching Assistants observe design work and presentations in order to provide feedback, and lead formal and impromptu critique sessions when necessary.
  • Supporting Teams: Teaching Assistants hold students to due dates, do daily stand-ups and weekly 1:1s, enforce the Coding Dojo “20 minute rule” that helps build the self sufficiency needed in their careers, check-in with teams throughout the day to provide feedback and track progress and troubleshoot project blockers.
  • Supporting curriculum. Teaching Assistants will also have the ability to have input in the curriculum, helping shape the learning and content, as well as monitoring its effectiveness and helping iterate through even more effective products.

Coding Dojo is hiring a Remote Full Stack Web Development Teaching Assistant (Spanish Speaking)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work alongside the Instructor in teaching Coding Dojo’s Web Development Full-Stack: Web Fundamentals, Python, Java and MERN programs.
  • Assist Spanish speaker students with Coding Dojo’s Web Development Full-Stack: Web Fundamentals, Python, Java and MERN programs.
  • Facilitate group discussions, demos, in-class activities and feedback & coaching sessions.
  • Prepare students for success by providing coaching in all aspects of their journey towards becoming critical thinkers and problem solvers.
  • Provide actionable feedback on student’s soft and hard skills.
  • Follow industry trends related to Full-Stack Development.
  • Day to day instruction assistance of students, following a well-curated curriculum, supplemented with your own professional experiences.
  • Collaborate with Instructor on gathering and reporting on student metrics, taking care of student´s attendance, grading assignments, etc.
  • Participate in occasional project and curriculum development, as well as curriculum refinement.
  • Participate on and off-campus activities, including but not limited to: orientation, open houses, student events, graduations, tech talks and workshops related to Full-stack Development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

You must have proficient web programming experience. Please ensure you meet or exceed at least one of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree, in addition to six (6) months of relevant work experience.
  • Associates degree, in addition to one (1) year of relevant work experience.
  • Candidates with experience both in instruction and in programming jobs strongly preferred.
  • Must speak Spanish.

Health Information Systems Teaching Assistant - This is a fully remote position working during the Saudi Arabia time zone (overnight hours in the US). Part-time and full-time shifts are available.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support Instructors by taking attendance, grading, and assisting with lectures, live demos, and labs.
  • Conduct configuration reviews and provide feedback to students as necessary.
  • Enforce the 20-minute rule.
  • Conduct frequent check-ins with students (every 20 minutes depending) to identify what students are working on, support their learning, and provide feedback.
  • Create and sustain a fun atmosphere for learning.
  • Support students remotely via Zoom & chat forums.
  • Provide student feedback to the instructor.

  • Demonstrated understanding of clinical methods and techniques used in electronic record-keeping systems.
  • Good understanding of MS Windows and other core Office applications with basic knowledge of computer hardware.
  • Must be proficient in Medical Terminology and have a deep understanding of assignments that require a high level of independent judgment.
  • Good understanding of Data and Data Analytics tools, including MS office, SAAS, or other software packages.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, troubleshooting the reporting problems including the design issues, developing and implementing solutions.
