Android/ iOS Mobile Development Instructor - This is a remote position teaching students 8am-5pm Saudi Arabia time (overnight hours in US time zones)

Responsibilities:

  • Create the content/curriculum for the 12 to 14-week Android/iOS mobile development program
  • Deliver instruction on Android/iOS and related topics
  • Facilitate group discussions, demos, and in-class remote activities
  • Follow industry trends for Android development
  • Play a hands-on role in curriculum development, using what you learn from working with students to make the curriculum world class
  • Gather and report on student metrics
  • Work alongside Coding Dojo's Instruction team to deliver remote training
  • Participate in professional training, so you stay fresh
  • Responsible for potential deployment with any/multiple Coding Dojo clients with the ability to flex work and tasks based on client needs and requests

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or computer related field plus minimum 2 years of experience in Android or iOS mobile development
  • Experience with Testing
  • Multiple Apps in the Apple Store
  • Proficient in the following technologies: Android Studio 4.0 / 4.1 (required), Android Jetpack, Kotlin, Java programming
  • Working knowledge of the following:
    • Gradle
    • RxJava
    • GraphQL
    • Espresso and Cucumber testing frameworks
    • Jenkins
    • Jira
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, prioritization, decision-making and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities:

  • The HubSpot Implementation Specialist is responsible for maintaining our CRM and associated go-to-market / martech / salestech platforms within Coding Dojo
  • Acts as a liaison between all teams to ensure our go-to-market technologies integrate seamlessly, provide accurate data, and deliver actionable insights for the sales, marketing, customer success, and executive teams
  • Serves as primary owner of HubSpot Sales CRM, phone systems, internal tools, and other 3rd party integrations, administering user setup and design/configuration, customizing objects, profiles and roles, workflows, fields, formulas, record types, page layouts and validation rules
  • Partners with leadership to recommend and implement best-practice CRM processes, architectures, and integrations that optimize adoption, usability, and content workflows
  • Monitors systems and responds swiftly to problems, outages, or other usability issues
  • Regularly reviews settings related to each system and resolves system errors
  • Is the first point of contact for internal users, providing technical guidance and support
  • Monitors, audits, and maintains high standards for data quality throughout owned platforms
  • Designs, creates, and manages customized reports and dashboards within HubSpot to facilitate insight and enable transparency across all levels of the organization
  • Develops and tests new functionality and create deployment plans for complex change management/rollouts
  • Creates and maintains documentation on processes, policies, configuration and user guides
  • Supports IT with user administration, provisioning and management of user access & licenses
  • Keep up to date with new releases, features, and tools for HubSpot CRM, and other systems

Qualifications:

  • 3 years+ of HubSpot Sales admin experience, implementation and process improvement
  • Strong excel skills are a must (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Strong competency with HubSpot automation, including building flows, process builders, and workflow rules
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
  • Ability to work with individual business units to understand their processes and translate their needs into actionable requirements for configuration/development
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
