We are looking to hire a Senior Payroll Specialist to be responsible for the execution of payroll processing, tax withholding, compliance, and customer service.

The position reports to the Payroll Manager and requires an individual who is highly self-motivated, innovative, effectively multi-task, prioritizes work, demonstrates accountability, and effectively collaborates with both internal and external business partners to perform towards best practice payroll solutions.

Responsibilities:

Description:

The Director of Program Management will be responsible for ensuring the successful product launch of CanvasDx™, the first ever digital diagnostic and autism diagnostic aid to receive FDA marketing authorization. Responsibilities:

  • Refine, coordinate, and track progress of the cross-functional program team against the launch plan, including identification of key risks and mitigation strategies

This position provides field based medical and product expertise for the Autism Spectrum Disorder portfolio, with direct communication and involvement in critical collaborative clinical study, publication, education, and digital integration projects, while leveraging insights gained from the field for strategy development.

This position is field-based with up to 50% required travel to manage assigned geography. It is structured to allow part time clinical work, and thus requires an ability to work independently and make prioritization decisions with the help of medical leaders. Thus, this role can be part-time at 60-80% or full-time. This role will also lead a regional team of medical science liaisons.

The Regional Medical Directors support the development and implementation of scientific and medical strategy as it relates to engagement with KOLs within the autism, neurodevelopment, and innovative leaders in pediatrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the team responsible for developing and implementing strategies and initiatives that are focused on the US payer and reimbursement environment including pricing and contracting strategies, contract administration, strategy execution, and market access analytics.

  • Create sustainable processes and systems to monitor the payer landscape, including policies and trends that impact the Company and its products.

  • Lead development of value optimizing pricing strategies and oversee implementation of pricing activities consistent with strategy

  • Create analytical capabilities to support pricing and contracting decision making; prepare presentations in support of pricing and contracting decisions; ensure execution aligned to strategy with negotiation and analytics support

  • Partner with Access & Strategic Partnerships, Medical Affairs and Sales to establish stakeholder engagement priorities and plans across key markets and monitor progress against plans

  • Work cross-functionally to develop best-in-class operational support to increase account team effectiveness, including market research, analytics and ongoing training

  • Establish KPIs, create and distribute access and reimbursement reports to commercial and senior leadership

  • Manage and consolidate departmental budget; partner with Finance to track ongoing performance against budget

  • Ensures compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and regulatory guidelines governing commercial and scientific interactions with healthcare professionals, payers, advocacy and other business partners.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or other related graduate-level degree is preferred

  • 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device or other life science industry

  • 7+ years of leadership experience in market access functions in pharmaceutical, medical

    device or other life science industry

  • Recent product launch experience preferred, as well as working with vendors in

    development, implementation, and execution of projects within budget and timeline

    Skills and Expertise:

  • Strong management expertise is required

Reporting to the Vice President of Medical Affairs, you will lead the design and launch of a Field Medical team for the Autism Spectrum Disorder portfolio. The Field Medical team is being built ahead of Cognoa’s first commercial launch for a Diagnostic Aid Medical Device. The field team will consist of Regional Medical Directors and Medical Science Liaisons that will report to this role.

The Senior Director Field Medical Lead - Medical Affairs guide the development and implementation of scientific and medical strategy as it relates to engagement with healthcare professionals and decision makers across the healthcare continuum in the United States. The Senior Director will guide the Field Team to ensure cross-functional alignment, innovation and continuous improvement of Medical Affairs execution (medical engagement of external stakeholders and accounts), medical education, KOL strategy planning, patient engagement processes, reporting in order to facilitate consistency and compliance in executing medical research aligned with our strategic objectives and scientific exchange.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of the Field Medical Team as a strategic execution arm of broad medical affairs and corporate strategy.
  • Oversee and support the development and execution of the integrated medical affairs strategy
  • Guides the design and management of Field Medical infrastructure with a focus on skill and leadership development, processes, governance, and technology.
  • Deliver medical insight into the development and execution strategy including subject matter experts and patient centric activities

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate (PhD or MD) required.
  • 10+ years related experience, with a minimum of 7 years working in field medical or medical affairs functions.A minimum of 4 years working in a Medical Device, Diagnostics, or Digital Therapeutic environment or specific therapeutic area from pharma. Should include experience working in a matrix environment with multiple leaders each with priority projects.
  • Preferred 2-years of experience in Pediatrics, with a focus on behavioral disorders such as Autism.
  • Prior product launch experience

Responsibilities:

Infrastructure & Operations:

  • Responsible for the overall effectiveness and efficiency of our information systems and day to day support desk operations ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.
  • Leads and manages IT day-to-day operations to align with Cognoa’s mission and vision.
  • Adheres to the IT Infrastructure framework, policies and procedures (including: incident, problem, change, configuration, and capacity management) to ensure that standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all changes to controlled IT infrastructure, to minimize the number and impact of any related incidents on service.
  • Participates in IT strategy planning activities, bringing a current knowledge and future vision of infrastructure technology and systems and best practices as related to the needs of the business.

  • Develop, maintain and oversee information security policies, procedures and control techniques to address all applicable requirements. Qualifications:

This team collaborates with key internal partners in Medical Affairs, Patient Services and Product Support and with external partners such as Payers, PBMs, IDNs and self-funded employers to ensure appropriate reimbursement and market access in line with the Company’s intentions and within the scope of corporate Compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure key payers recognize the value of Cognoa’s products through proactive communications
  • Successfully secure product access with multiple accounts aligned with role, including commercial, federal, and state payers
    • Profile payer accounts to assess formulary review and coverage policies, utilization controls, and level of influence
    • Build strategic account plans to support Cognoa’s access strategies
