Job Title: Project Admin - Jakarta

Reports To: Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Supporting data entry for project manager
  • Create meeting notes
  • Manage costing data report
  • Manage timeline report
  • Translate all site report into designated filing system

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the same field
  • Strong attention to data entry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to manage and prioritize time and be committed to meeting deadlines for assigned tasks and deliverables
