What You Will Do: 

  • Develop and maintain an aggressive experimentation and insights roadmap.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or related.  Advanced degree preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in the medical field.  Examples include biomedical informatics, healthcare management, and mental & behavioral health.
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing at a SaaS company with a proven track record of creating tests that materially impact KPIs
  • Deep experience with A/B and multivariate testing to drive lead generation and growth
  • Strong creative and analytical mindset and constant desire to optimize; lives and breathes CRO
  • Has created processes for generating, validating, and prioritizing ideas; including a “fail fast” mentality
  • Expertise in testing and landing page tools
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, FullStory, Segment, etc.
  • Ability to creatively solve problems and question the traditional way of thinking in order to find ways to grow
  • Ability to apply logical thinking in order to break complex problems into their component parts
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate data, results, and learnings to key stakeholders

Overview

We are looking for the Engineering Manager to help us raise the bar of tech excellence and increase the effectiveness on the team and individual levels.

Overview

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer motivated by unique, interesting, meaningful challenges in the healthcare sector. We help doctors provide remote medical care, researchers collect structured data, the general public understand personal risks of disease, and much much more. 

 

What Will You Do

  • Build and maintain the scalable cloud-native backend platform for the entire doxy.me product
  • Partake in the whole cycle of feature development, from ideation to the actual delivery
  • Participate in code reviews and application debugging and diagnosis, and practice modern software development methodologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and international agile teams
  • Advocate for doxy.me system design principles and general technical standards in our engineering teams
  • Write clean, high-quality, test-driven code and mentor others to do so
  • Participate in the LeSS process and SCRUM ceremonies

 

Our Expectations

  • Extensive experience as a software engineer building scalable cloud-native systems
  • Hands-on experience with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and cloud platforms, preferably with AWS
  • An expert in TypeScript and Node.js to build scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs, preferably with Nest.js/Fastify
  • Experience with Unit/Integration/e2e testing
  • An eye for detail when it comes to UX and UI
  • Knowledge of Git or other version control systems, preferably experience with Gerrit

 

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and micro-service architecture
  • Comfortable with error reporting and monitoring tools like DataDog

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer motivated by unique, interesting, meaningful challenges in the healthcare sector. We help doctors provide remote medical care, researchers collect structured data, the general public understand the personal risks of disease, and much much more.
We need your help with implementation of Patient/Provider team roadmap. This includes (but not limited to) initiatives such as launching and optimizing whiteboard, building a more robust text invite feature (currently used 1 million+ times each month), and integrating a bot survey and assessment tool that will dramatically improve the patient feedback experience as well as provider's ability to measure patient progress.

 

What Will You Do

  • Own and deliver initiatives in service of quarterly goals on the team
  • Work with the engineering team on frontend (70%) and backend (30%) tasks as a full-stack engineer
  • Participate in the whole cycle of feature development, from ideation to the actual delivery 
  • Perform code reviews and approval of changes 
  • Be part of the Patien/Provider team and contribute to team’s scope: Sign in/Logout, Dashboard, Patient waiting room, Invites, Whiteboard, Chat, BAA, Patient details
  • Participate in LeSS process and Scrum ceremonies

  • Participate in LeSS process and Scrum ceremonies
