We are looking for a product manager to lead part of the Etsy Ads Ad Ranking squad. Etsy Ads is used by our smallest and largest sellers to grow their businesses, and it is one of Etsy’s major revenue streams. Our team is essentially running a marketplace within the Etsy marketplace, solving customer and business problems unique to the space such as; dynamic buyer experiences, simplifying modern ad tech systems for sellers, and growing revenue in a customer-aligned way.

In this role you will:

About You

Ideally you'll bring:

  • Experience leading teams to build products based on machine learning. Previous work on ad tech products, search, recommendations, or online marketplaces is a plus.

  • A track record of successful launches, ideally spanning zero-to-one products, mature products, and products with material business impact.

We are looking for an experienced engineering manager who is comfortable running teams with specific machine learning goals, and experienced with tackling specific ML challenges such as modeling, calibration and ranking.   • Ideally, you are familiar with modern machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or Pytorch.

Etsy is looking for a Staff  Software Engineer to join our Machine Learning Infrastructure team. Our team's goal is to build real-time, configurable & scalable systems that enable state of the art machine learning algorithms for product experiences at Etsy.

We are looking for individuals who will push the boundaries of our ML platform by investigating & building cutting-edge systems for Etsy.  Ideal candidates have experience building platforms & services for Machine learning problems at scale.   • Practical experience designing & architecting large scale machine learning systems.

Etsy Ads is used by our smallest and largest sellers to grow their businesses and it is one of the major revenue streams for Etsy.   • Maintain our data in Looker and improve our data architecture and integrity.
