We are seeking an experienced SENIOR MANAGER, STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPSto catalyze  partnerships that further Everytable’s mission to offer equitable access to healthy food and economic opportunity for all. As an experienced professional with networks in government, non-profits, managed care organizations and/or public nutrition programs, the Senior Manager will perform business development, strategy and secure foodservice partnerships leveraging Everytable’s omni-channel food business. A successful candidate will bring enterprising creativity, tenacity for finding the “win win,” and a sophisticated view on policy, food systems, food procurement. This individual has an impressive track record of solving community problems through cross-sector partnerships, developing revenue-driving partnerships and brings an interest in applying their expertise to the success of a game-changing and fast-growing social enterprise. This role is accountable for driving revenue in the foodservice business. 

Location:Remote work within New York City. This role will be required to attend in person meetings and events across New York City, and otherwise will work remotely. The role will not be required to work in an office. 

Your Impact on the Mission

Business Development (30%)
  • Track market research to understand trends, enhance offers and contribute to the development of institutional partnership deals
  • Conduct prospecting and build relationships with key decision makers in strategic sectors, including senior and child nutrition, transportation agencies, homeless and housing services, recreation and parks and large nonprofits service providers.
  • Utilize a mix of existing relationships, strategic introductions, and charismatic outreach, establish a pipeline of partnerships across strategic sectors
  • Work closely with the VP of Strategic Partnerships and public affairs consults to secure new relationships and manage deal flow
  • As needed, attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to represent Everytable
  • Maintain client files and information within the CRM system with updated partner opportunities, information, and activities.
Consultative Sales and Contract Development (40%)
  • Proactively advise clients on the design and execution of food programs and initiatives, optimizing Everytable’s food service offerings in service to shared goals
  • Win priority pursuits by creating and executing sound win strategies early in the capture process and leading winning bid and proposal activities though sound proposal 
  • Negotiate proposals and contracts that ensure profitable growth aligned with Everytable’s objectives
  • Expand Everytable’s market share in medically tailored meals, government and non-profit markets, and other strategic industries as needed. 
  • Work with the various operations teams on technical integration of institutional food service partnerships 
  • Liaise with account managers and operations team regarding any technical integration necessary
  • Work with Marketing team to development marketing materials that feature Everytable’s strategic and institutional food service partnerships
  • Serve as a thought leader and resource on emergent trends in public food programming and food systems transformation
Public Affairs and Community Impact (20%)
  • Public speaking and thought leadership in the fields of social enterprise, civic innovation, philanthropy, food systems and food justice
  • Elevate and nurture Everytable’s profile among government and civic influencers, funneling into impactful exposure for brand marketing and food service opportunities
  • Attend and manage VIP invites for new store Grand Opening events
  • Occasionally host community leaders for in person site visits and tours
  • Attend relevant events and conferences to build Everytable’s community presence
  • Identify, monitor, and analyze emerging industry, legislative, regulatory, and political trends that could impact the company.
Strategy (10%)
  • Partner with other senior leaders to align partnership development strategy, operations and market expansion
  • Create and lead customer engagements, mission analysis, and new business initiatives to include analyzing customer needs, developing and executing customer shaping activities, evaluating targeted marketing efforts, and create strategies for services within the healthcare and related industries
  • Represent the voice of the customer to our internal team.  Use customer feedback to refine service offerings and entrepreneurially develop new and innovative products

What You’ll Bring to the Table
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience working in any of the following fields: government/public policy, public affairs, philanthropy, social enterprise, community development, nonprofit management, business development, sales 
  • Prior experience working with and forming productive alliances to serve constituents with differing agendas 
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, written/verbal communication, organizational, follow-up, consultative sales and presentation skills
  • Ability to recognize and materialize revenue-generating opportunities
  • Ability to quickly synthesize information in actionable communications for internal and external stakeholders
  • Meaningful experience with any of the following: Proposal development and execution, Program conceptualization; Policy or political analysis and communications; Complex negotiations for long-term relationship management; Collaboration across large complex organizations
  • Excellent analytical and reasoning skills to structure partnership models and handle technical, contractual, and financial issues
  • Ability to self-organize effectively, deliver on deadline and respond quickly to emergent needs

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a creative role, with a focus on concepting, art direction, and design.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates a track record of developing creative concepts that have elevated brands across multiple visual mediums.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on a variety of performance marketing tactics for e-commerce and retail brick-and-mortar channels
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights for both online and offline channels using a variety of performance marketing tools and platforms
  • Experience with SEM, paid social, affiliate/referral, lifecycle, native, video, influencer marketing, retargeting/remarketing and direct mail. 
  • Strong understanding and ability to calculate critical metrics such as CAC, ROAS and LTV
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful performance-based marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition for e-commerce and retail brick-and-mortar channels using a variety of performance marketing tactics
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team/agency of performance marketers, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and deliver on tight deadlines for both online and offline channels
