Purpose of your team and role

GraphCMS is looking for a Senior Director of Partnerships for the North American market, who will own the indirect sales channel end-to-end and will drive significant revenue growth via this channel. In this role, you’ll develop and grow partnerships with key web and app development agencies, IT consultancies, system integrator (SI) and software companies, while being the primary contact. Reporting into the Head of Global Partnerships, you will establish our presence and be responsible for laying the ground work to scale our business in this region.

 

What you will be working on

  • You will own the full cycle of partnership development from establishing contact through building up strong relationships, on-boarding, product advocacy and business growth.
  • You will actively target key business prospects and qualify inbound partner opportunities.
  • You will be the key point of contact for our existing partner base in North America and consistently expand the business with them.

You will report to the CEO and will work together with different stakeholders and own our business operations.  

What you will be working on

Accounting:

  • Managing accounts receivables as well as accounts payables, including collecting due invoices as well as preparing wire transfers.
  • Managing invoice management, expense management (PLEO) and related processes to make sure that all business transactions can be booked accurately. 
  • Helping to prepare the monthly and annual statutory accounts in close co-operation with the tax advisor.
  • Being the central contact person for auditors, tax consultants and the management regarding all financial topics.
  • Working together with the HR department to support the tax advisor in payroll accounting.
  • Managing 1-2 part-time/ full-time employees and growing your team in the long term.
Reporting: 
  • Creating the monthly and annual management accounts.
  • Supporting the management in investor reporting and help to continuously evolve the standards.

FP&A: 

  • Creating and monitoring company-specific KPIs and budget plans and creating cash flow and liquidity plans as well as other relevant financial analysis, closely with C-level.

Legal: 

  • Being the internal go-to-person for legal questions regarding templates and frameworks for employees, commercial contracts, privacy and other business related topics according to German law. 
  • Co-ordinating and working together with external legal advisors, privacy experts, auditors etc.
  • Become the owner for driving the  ISO 27001 certification process of GraphCMS. 

Misc: 

  • Overseeing the day-to-day office operations and also managing 1-2 part-time/ full-time employees in the long term

Purpose of your Team and Role

As a demand generation specialist, you will take complete ownership of our marketing efforts across our acquisition and activation efforts. You will work in the Marketing Operations team, where you will be responsible for the user journey from generating signups to retention, as well as for lead generation. You will have complete control and full support over establishing the short-term tactics and long-term strategy for this function and should have a strong growth mentality with a drive for acquisition and marketing automation.


What you will be working on

  • Setting up, implementing, managing, and owning all search and display performance marketing activities to drive users and leads to the platform. Including but not limited to SEM, ABM, and retargeting, owning multiple acquisition KPIs in close collaboration with Marketing, Developer Relations, Direct Sales, and Partner Sales.

  • Setting up and owning marketing automation (using in-house tools as well as other software like HubSpot/SendGrid/etc.) to optimize our lead generation & lead nurturing processes through email campaigns, in-app campaigns, content, paid media, and social media channels.

  • Establishing a scalable demand generation infrastructure to gather users and MQLs, further allowing users to convert into PQLs, and MQLs into SQLs through various channels and initiatives.
