The SMART-TRIAL Sales Engineering role is a highly visible position within the sales organization. Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct customized product demonstrations for teams managing clinical operations,  sponsors assessing EDC systems and CROs:
    • Partner with account executives to help teach prospects about our solution and industry
    • Educate smaller customers on the value of our clinical data collection platform
    • Speak with highly educated members of the medical device community about current and future trends in our space
    • Perform software walkthroughs and educate on our platform, highlighting functionality in a regulated space for our customers
  • Maintain an expert level understanding of all SMART-TRIAL Software products and upcoming releases

You will consult with customers on Greenlight Guru, the only eQMS platform specifically designed for the medical device industry. You will be a part of a small elite sales team responsible for driving Greenlight Guru's revenues.


Responsibilities:

  • Sell eQMS software to medical device companies.

  • Help identify high-risk customers or expansion opportunities based on regular interactions with users. Assist the CSM in accurately managing and forecasting churn, renewals, and upsells.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to inbound customer requests in Zendesk and via email.

Reporting to the Director or Product, the Senior Product Manager provides leadership within product strategy for the Quality Process capabilities of the platform. As a leader on the product management team, this person builds consensus at the senior management level for their long-term product domain vision and for the next 12-month execution plan. They are a catalyst for continuous improvement and change, within and beyond the product team, including engaging and leading other cross functional team members to realize untapped outcomes. 


A Senior Product Manager personally resolves impediments through constructive engagement with senior leaders and their peers across the company.  The Senior Product Manager thinks creatively, outside the box when looking at product strategy including evaluating build, buy and partner decisions.  


Primary Responsibilities

  • Has a deep understanding of functional capabilities and limitations, user scenarios, and business value derived from the product(s) they are responsible for and how they intersect with platform and add-ons (Integrations, etc)
  • Writes detailed requirements to translate large, complex features into manageable components for development and delivery of tangible customer value
  • Defines metrics to track and measure customer and business benefit for product(s), proactively identifying relevant strategy and customer adoption metrics 
  • Performs full competitive analysis (functional & strategic differences) of product/product capabilities including ability to define strengths and weaknesses relative to competitive set
  • Anticipates technical obstacles when defining new product requirements and use cases. 
  • Monitors and communicates technology developments which may impact (influence) product direction and success
  • Champions and drives customer discovery to include multiple channels of receiving customer feedback in order to identify and prioritize customer needs. 
  • Influences business and product strategy based on market opportunity, competitive intelligence and customer and/or stakeholder input
  • Seeks input from others including colleagues in other departments to expand solution possibilities
  • Collaborates with go-to-market & commercial teams to to drive adoption & monetize platform capabilities


Requirement Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven past experience as a Product Manager or senior position within a B2B SaaS offering
  • Experience in SaaS product lifecycle management
  • Demonstrated focus on customer value and a deep commitment to creating products that deliver delightful user experiences.
  • Strong product sense and ability to validate hypothesis through data and experimentation
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum frameworks
  • Ability to take quick decisions while working independently
  • Strong knowledge or domain expertise within manufacturing workflows or QMS, PLM, ERP, or MES solution offerings is highly preferred, but not required

Senior Quality Engineer

Greenlight Guru is hiring a Remote Senior Quality Engineer

At Greenlight Guru, we help companies build medical devices that improve and extend the lives of millions of people. Engineers use our Software as a Service platform to build quality into their device development process. 


We’re experiencing rapid growth. We need your help to improve our core SaaS platform by creating automated regression tests and performing exploratory testing of product features being constructed, which helps our customers to reliably build and deliver better medical devices. Over the next year we envision this role becoming 70-80 percent creating and maintaining automation, and 20-30 percent performing exploratory testing.


On a given workday with the Greenlight team, you will:

  • Develop automated regression tests using the Greenlight Guru test automation framework 
  • Maintain the suite of automated tests 
  • Report and retest defects the automated tests find
  • Perform exploratory testing of new functionality as it is developed, reporting on and retesting defects found
  • Build and maintain broad knowledge of Greenlight Guru products, and expert knowledge of assigned functionality
  • Provide skill coaching and mentoring to other testers 
  • Collaborate with the rest of the delivery team across the entire Software Development Life Cycle, including participating in standard agile ceremonies
  • Stay up to date with testing tools and techniques, and participate in professional development opportunities


Great-fit candidates will have:

  • 5+ years of professional software testing experience
  • A deep appetite for learning new tools, frameworks, and services. We don’t expect you to have already used all of the tools you’ll be using in this role
  • Extensive experience writing automated tests using modern tools and frameworks – we use Cypress
  • Experience with distributed microservices architectures
  • Experience in environments where small increments are delivered frequently to Production
  • Experience using development or scripting languages, such as for creating test preconditions
  • Experience performing manual exploratory testing

The main objective of the team is to advise customers through their commercialization journey so that they can confidently attain value from the software and ultimately hit their company objectives and timelines.


The Manager, Guru Strategic Services is a management position that oversees all Strategic Services Guru team members, and will report to the Director of Medical Device Gurus. This role is responsible for the following:


● Manage, hire, train, and develop a team of Strategic Services Medical Device Gurus. This includes hosting regular one-on-ones, building individual OKR and bonus plans, identifying and budgeting for professional development opportunities, performing annual reviews and quarterly assessments, building new hire training plans and process playbooks, and coaching/mentoring.
● Build, refine, and oversee the Strategic Services program that ensures our customers have a successful experience utilizing the Greenlight Guru product and are able to hit important company milestones throughout their journey.
● Work directly with Customer Success Operations to create tracking for key metrics (Utilization Rate, Strategic Services Topics, Guru Identified Leads, NPS, etc.) for the Strategic Services team. Use the metrics to determine the success of the program and make refinements as necessary.
● Coordinate and participate in the creation of high quality thought leadership and training content in the Greenlight Guru Academy, Help Desk, and other systems to effectively scale our Strategic Services efforts.
● Embody the company’s core values of true quality, innovation, and fanatical support.
● Adhere to and enforce process and the usage of critical systems (like Salesforce and Gainsight).

● Help bridge the gap between Success and other teams by serving as a liaison with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance to streamline processes between each.
● Serve as a subject matter expert within the company to advise on product strategy, salesmethodologies, and marketing messaging.

Requirements:


● 2+ years direct management experience
