The Sales Manager is a crucial position within the Greenlight Guru sales organization. This role will encompass day-to-day sales team skills coaching, management and activity monitoring as well as accountability to the forecast and other reporting metrics. The ideal candidate will be someone highly motivated, who is able to focus on the sales process and team development while keeping the culture of the organization at an elite level.

Reporting to the Director or Product, the Senior Product Manager provides leadership within product strategy for the Quality Process capabilities of the platform. As a leader on the product management team, this person builds consensus at the senior management level for their long-term product domain vision and for the next 12-month execution plan. They are a catalyst for continuous improvement and change, within and beyond the product team, including engaging and leading other cross functional team members to realize untapped outcomes.
A Senior Product Manager personally resolves impediments through constructive engagement with senior leaders and their peers across the company. The Senior Product Manager thinks creatively, outside the box when looking at product strategy including evaluating build, buy and partner decisions.
