We are looking for several Customer Onboarding Specialists, willing to help our clients implement the Hostaway platform

What this role is all about:

Must be able to work in European Timezones

Manage the entire onboarding process for new customers from sales to configuration, training, and adoption, with a strong sense of urgency and understanding of client needs. Deliver confident training sessions which educate and enable new users, illustrating the benefits of the software, effectively communicating value to customers, and instilling confidence and belief in the product. Enhance current processes in onboarding areas of the business. Nurture clients towards a successful implementation using intimate knowledge of both the industry and the product. Go above and beyond to ensure customers are comfortable using the software by delivering training and catchup sessions, and instruct/guide the customer through tasks, both onsite & online. Bring your personality to develop rapport and meaningful customer relationships, building connections and gaining trust. Manage customer expectations aligned with the business processes. Resolve time-sensitive and high-pressure queries Take responsibility, and initiative and coordinate internally to ensure support is always covered.

We’re looking for a creative and growth-oriented Social Media/Community Manager to own Hostaway’s social media content and strategy as part of our larger marketing efforts.

This role will report to our Marketing Director, and will work closely with our content marketers, growth marketers, product team, and the executive leadership team to build Hostaway’s social brand and take us to the next level of growth. In This Role, You Will

Product Marketing Manager

Hostaway is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to help accomplish mission-critical growth goals for our exciting and fast-growing startup. What you'll do

• Develop go-to-market plans; including planning, product positioning, value proposition, messaging, related assets and sales enablement, to deliver against outcomes and achieve business goals.

• Create on-brand, best-in-class content, tailored to target ICP customers, including in-product messaging, website content, landing pages, launch material, emails, training, education materials, etc.

• Define and execute new product and features launches, including measuring their impact and increasing their adoption.

• Define and evolve product positioning, branding, and messaging in cooperation with product management, design, data and analytics, sales and other partners across the organization.

• Enable sales, marketing, support, customer success, and other internal teams to tell a compelling story about our product’s benefits.

• Create compelling presentations to effectively communicate complex issues to the leadership team and to external stakeholders. Be able to identify ambiguity and work to systematically drive clarity through strategic framing and stakeholder alignment.

• Help foster and grow a community via social channels. Create a social channel strategy while gathering community feedback to help inform product decisions, product/feature adoption, and the overall success of a product/feature.

• Speak to our customers to gain new perspectives and feedback on our products.
