HR Performance & Results is hiring a Remote LogicalDox - Implementation Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic professional to join our team in the role of Implementation Specialist.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Acts as the primary day-to-day point of contact for the assigned client, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business objectives and challenges.
  • Proactively communicates updates, project progress, and any changes to the client, ensuring transparency and trust.

Documentation and Training:

  • Develops and maintains comprehensive documentation of client interactions, project requirements, and progress reports.
  • Documents out-of-scope features with estimated time for additional customizations requested and communicate to CS/BD accordingly.
  • Delivers instructional documentation in various formats (video, written, etc.) for each user type, detailing key software features.
  • Determines and implements training plans around customized system/key features, driving the adoption of new software.

Post-Rollout Support and Client Check-ins:

  • Conducts regular client check-ins to review progress, ensures the system is being used, and drives client satisfaction. Reports client satisfaction and progress accordingly.
  • Supports clients during/post-rollout by providing timely feature guidance as requested and answering support requests as necessary.

Business Development and Upselling:

  • Identifies opportunities to expand the relationship with the client by identifying new services or solutions.
  • Collaborates with the sales and development teams to craft proposals that align with the client’s strategic goals.
  • Acts as a trusted advisor for clients and works very closely with the account managers to develop opportunities to increase service revenues.

User-Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance Coordination:

  • Completes User-Acceptance Testing with key users, communicating workflows/key features and obtaining feedback and approval.
  • Collaborates with the QA Lead to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Liaises with production teams to define UAT/QA/release schedules and communicate with the client.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management within the software development industry.
  • Must have experience with providing on-site training to clients.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large client accounts and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in the following software/tools: Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Lucid Chart, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel across Southern Ontario (mainly the Greater Toronto Area) to attend client sites; must have a valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle.
