About the Position:

Hiring for a Demand Planner, responsible to maintain proper inventory levels to support sales goals, while increasing and maintaining profitable inventory turnover and overall inventory management. The Demand Planner will optimize the balance of historical data, forecasting, seasonal profiling, lead times and other demand drivers to assure inventory is aligned with demand. Performing daily maintenance, including; order processing, confirmation, tracking manufacturers and carriers, distribution center communication, processing returns, and working with finance on invoice reconciliation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of demand planning experience
  • Working knowledge of good demand planning practices and policies
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, dedicated to customer service

        About the Position:

        Hiring for a Development Project Manager, responsible for leading the development of distributed generation assets, which includes the procurement, management, and oversight of both the external and internal resources. This role will manage all aspects of project schedule and cost from greenfield or acquired project kick-off to NTP. The Development Project Manager will work with business development and corporate finance teams to assist in finalizing project criteria and ensuring parameters are met, including but not limited to EPC and interconnection cost estimates.         Requirements:

            • 5+ years of renewable energy project development / project management experience.
            • Remote position, but will require 20 - 30% travel, as needed to visit sites and attend key meetings.
            • Bachelor’s degree required.
            • Strong understanding of real estate and project entitlement process.
            • Experience with Energy Storage, project sale, community solar, contract negotiations, full cycle development, EPC contracting, and solar production optimization is a plus.
