Your role
As Business Development Director at Kisi, you will be instrumental in positioning us in the real estate property technology market. You are someone who loves research and analyzing and at the same time quickly springing to action and reaching out, connecting and pitching to build a community.
Who you will work with
You will be a part of the partnerships team at Kisi, which is responsible for building partnerships around Kisi’s ecosystem and reseller and extend the use-cases for our suite of products. You will closely work with sales, marketing, success and product teams to pull all strings together to action go to market motions in the real estate market. This role will require some travel across US, EU, and Asia. Ideal candidate would be based in the New York area.

Your responsibilities
You will spearhead our push into the real estate market to develop it into one of our main three strategic revenue streams.
This will involve:
Own our real estate buyer- and partner profile and map, consolidating information into actionable insights and reports.
Generating revenue driving partnerships.
Representing Kisi at real estate events to actively build communities there.
Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales, and methods of operation.

Your role
Kisi is looking for a Revenue Data Analyst to own the internal processes throughout the full client life cycle to ensure operational efficiency. This person will be responsible for not only analyzing the data but also for facilitating and monitoring processes across multiple departments including building and implementation of new tools and updating and optimizing existing ones. This position will report directly to our CEO and is remote friendly.

Your responsibilities
Oversee the lead to customer funnel process and associated metrics.
Plan and implement internal and external tools or projects that will help enhance the customer experience throughout their journey from buying through to expansion and help increase revenue.
Work cross functionally with internal teams to share and discuss insights, draw consolidated conclusions and push projects to finish.

Your role
You will wear many hats in this role that all revolve around researching our customers and competitors, staying on-top of brand sentiment, collecting, organizing, and presenting data to internal teams, and recommending marketing strategies and tactics to reach specific consumer segments with a focus on outbound marketing initiatives. You will work within the marketing team to recommend content and take part in marketing initiatives that help us grow Kisi’s awareness. This role is remote friendly for candidates based in Europe or US.

Your responsibilities
Research and collect data on competitors, target industries, and buyer profiles, consolidating information into actionable insights and reports.
Setting up and reviewing customer behavioral analytics data around usage of our website, and collecting insights from usage and recommendations on improvement.
Designing and participating/leading surveys or customer interviews to discover customer buying preferences and habits.
Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales, and methods of operation
Research and recommend marketing plans for outbound marketing initiatives such as podcasts sponsorship/ads, etc.
Own creation of value proposition and positioning statements for all product features for reference by our content teams
Create and maintain personas and use cases for reference by internal teams.
Track relevant keywords related to market trends, brand sentiment and competitive research.
Monitor and following important conversations in online communities to better understand our customers, market needs and competition. Participate in conversations where applicable, with any help needed from our content experts.

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team and help shape the user experience for our mobile and web apps, used globally by hundreds of thousands of admins and end users. Your creativity and analytical skills will be utilized to deliver best-in-class experiences that are seamless, intuitive, efficient, and exciting.

Responsibilities include owning the user experience for our mobile and web applications, conducting competitive and user research, gathering feedback, and working closely with our product managers, UI designer, and developers to implement your ideas.

In your first 30 days, you will develop a deep understanding of your context, and in your first 90 days, you will work with the product management team to identify three areas for improvement and present tangible results.
