About the Position:

The Account Directorwill join a team of performance marketers, reporting to the AVP of Client Services. This role is pivotal in managing management-level client relationships, driving strategic success, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective account and project management. The successful candidate will lead an internal team, cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders, and demonstrate expertise in digital marketing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools. This role demands a proactive and strategic mindset, ensuring exceptional performance and innovative solutions for clients. The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $125,000.

  • Proficient with paid advertising channels (i.e. Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, etc.) and familiarity with paid marketing strategies and tactics; fluent in paid marketing KPIs
  • In-platform experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) of products. 
  • Deep understanding of marketing KPIs including ROI, ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc
  • Experience with complex budgeting, forecasting, and required calculations in order to report against those metrics.

About the Position:

The M&A Integration Manager will serve as the leader responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of newly acquired companies. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a critical role in the tactical aspects of the integration process, from due diligence to post-integration. You will take full ownership of the integration process and manage cross-functional teams across the organization. You will collaborate with the private equity team and work closely with internal senior leaders in Finance, HR, IT, and Operations to ensure alignment with company objectives. This role requires travel, with up to 50% of your time spent on-site during the most critical phases of integration.
