• Educated - Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experienced - 5+ years’ experience in channel partner technical, software, cloud or platform sales. You’ve worked with complex sales and have seven-figure deal experience. Have a mix of business curiosity combined with a technical aptitude to truly solve customer challenges and earn trust.
• Outstanding Sales Persona - Consistent overachievement of sales goals in a large territory. You have a passion to bring new customers and maximize LoadSpring revenue. You are a closer! You keep focus by managing and tracking customer and transactional information in a CRM system.
• Champion - Highly motivated with a concentration and a strong sense of urgency. You go beyond relationship management and believe in the success of customers through the LoadSpring Platform.
• Partner - Build strong relationships with ISV channel partner organizations and educate the positioning and representation of our services offerings.

Bonus points if the Channel Sales Representative has experience in any of the following:

• Experience in developing, leading, mentoring and coaching (ISV) Channel partners to drive adoption of services across their (ISV) customer base.
• Successful sales experience within the architecture, engineering, and/or construction sectors.
• Experience in construction management, civil /mechanical engineering, IT/Cloud.
• Skilled in articulating complex technical concepts and business value to all levels of an organization with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work solo, as well as being a productive team member.

More about the LoadSpring Channel Sales Representative position:

At LoadSpring you will be a proactive and consultative advisor to LoadSpring’s ISV partners to drive the adoption of LoadSpring’s services across their ISV customer base. You will be equipped to develop and execute account/territory selling strategies and manage all steps of the customer acquisition process. At Loadspring you will successfully increase revenue from partner sources and market share through leveraging the partnering model and identifying and developing joint go-to-market strategies and lead generation opportunities. On LoadSpring’s Channel Sales Team, you will align channel partners into LoadSpring business opportunities and manage third-party transactions to bring business-changing solutions to top AEC companies!
