The Role

 

The Digital PR & Outreach Strategist will work closely with our existing team, as well as the Head of SEO to execute and drive our strategy forward.

 

Day-to-day, you’ll be shaping and defining campaigns to improve brand recognition and awareness, benefiting SEO performance along the way. You’ll also be comfortable in actively seeking and securing high value opportunities from a diverse range of journalists, publications, and influencers to distribute to.

 

The role will require you to contribute within monthly and quarterly campaign ideation sessions, plan all required content assets, as well as collaborate with other teammates and departments in the execution of the PR & outreach strategy.

You’ve learnt your trade in Digital PR being an expert in your field. You’re a natural communicator and able to form strong relationships with key stakeholders. The role

  • Production of statutory accounts
  • Prepare statutory submissions for review for example relating to VAT, PAYE and P11Ds
  • Purchase ledger processing and third-party invoices
  • Daily treasury and weekly payment run
  • Weekly flash reporting
  • Commission calculations
  • Support the forecasting and budgeting process, providing information and analysis where required
  • Supporting with external auditors and tax teams on year end audit, CT and R&D

We are on the lookout for an experienced, customer-focused Advisor to join our PLT team. Your role will specifically be to manage customers and suppliers of LES' energy product.



The Role
Love Energy Savings are passionate about treating our customers well throughout the full journey and afterwards. Due to continued growth, we are on the hunt for a highly professional Customer Service Specialist, who is well organised and able to manage a busy and varying workload, dependent on the needs of the business.

 

Pre-Live Concierge, main duties include:

  • Assessing the needs of inbound callers and directing them to the appropriate departments
  • Meeting essential KPIs in calling handling
  • Complete logs on daily activity
  • Dealing with all after sale customers to provide an update and/or delegate to the relevant person within PLT
  • Being the first point of contact for customers and interacting with team members to provide a clear understanding to the customer
  • Raise any issues with management from a customer service perspective

 

 

PLT-Live Concierge, skills, and experience:

  • Good time management skills
  • Excellent inter-personal skills
  • Basic understanding of sales processes
  • Ability to manage varied queries and identify the needs of the customer
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to review situations holistically
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and Outlook and can quickly learn and utilise several systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptable and able to learn quickly
  • Team player
  • Experience in B2B energy/utilities is an advantage

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for 360 sales executives with a genuine hunger to succeed to join our brand-new multi-product sales team. You will be responsible the full sales journey starting with lead generation with a view to pitching our full suite of products, right through to closing the sale.

 

Love Energy are a true utility marketplace which is excellent for you as we can offer UK based businesses the best products and prices for all their business needs at one time saving them time and maximising your earning potential.

 

We are always expanding our product offerings, but our marketplace currently includes Energy, Water and Waste.

 

What can you expect to be doing?

  • You’ll be a true 360 sales agent! Outbound dialling and closing deals all day every day whilst bringing in the revenue. What that means to you is being in control of your leads, deals and earnings.
  • You’ll be speaking to prospective businesses via outbound sales calls creating a pipeline of contacts to continually nurture and treat as your own business.All leads have been previously engaged by LES either through telephone or email contact meaning no cold calling for you.

 

  • You will gain specific information around the renewal of their business utility contracts and using a consultative approach, offer our fantastic water products and close the sale!
  • We have the best suppliers and products on our panel available for you to recommend to customers and convert into sales!
  • We are a true “supermarket”, so we have a greater story to tell when dealing with customers

We are on the lookout for an experienced, customer-focused Advisor to join our PLT team.. Your role will specifically be to manage customers and suppliers of LES' energy product.

 

As a PLT Advisor advisor, your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Managing relationships between relevant LES departments and suppliers, using your excellent customer service skills and the ability to set expectations across the board, in a clear and concise manner
  • Being the first point of contact for suppliers and customers, regarding internal LES Water/Telecoms sales via telephone and email
  • Using effective problem-solving and accurately responding to queries in a timely and professional way
  • managing any objection and returns lists to ensure an excellent customer journey
  • Accurate logging and modifying of customer records and usage details on our internal systems and using various external online platforms; including details of complaints at 1st line and referring to the appropriate departments as necessary
  • Always striving to improve pending registration workload to improve live-rate, which is key to achieving business focused revenue targets.
  • Dealing with supplier returns which includes updating customers and offering a requote to selling alternate water and telco products where appropriate.
  • Being accountable for the conversion of any water or telco sale, until the activation of the water or telco contract.
  • Taking customer calls from the concierge team and actively dealing with the query
  • Working in support of the whole team to collectively tackle any work back-logs and contribute to an effective operation providing feedback and escalations to Direct Manager) and Assistant Managers. 

 

PLT Advisor experience required:

  • Good attention to detail
  • A good level of written and oral English skills
  • IT Literate, with the ability to easily pick-up training and operate multiple systems
  • Team player, but able to work on own initiative while working in a very fast-paced role
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong working relationships across multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to challenge where necessary and effectively resolve any problems that may occur whilst always remaining polite and professional
  • Experience from a customer service/account management role
  • Strong administration skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Ownership of your own professional development and training, including the the ability to ask for support when required
