Product Design Lead

As a Product Design Lead, you are a doer and a leader. You will be responsible for spearheading the product vision and creation of digital products for Neon’s partners. You will work closely with our business development, product strategy, product delivery, and development teams, collaborating with partners to build digital products.  

The Product Design Lead excels at interpreting needs and taking an innovative approach to solving complex problems that results in beautiful products. This role spans across many design disciplines, including UX research, information architecture, prototyping, UI design, and visual design.

Full Stack Developer

The Full Stack Developer is responsible for developing and implementing new software systems for Neon’s engagements with their Partners. They utilise their previous industry knowledge and expertise to code applications. Through collaboration with the rest of the development team, the Full Stack Developer works to solve computing problems and build applications that align with Neon’s Partner’s mission, vision, and values. 

What you’ll do:
