    Why Neon

A bit about what it's like to work here

We’re a team of people who genuinely enjoy working together. We’re motivated to make products that matter – game-changing products that people love. We’re building for the long-term and a better future for everyone. Our success flows from collaboration. All ideas are welcome, and all perspectives are respected.

We foster an environment that supports top-quality work; where proactive planning (instead of jumping each wave) prevents burnout, and partnerships are never a short play. We also believe in work-life harmony. What does that mean? The time we spend inside and outside the office is complimentary. We aim for healthy integration without that “always-on” overlap that extinguishes the twin fires of creativity and inspiration.

Creating in whitespace means that some ambiguity is always part of the job. Just like Mo Farah, we’re running a fast-paced marathon. We also value continuous learning and growing together. Regular Lunch and Learns – led by Neon team members and visiting experts – keep us sharp and curious. We welcome you to learn more about what we’re building.

We’re big believers in empowering our team to do their best work by offering:

    • Competitive salary and benefits plan
    • Health Care Spending Account
