We are currently looking for Customer Success Engineers to help drive our customers' technical success during on-boarding & implementation, as well as long-term support.
Your Mission
As aCustomer Success Engineer you will work in teams together with national and international organizations in order to design, install and operate globally deployed network security solutions. Specifically, you will analyze the needs of customers as well as advise, design and deploy solutions in close cooperation with the organization. This position will give you responsibility for customer projects right from the concept phase and all the way through to production deployment and operations. In addition, your task will be to interface between development and sales.
Your technical mindset combined with a customer-first consulting approach will help you thrive. Ideally, you have experience either directly in Customer Success Engineering, or with integration, professional services, technical design, and technical consulting.

Your Mission
As a Product Marketing Manager at Open Systems, you will be responsible for bringing our MDR solution to market. You will act as a product expert and evangelize our solutions with customers, analysts and partners. You will engage cross-functionally with our internal teams - including the product, marketing and sales teams - as well as our customers and analysts, to help design, plan and execute the go-to-market strategy that drives measurable success. This will include leading product launches, defining sales plays, enabling field teams and channel partners, content development and building differentiated messaging to increase awareness and demand.
We are looking for an eager product marketer. A self-starter who excels in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about security, and about learning how customers work, their pain points, their needs, and about their alternatives / our competition. We’re looking for someone with experience working with an extended distributed team. Someone with a creative mindset, and ear for how the customer talks/thinks. An eye for quality is crucial, along with the ability to grasp and translate complex technical topics into simple, compelling messages. And we are looking for a strong collaborator who can rally cross-functional teams to build and execute product launches and sales plays.

Principle Security Architecture - MDR
Your Mission
Reporting to the CISO, this role offers the opportunity to work a growing global managed security services provider undergoing a strong technical and cloud-first transformation. You’re a self-driven experienced security professional with a background in development, and experience working in the area of platform and application security. You will strongly support the build-out of a next generation MDR platform and service. You are able to, and enjoy working with, a number of different technical stakeholders across our product teams – and willing to “roll up the sleeves”, working side-by-side with teams as necessary, enabling them to be responsible in the long run.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include :
Supporting and driving cloud security strategy
Working with the Security team, our Chief Architect & product leadership, you’ll set up a path and determine what will bring value and reduce risk
Integrate SDLC security tools, processes and training
We’re looking for a strong drive to make better use of our security tooling investments in our SDLC, further developing and implementing tooling (hands-on), process, and measurement (metrics) around vulnerabilities. As well as deploy new, cutting edge / early stage tools.
Coordinate and remediate our penetration testing programming and findings
We work with a very adept security assessment and pentesting partner. You’ll be the direct interface, working to develop intended assessments, facilitating their execution, and working through remediation and risk with teams. The end result will be scrutinized by multiple customers.
Occasionally develop, and conduct training or presentations with a security focus
Working with the partner lead based in the US or Europe – you may give occasional (monthly) presentations on various security topics. These might include training on specific areas you and the team determine could use a wider audience or different OWASP topics to give a few examples
