The Role 

As a Sales Enablement Lead, you’ll play a key role in accelerating the performance of the Paro Growth team by up-leveling role based skills, introducing playbooks, support bringing new offerings and capabilities to market, on-boarding new hires, and as a part of the Revenue Operations team, contribute to the direction of the revenue engine of Paro. The Sales Enablement Leader will develop an ecosystem of revenue enablement across the organization.

Core Responsibilities

  • Craft the overall on-boarding learning journey of our customer facing reps and managers to help complete the ramp to full productivity
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to equip sales and customer success with the most up-to-date service offerings and world-class resources to successfully perform
  • Develop and implement a cadence for enablement that supports sales plays, sales methodologies with monthly releases
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) & business leaders to develop relevant content, tools and resources to aid skill development & on-the-job learning application
  • Measure and monitor the impact of enablement initiatives
  • Special projects including but not limited to creating leadership training track, certification, customer events, assisting with All Hands, and others

The Role

The primary focus is to implement the online trading strategy and deliver the growth ambitions of the business. You will be a great leader with the ability to influence at all levels across the business. The Role

Paro is looking to hire a Salesforce Developer to join our Product & Engineering team. This is an exciting role where you will be our first Salesforce SME that will help our teams build out robust and automated processes.  We’re looking for someone to join us as we extend our Salesforce integration and work to scale our quickly growing internal user database. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the development, integration and operational support of Paro’s Salesforce CRM and associated integrated systems. You’ll be cross-collaborating with our Product, Engineering, Sales, and RevOps teams to develop functional, performing features, systems and APIs. You will also take ownership of migrating our software from Sales Cloud to Salesforce Lightning.

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Automate & remove manual processes between Paro’s legacy platform and our Salesforce CRM
  • Participate in design phases for small to medium sized projects/programs, identifying, tracking and resolving technical issues
  • Partner closely with Paro’s RevOps team on business needs and requirements to help drive the company forward 
  • Establish, deliver and refine a road map to ensure that platforms and products remain current, deliver value and support the needs of stakeholders in terms of scalability, resilience, and operational maintenance
  • Provide system administration support of the Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow
  • Create and maintain documentation related to important support processes
  • Focus the organization's use of data towards what best serves the mission
  • Plan ahead for Salesforce upgrades, seasonal releases and long term projects
  • Partner with Salesforce Support on managing system bugs by submitting and following up on Salesforce Tickets

The Role

Paro is hiring an individual to bring our technology and products into the spotlight through our first ever product marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has a passion for product marketing and telling the story of transformative technology. This role will sit within the Marketing organization but will partner closely with our Product, Engineering and Data organization to ensure understanding of the development roadmap as well as define and execute the go-to-market strategy. 

The Product Marketing Manager will transform how our business grows going forward and must embrace both the opportunity and challenge. Paro is an evolving technology company that has not yet developed the reputation for the power of the technology we’re building. This person will be proactive in defining GTM strategies as well as influencing how product and tech fit into all of our brand, advertisements, communications, etc. going forward. This role will require both strategic thinking and hands-on execution as we are a rapidly evolving and growing startup with a world of opportunity to become recognized for the tech company we realistically already are.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Understand our freelancer and client personas and experiences to articulate the evolution of our products from current to future state, bringing material meaning to new developments
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Data organization to define target audiences and strategy for go-to-market efforts with new products
  • Spearhead the execution of all product marketing efforts for the Marketing org, working closely with content and lifecycle teams to align on how these efforts fit into the overall marketing calendar
  • Coordinate and create content (web copy, blog posts, etc.),  social posts, internal and external comms, documentation and all else needed to articulate the benefits of our products

How You’ll Add Value

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience and 5+ years of total professional experience
  • A passion for evolving technology and storytelling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as there is a heavy amount of writing and selling ideas and the technology story in this role
  • Technical understanding paired with creativity, project management and planning skills

Core Responsibilities

  • Efficiently qualify and advance inbound leads through full cycle, exceeding resolution and engagement Service Level Agreements
  • Leverage a consultative selling approach to build relationships with business leaders to provide reliable Paro services to allow their companies to operate more effectively and profitably 
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, directly supported by inbound lead flow from the Marketing team and where applicable, light outbound efforts (understanding top priority is to manage inbound leads)
  • Overcome objections of prospective customers via Paro’s service offering(s)
  • Work towards meeting/exceeding monthly quota targets
  • Collaborate with Customer Success team to expand new business relationships during each client’s first 12 months on the Paro platform

The role entails a mixture of inside and outside sales exposure (COVID-19 permitting).

Core Responsibilities

  • 100% outbound selling: Net-new business generation, supported by dedicated investments such as intent-based lead programs, sponsorships, corporate partnerships, and travel. All manner of referrals (direct as well as referral partnerships) you create are fair game as well!
  • Collaborate with marketing to provide omnichannel retargeting support to named accounts that you are prospecting into, with lead form conversions routed to you
  • Leverage a consultative selling approach to build relationships with business leaders to provide reliable Paro services to allow their companies to operate more effectively and profitably

The Role

The  Recruiting Sourcer will help grow Paro’s elite freelancer talent. Experts (or freelancers) are the bloodline of Paro’s marketplace, and only 2% of registrants make it through our vetting process. You will work directly with the Chief Revenue Officer and Freelancer Operations team to identify, source, and onboard finance and accounting talent for Paro’s marketplace. This role is directly responsible for the strategy and execution of sourcing, vetting, and onboarding new experts and handling all gaps and niche requests from the demand side. 

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Source elite finance & accounting talent to join the nationwide Paro network of experts
  • Work strategically to identify supply channels for funneling elite finance & accounting talent
  • Qualify and onboard talent using Paro’s proprietary vetting model
  • Ensure onboarded experts meet the marketplace needs obtaining a 75% match rate within the first 10 days in the network
  • Collaborate with the sales team to determine high-impact needs and creatively source specific talent backgrounds to meet requests
  • Leverage Excel, Looker, and other tools to maintain, challenge, and evolve expert acquisition KPIs
  • Track weekly and monthly metrics
