About the role:As a key member of the Member Marketing Analytics and Insights team at Premise Health, the Analyst will report directly to the Director of Marketing Analytics and Insights. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct comprehensive data analysis to inform marketing campaign strategy, develop benchmarks, key performance indicators, and performance measures, analyze returns on investments, and deliver tactical optimization insights. This includes compiling, structuring, and utilizing data to develop metrics, reports, and dashboards essential for driving marketing and overall business performance. Additionally, the Analyst will play a crucial role in fostering strong partnerships with internal enterprise data engineering and analytics stakeholders. Collaborating closely with cross-functional team members and external vendor partners, they will work to optimize marketing campaign performance and maximize returns on investment. 
 

Essential Functions:   

  • Serve as a full-service, marketing analytics resource for the Member Marketing team. 
  • Understand business goals and objectives and capitalize on opportunities to leverage data to inform marketing strategy and business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, define key performance indicators, and develop actionable insights to support marketing initiatives and decision-making processes.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and plans by providing data-driven insights and recommendations based on market and/or consumer/member research and analysis.
  • Analyze datasets to uncover patterns, correlations, and insights that drive business growth and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Assist in the development of predictive models and advanced analytics techniques to forecast market trends, customer behavior, and business performance.
  • Work closely with external vendor partners and cross-functional team members to optimize the availability and utilization of marketing centric insights and campaign performance data.  
  • Remain current with emerging analytic tools, methodologies, and best practices to enhance marketing analytic capabilities and strategic insights.
  • Manage key data initiatives, day-to-day activities, and processes that support data project management needs and workflow efficiencies.
  • Develop and execute analytic measurement plans, test, and learn strategies, and generate standardized reporting for internal stakeholders and clients. 
  • Assist in originating analytic processes, frameworks and standardized reporting solutions and methodologies.
  • Participate in meetings to present analysis, insights and recommendations to the Member Marketing team, Premise leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure data integrity through quality assurance practices; identify and define data and process improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to grow and enhance marketing analytics and insights capabilities.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide thought leadership and training materials related to marketing analytics, data tools and technologies, and consumer behaviors and trends.
  • Support the Director of Marketing Analytics and Insights in developing innovative ways to advance data-driven strategy development within the Member Marketing team.  
 

Job Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, marketing or business analytics, statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, information technology, or a related field required
  • 5+ years’ experience in data analytics (ideally in healthcare marketing), interpreting business questions and data, leading analytics efforts and delivering outcomes to various stakeholders; Epic or other EMR data experience a plus
  • Proven experience in data analysis, database management, data visualization and business intelligence tools, statistical modeling, analytic programming languages, web analytics tools, machine learning, A/B testing, CRM platforms, ETL process, API integration, and data privacy and compliance
 

Preferred Experience:  

  • Proficiency in analyzing large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations, including an understanding of statistical concepts and techniques.
  • Skills in database management systems such as SQL, Oracle, DB2, etc., to extract, manipulate, and manage data efficiently.
  • Ability to create visually appealing and informative data visualizations using business intelligence tools and platforms like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.

  • Skills in data cleansing, preprocessing, transformation, governance, and security to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
  • Knowledge of processes, tools, and methods, such as APIs, used for automating data exchanges from various sources.

About the role:The Solutions Architect is responsible for researching and creating an overall technical vision for a specific solution to a business problem. They evaluate business needs, design, describe, and manage the solution. Once they are given aproblem, solution architects are not only in charge of finding answers but also of activelyleading the technical vision to success. Solution architecture itself encompasses business, system, information,security, application, and technology architecture. After solution architects havedesigned a solution for an existing problem, it is their job to manage the tasks andactivities that are involved with its successful implementation in partnership withtechnical architects. Solutions architects must be prepared to work with leaders,managers, and employees across every business unit. About the role:The Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business using data to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders. They will act as an expert in understanding the organizations data and will be responsible for using analytical skills to seek out, research, and evaluate a variety of data and technical options to inform business cases, product development, and product iterations. BAs (Business analysts) engage with business leaders and users to understand how data-driven changes to process, products, services, software, and hardware can improve efficiency and add value. They must articulate those ideas but also balance them against what is technologically feasible and financially and functionally reasonable. As a primary liaison to Product their focus should be on what the systems need to do, how do they do it, who do we need to get input from, and how do we get everyone to agree on what we need to do before we do it. In partnership with a solutions architect, they will develop a business case and vision, gather requirements for the building blocks of a potential solution, define how to measure success, monitor the solutions, and transition to ongoing IT operations.  
 
Essential Functions:   
  • Research, interview, and document key business and technical requirements into a Business Case
  • Create and manage user stories and acceptance criteria, from initial discovery, through continuous refinement, to completion
  • Support the organization by gathering, organizing, formatting, and analyzing various forms of clinical and organizational data to inform the business case development.

About the role: This is an IT Infrastructure Implementations position with a strong focus on the ability to meet the demands of the client by providing to Premise Health resources who deliver technical services and solutions, while acting as a liaison between the client and said resources.  You may be involved with several stages of client engagement from the initial due diligence, through the completion of Implementation, to the maintenance and support of the account.  The role requires strong experience in the areas of resource management, client relations, business analysis, solution definition/alternatives, task estimation and technology implementation.
Essential Functions:  
  • Lead new client technology implementation discussions involving onsite hardware and Infrastructure or software platforms, including discovery, design, development, training, deployment and maintenance. 
  • Act as interface between the client, Premise Health, and third party vendors. 
  • Manage and/or participate in technical client meetings, presentations and strategic technical planning, as needed. 
  • Create process flow, procedural, best practice and technical documentation for hardware and infrastructure or software platform implementation, training, support and usage. 
  • Travel required up to 75% of the time with the potential to fluctuate based on need. 
  • Install and configure new IT hardware and software. 
  • Understand individual, group, and organizational responses to change driven by the implementation of technology and related programs. 
  • Communicate with clients, business colleagues, end users and other technology groups, vendors and partners for the purpose of managing and supporting the delivery of technology. 
  • Receive end user requests via support desk system and respond / resolve incidents within set SLA’s (service level agreements). Update and close incidents when work is completed. 
  • Work closely with Premise Operations management to understand IT support needs at Premise Health Centers. Develop a good working relationship with each. 
  • Assist the IT Infrastructure network team as required, including virtual hands support for troubleshooting network outages and issues. Replace network hardware when directed to. 
  • Assist the Tier 3 EUPS group with support desk incidents where required. 
  • Attend meetings, both internal and external when requested. Meetings may be in person (onsite) or dial in. 
  • Abide by all Premise InfoSec policies. 
  • Maintain and be held responsible for assigned Premise provided tools and supplies as required. 
  • Timely submission of weekly time card and expenses. 
 
Job Requirements: 
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience 
  • 5-7 years of experience in providing enterprise level support in a field services or implementation position
