Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing information security in a public cloud environment (Azure, AWS, GCP). Azure preferred.
  • 4+ years of experiences in information security

About the role: As the Implementation Manager you will be responsible for providing implementation subject matter expertise for new health centers and expansion of services for multi-lines of service. Provides development, refinement, and execution of detailed project plans, including tactical coordination of health center set up, participant flow, coordination of credentialing and licensing activities, and ensuring the implementation and maintenance of appropriate and correct clinical procedures. Provides subject matter expertise and consultative guidance for health specialties while implementing detailed, robust and repeatable activities to standardize health center operational processes.

Travel: 75-80%, night and weekend travel required

Essential Functions:

  • Accountable for executing the PH best practices. processes, policies, procedures to efficiently and effectively implement new Health Centers and Expansion of services.
  • Provides leadership and communication to ensure knowledge transfer and best-practice sharing to new Health Centers in support of operational goals and objectives.
  • Leads a formal transition process from the Implementation Team to Operations, related to clinical and administrative operations.
  • Participates, actively in the development of a working health center model to determine the scope of work to be performed, staffing model, and the implementation budget. May participate in strategic planning session in order to effectively utilize resources of the entire team. May participate in finalist presentations as requested.
  • Collaborates with the Project Manager (PM) to prepare the project plan according to the scope of work for contract services. Participates in site assessments and gap analysis and provide recommendations for action plans where change or improvement is needed. Facilitates or participates in Internal and External Project meetings in preparation for implementation.
  • Acts as a SME (subject matter expert) in the preparation, implementation, follow-up and completion of all tasks in Project Plan, as needed, on implementations that may be complicated in nature or have multiple lines of service. Monitors the status, assigns action items and proactively identifies issues and roadblocks.
  • Conducts or participates in conference calls on a regular basis providing virtual leadership in the implementation planning process and effectively communicates weekly project status and timeline updates.
  • Coordinates, facilitates, trains, orients, or presents segments of the orientation process for new site implementations and additional hire orientation. Works with HR, and Training & Development to create and update training materials for on-going clinical development of Health Center colleagues, clinical operations processes and colleague on-boarding. May update the training and orientation materials for new site implementations.
  • Provides consultative guidance and perspective to clients, for issue related to medical specialty, operational process or compliance concerns. Serves as a consultant to the Regional VP (RVP) Operations and assigned Director Site Operations (DSO) on medical, operations process. related to provision of clinical services and delivery of services.
  • Collaborates with Health Center site staff on issues related to patient optimization and clinical services as requested by the RVP or DSO
  • Consults with Medical, Legal or Compliance departments regarding regulations, practices act, practice law, certification requirements.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least five (5) years of experience in project management, program implementations or business operations OR a high school diploma/GED and at least eight (8) years of experience in project management, program implementations or business operations.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a health care field.
  • Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).
  • Experience communicating technical heath or medical information both verbally (on phone, one-on-one, to groups) and in writing (emails, letters, reports, presentations) to various technical and non-technical audiences (work group, team, company management, prospective acquisitions, external clients).
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization.
  • Experience with training preferred.
  • Experience working in a virtual environment preferred.
  • Experience with web-based programs, such as Electronic Medical Record (EMR) preferred.
Preferred Experience:

About the role: The Digital Specialist plays an integral role in enabling Premise Health’s digital member marketing strategy. This person will be essential in identifying and building digital automation, activating data to define member audiences, and reporting on the outcome of these efforts in Premise Health’s complex B2B2C marketing environment.

In addition to building out Member Engagement’s digital marketing tools and technology, the specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day development of member-facing digital touchpoints across multiple channels including email, web, digital advertising, and SEO/SEM. This person works with peers in campaign strategy, creative, and marketing operations to deliver high-quality member marketing to drive member utilization in Premise Health’s products and services.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead the email campaign process from end-to-end, including identifying target member audiences, building campaign templates, managing proof review and approvals, sending campaigns, and analyzing reporting metrics
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Legal, IT Security) to ensure email outreach complies with industry rules, regulations, and best practices.
  • Build, monitor and maintain member facing microsites and landing pages in Wordpress
  • Build and utilize analytics platforms to track, analyze, and identify trends and insights to optimize key metrics
  • Collaborate with vendors, outside agencies, and various internal departments in the ideation, development, and maintenance of digital marketing projects
  • Work closely with Member Engagement peers to brainstorm and execute the production of digital assets to fulfill member needs and meet business objectives
  • Provide feedback and fresh ideas to grow the member awareness and utilization of Premise Health services through digital channels.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2 - 5 years related work experience in digital marketing, B2C experience a plus

Education:
