Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly experienced business development professional to accelerate new business growth for our consulting practice. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the consulting industry, developing new business, executing at a high level, and building long term relationships with local, regional, and national businesses. A competitive base salary plus commission will be offered to the right person for this role.

The Role:We are seeking a Media Planner / Buyer with 2+ years of experience in traditional and digital media buying. The ideal candidate will have proficiency with Strata or similar media buying platforms, strong negotiation skills, and experience with RFP (Request for Proposal) and RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes. Experience with digital platforms such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) is a plus. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of media planning and buying, from strategy through execution and optimization.
