Our ideal candidate is extremely creative and detail-oriented, with impeccable design abilities and a distinct eye for color, pattern, and typography. This role will involve both conceptual design and production design. You must excel in an independent, fast-paced environment and juggle various daily projects while being absent of ego. You will serve as Prolific's brand steward – maintaining, updating, and upholding all Prolific brand guidelines. The Senior Designer will work closely under the guidance and leadership of Prolific's Director of Marketing.

Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead Prolific's overall design direction and visual identity
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to translate strategy into visually engaging content
  • Oversee design processes from conceptualization to execution
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all company touchpoints
  • Manage time effectively across various design tasks:
    • Original design (50%)
    • Production design (30%)
    • Art direction (10%)
    • Administrative tasks (10%)
  • Core responsibilities:
    • Marketing projects (60%): ABM materials, web design, social media assets, motion graphics, conference materials, etc.
    • Sales proposals and go-to-market materials (30%)
    • Internal design projects (10%): corporate decks, photo/video editing, employer branding

  • Degree in graphic design, visual communications or a related creative discipline
  • 3+ years of print and digital design experience, with a focus on branding and marketing
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, execution skills, and versatility across various project types and mediums
  • Demonstrable knowledge of brand and marketing strategy
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing principles, and current design trends
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly experienced business development professional to accelerate new business growth for our consulting practice. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the consulting industry, developing new business, executing at a high level, and building long term relationships with local, regional, and national businesses. Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Market Research Analyst to lead qualitative and quantitative research for our strategy team. The Research Analyst will collaborate with strategists to develop a research plan. The Research Analyst leads the process of understanding both the client and their target customer segment. The Research Analyst manages all aspects of complex surveys including research, client consultations, project management, survey programming/creation, survey administration, data analysis, and reporting. Furthermore, this analyst will conduct robust secondary research on markets, customers, products, competitors, regulations, and industry trends. The Market Research Analyst helps formulate the strategy team’s direction during the initial phases of the strategic growth plan process. The Research Analyst will clearly document qualitative and quantitative research and analysis in a written report.

  • Experience developing surveys and analyzing consumer feedback
