As the Head of Performance Marketing, you will play a critical role in defining and executing key strategic campaigns in growth and product marketing.
You will build and manage the team responsible for strategizing and executing multichannel campaigns to drive awareness, product signups and lead generation at scale globally
Create a category for Searchlight's data-driven offering - differentiated from the ATS, interview workflows, reference management, and other platforms in the talent acquisition landscape
Build Searchlight’s brand, messaging, and product positioning that establishes us as a thought leader in equitable, data-driven hiring
Prioritize, execute, and iterate on marketing campaigns to validate messaging and support GTM efforts (i.e
Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to establish priorities, goals, and targets, and develop strategic and tactical plans to deliver on those targets
Develop the annual and quarterly campaign plan, collaborate with Product and Content Marketing teams to build the campaigns to acquire new users, new logos, and expand into existing accounts

Oversee and scale project execution and operations, including intake, planning, prioritization, configuration, production, QA, and tracking
Ensure services and processes meet business needs and drive new processes and tools to accommodate evolving and future business requirements
Work with cross-functional teams and partners to plan and test optimizations, and communicate key learnings and best practices
Ensure projects, campaigns, and budgets are managed for success and tactics are being optimized towards OKRs, KPIs, and ROI
Support marketing leadership with the development, tracking, and management of strategic marketing objectives, campaigns, and deliverables
Confidently lead, motivate, and influence in a fast-paced environment

Minimum of 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Enablement, or Marketing Operations at an enterprise marketing organization
Experience in leading a diverse team of skilled individual contributors, including campaign managers, web & email producers, MarTech experts, and analysts
Track record of developing, delivering, and scaling production capabilities for marketing and demand generation for enterprise marketing organizations
Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams, partners, and leaders

Develop financial strategies to achieve company objectives
Establish, monitor, and enforce policies and procedures within finance and cross-functionally
Evaluate risk and develop mitigation strategies
Partner with the leadership team in guiding financial decisions and achieving company goals
Develop and provide financial reporting and analysis
Manage external financial reporting for investors, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders. Ensure external financial statements are prepared
Arrange and manage audits as required and appropriate
Manage budgets and effectively control expenses
Establish, monitor, and enforce internal controls to protect company assets. Manage banking relationships, cash position, and investments
Provide cash projections. Manage capital needs through debt and equity financing as needed

Pulley's Customer Success Managers are responsible for the complete post-sales lifecycle of our users from implementation to retention, renewal, and scale. You will become a trusted advisor to our users and learn to deeply understand their business and their equity needs to help them grow. You will be our customer's internal advocate and help them maximize the value they get from Pulley. Few roles have such a direct impact on our customers and the growth of the company.

Lead the post-sale the engagement, retention, and growth of our customers. Own the metrics of retention and renewal with the account management team.
Manage and train a team of customer success agents.
Support expansion of your accounts–identify opportunities, drive business outcomes, ensure customers are successful in partnership with the account team.
Advocate for the customer to internal stakeholders. Share feedback and insights to improve the Pulley experience.
Serve as an equity and cap table advisor to the customer and educate them on the use of Pulley

We are looking for product engineers to join our team who will advocate for the user. We seek engineers who want to build features for customers, not just technology. We are looking for engineers who can work with low fidelity specs and who is excited to jump between engineering, product, customer support, design.

Design, build, and deploy features end to end - We ship daily. You are responsible for breaking down high level features into tasks that can ship to prod.
Code quickly and test thoroughly - You can understand the skateboard to car paradigm, and break tasks apart to build incrementally.

At a high level, the partnership team engages directly with partners that refer clients to Pulley. Our team then works directly with those referrals to help them get set up for success. This partnerships role will cover a wide variety of our growing business areas. One of the most exciting parts of this position is that you’ll be on the front lines of the company’s most critical projects and you’ll have the opportunity to evolve your role and grow along with us.
???? Responsibilities
Design and implement strategies to grow a pipeline of channel and deal partnerships
Source, structure, and negotiate deals with existing partners in pursuit of product and business objectives
Work cross-functionally to create and continually refine our partnership agreements while negotiating the best terms to grow our partnership revenue stream.
Manage qualified opportunities through the stages of the funnel from prospecting to onboarding, serving as the key point person for our company along the way
Own and manage tracking and analysis of pipeline activity to ensure on-target performance and inform strategic planning
Understand our partners’ strategic priorities, challenges, and internal roadmaps; regularly communicate insights and strategic recommendations internally
Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Growth, Sales) to identify and implement growth opportunities

6+ years of work experience in a fast-paced, startup environment preferably in the context of customer /vendor relationships and/or strategic partnerships
Strong teamwork skills including experience with cross-functional team collaboration

You will help scale a fast growing startup from 25 people to 100 by first filling key roles yourself, building processes to help that function scale, and backfilling for yourself by hiring specialists in sales, recruiting, marketing, etc. over time.

Work with product and GTM leads on planning and launching new products
Identify and help execute on new growth opportunities linked to our product strategy

Understand data models - cap tables are a complex data model problem.
Knows how to prioritize - knows what to prioritize this week, month, quarter.
Write clear product specs that follows the skateboard → car approach to building
Talks to users and turn learnings into features to continuously improve the product
