The SeniorCommerceAccount Executive – CPG | Retail is responsible for identifying,pursuingand closing deals for our suite of experience lead technology solutionsfor companies in CPG and Retail industries.The successful candidate will beinstrumental ingrowingthe company by creating and fostering customer relationships, introducing new prospects, assisting leads with understanding Rightpoint’sofferingsand developing pipelines and opportunities with strategic partners. This is accomplished by collaborating internal teams and partner companies to determine how to meet customer needs, as well as learning from customer feedback for future products or services, continually learning the latestcommerce technologies and platforms such asAdobeCommerce,Optimizely, BigCommerce, and Shopify Plusand the product offerings from Rightpoint, and understanding the digital marketing technology ecosystem including Adobe and other leading industry products and solutions.

The approximate annual base compensation range for the Account Executive, Commerce role is 105,000 to 230,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by several factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.

Intro
We are looking for a talented Workfront Consultant who has experience as a Workfront Admin setting up configurations and supportinga full-scale implementation of Workfront. The person who will succeed in this role is someone who can complete assigned tasks with minimal oversight. We work in afast-pacedenvironment working with changing client needs and evolving project scope. Someone who is flexible and enjoys the opportunity to learn new skills and deliver custom Workfront implementations to help clients drive their organization is the right fit for this role.
What You’ll Be Doing and The Impact You’ll Make
· Participate in client meetings, provide demos, and deliver training sessions to clients and users
· Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels within the organization
· User profile management
· Quarterly license audits, monthly groups and teams audits
· Report and dashboard management
· Creating and managing reports. Create reports and dashboards to support project managers, project teams, and executive leadership
· Customize layout templates for different user personas by applying dashboards to enhance the user experience
· Custom fields and forms management
· Create and update custom fields and custom forms to support the various teams using Workfront
· Create and maintain standard PMO processes and training documents,
· Defining procedures, mapping processes, and creating or maintaining training materials that educate staff on how to apply a process in a Workfront-driven world.
· Troubleshoot technical Workfront issues and bugs and coordinate with Workfront technical support when necessary.
· Perform general maintenance and updates of the Workfront system
· Create configuration documentation for all internal changes and updates to the Workfront systems
· Traffic intake management
· Develop, integrate, and administer Adobe Workfront for enterprise clients, including customizing workflows, reports, and dashboard
· Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements in existing systems and platforms
· Monitor and maintain data quality within the application and troubleshoot user-level issues
· Keep up-to-date with application releases and updates, and communicate relevant changes to users
· Provide ongoing support for users at all levels and conduct one-on-one sessions as needed
What We’d Love to See
· 2+ years Workfront Admin experience
· Self starter that can take direction and complete tasks with minimal oversight
· Experience working on project teams in an agile framework
· Agency experience in a client facing role is preferred
· Technical training experience
· Reporting and data management experience
