Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Master the complexity of the Partner organization, penetrate the Partner’s global leadership network and establish and maintain senior-level executive relationships between Rootstock and the Partner.
  • Identifying and driving Partner sourced opportunities and effectively engaging and managing communication between our Partners and the Rootstock direct sales team.
  • Work closely with partner executive management to agree on go-­to-market activities in specific industries and territories.
  • Develop joint sales and marketing strategy for key Rootstock partner accounts.
  • Focus on building a strong pipeline of System Integration relationships that ultimately result in incremental leads and revenue and expand our implementation skillset and ability to scale.

          This is a remote position, based in the United States, preferably in Central Time Zone.

          Summary:

          As a Rootstock Sales Development Representative, reporting to the Director, of Sales Development, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and pipelines for the sales team. You will work on generating interest by identifying critical decision-makers and qualifying deals over the phone, on social media, and email, etc.

          Responsibilities:

          • Making 50+ outbound phone calls each day• Raise awareness and generate interest for Rootstock through calling outreach, emails, and social touches to prospects.
          • Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly metrics (qualified meetings, qualifying leads, and adding new contacts, etc.).
          • Gain business knowledge through researching how different businesses operate, leadership structures, what their pain points are, and the obstacles they face every day.
          • Pipeline organization and collaboration with Account Executives for qualified meetings• Team meetings where we discuss our progress, challenges, and more strategy to succeed.
          • Consistently achieve a quota to ensure territory revenue and growth objectives.
          • Use and maintain the Salesforce CRM according to Rootstock’s standards; provide metrics on leads.

          Requirements:

          • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
          • Six months of experience in a similar capacity is required.
          • Experience in tech or software required.
          • Salesforce or other CRM experience a plus.
          • ERP SDR experience a plus.
          • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
          • Strong analytical skills.
          • Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual.
          • A desire to grow and advance a career in sales.

          This position is commission eligible.
