Job Overview

The Corporate Development Associate will work with RxAnte’s Chief Financial Officer to support key financial and organizational initiatives at RxAnte. The Associate will develop and execute on approaches to allow the company to improve itself, reach a greater level of organizational efficiency, improve financial metrics, and create opportunities to raise the company’s value and competitiveness in the market. Additionally, the Associate will be a key team member in executing on any future M&A or investment transactions. Responsibilities include building financial models and analyses, gathering information and developing positions, identifying and executing on company improvement opportunities, creating presentations and information responses, working on a variety of development projects, and assisting with day-to-day finance and accounting responsibilities.   • Collects and analyzes business and its data.

Job Overview

An IT Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring that RxAnte adheres to regulatory and compliance requirements and RxAnte standards related to information technology. Possessing excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, the IT compliance analyst will monitor and assess compliance with security, privacy, and data protection regulations such as HIPAA, CMS FDR, PCI-DSS, GLBA and requirements of clients, and vendors. The IT compliance Analyst reports to theVP, IT Operations and Information Security Officer.This full-time position is a hybrid work arrangement with up to three days per week spent at our Sterling, Virginia, offices as needed.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support client, vendor and company initiated compliance assessments and questionnaires. .
  • Maintain Critical System Account Reports and User account Reports.
  • Manage and review Information Security and Compliance Program requirements, including: Position Risk Designations, Security Event Reviews, Port Reviews, System Record Reviews, Covered Entity PHI Delivery Reviews, and Installed Software Reviews.
  • Conduct Technical reviews - Pen Test, vulnerability scans, training, and testing audits.
  • Support and assist in HITRUST – SOC2 Audits and Certifications.
  • Manage BC/DR Training, Testing, Reporting, and Remediation on a quarterly basis.
  • Conduct Incident Response Training, Testing, Reporting, and Remediation.
  • Conduct diligence on Company and vendor products and services from a compliance and risk standpoint.

Job Profile

 

The Client Services Manager is a trusted partner and point of contact for RxAnte's health plan clients. This position reports to the VP of Client Services. The ideal candidate will partner closely with teammates in client strategy and operations; coordinate internal RxAnte teams such as Data Services, Product Management, and Client Analytics; and deliver operational excellence, lead day-to-day client interactions and operations, and support value, customer happiness, and corporate success.

You will listen to, learn from, and respond to client priorities and inquiries. This foundational relationship will help identify areas of improvement in RxAnte’s core services: analytics, intervention strategy, program operations, and performance evaluation, so that we may continue to consistently deliver value. You will support the operational and relationship components of several ongoing or new client programs and will be a specialist on issues and details surrounding the client programs, including: intervention strategies, relationship maps, operational schedules, key contacts, and performance measures.

 

Specific responsibilities include:

 

  • Understand and manage client objectives, expectations, and timelines by communicating regularly with internal team members, and acting as an internal and external project manager who ensures successful tracking and delivery of client goals across key financial, clinical, operational, and service capabilities
  • Maintain an understanding of RxAnte’s capabilities/vision, and effectively communicate all relevant offerings to the client, identifying upsell opportunities
  • Gather and analyze insights to identify trends and areas of success and improvement, resolve root cause issues, build work plans, and develop quality output for internal and external constituents
  • Support the design, build, implementation and ongoing management of new products, clinical programs and/or support for client initiatives and play an active role in growing client relationships
  • Nurture in-depth relationships with vendors and sub-contractors, to address issues as they arise in an effective and timely manner, raising to senior management as appropriate
  • Achieve a high rate of client retention and stated revenue targets for existing clients
  • Be responsible for all aspects of client deliverables, including coordination with technical and analytic teams, identification of potential issues, risk mitigation, and entering and tracking of tasks in company project management software

Position Profile

Currently, RxAnte is seeking a remotely located senior analytics programmer to join our growing Advanced Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have extensive SAS (with R is a plus) programming knowledge and, as a combination position (analytic and programming), have analytic experience working with pharmacy/medical/healthcare claims. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Advanced Analytics, this role will primarily support our client analytics area. We are a multi-disciplinary team consisting of experienced programmers, analysts, statisticians, researchers and data scientists, all working to support core analytic and reporting needs for our stakeholders (major health plans, pharmaceutical companies, and provider-based organizations). Our work extends beyond traditional analytic team responsibilities and tackles challenging client questions important to improving clinical programs and client success. Our custom analytics work involves both short- and long-term engagements, often beginning as ad hoc requests and eventually developing into longer-term projects and/or product deliverables. We collaborate closely with other functional areas and, although our work can be fast-paced sometimes, it is very rewarding and critical to the company’s success. Education:

  • Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university in Statistics, Biostatistics, Economics, Biology, Mathematics or a related field
