Seeka Technology is hiring a Remote Technical Business Analyst Internship (Hybrid work)

Job Description

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements for various projects.
  • Analyze and model business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the development and implementation of technical solutions to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Perform data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Participate in testing and validation of new systems and applications.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including functional specifications, process maps, and user guides.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed


  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Psychology
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), or programming languages (e.g., Python) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
