  • Übernahme von Projekten aus dem Vertrieb und Hauptansprechpartner/in für Partner und Kunden
  • Unterstützung der Kunden bei Fragen und Problemen während des Projekts
  • Koordination von Projekten, Sicherstellung reibungsloser Kommunikation, rechtzeitiger Termine und Meilensteinverfolgung
  • Durchführung von Meetings, Präsentationen, Kick-Offs und Workshops
  • Organisation von Schulungen und Vorlagenanpassungen zusammen mit unseren Anwendungsspezialisten
  • Koordination der Installation zusammen mit unserer technischen Beratung
  • Sicherstellung einer erfolgreichen Implementierung durch Schulungen, Systemeinrichtung und Übergabe
  • Aufbau langfristiger, vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu Kunden und Partnern
  • Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in IT, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbarem Bereich
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit mehreren Projekten gleichzeitig im Healthcare IT Bereich
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Zuverlässige, eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kundenorientierung und Engagement für den Erfolg der Kunden

Venture Associate (6-9 months contract)

Smart Reporting is hiring a Remote Venture Associate (6-9 months contract)

  • Create and refine a sales playbook tailored to our key customer segments and products, ensuring the sales team has the tools they need to succeed. 
  • Improve and implement processes and tools for customer qualification and discovery.  
  • Maintain and further develop the setup of Smart Reporting’s CRM system.  
  • Review and optimize our quoting and invoicing processes and establish quoting in our CRM system.  
  • Establish and maintain sales dashboards and a reporting framework to facilitate data-driven decision-making.  
  • Assist in the development of sales training materials, ensuring the team is well-equipped to meet their goals. 

Additional Information: 

  • Duration: This is a contract position for 6 to 12 months, with the potential for a permanent role afterward. 
  • Location: This role is eligible for fully remote within Germany or the UK  
  • Part-Time Option: We offer flexibility in working hours, with a minimum commitment of 25 hours per week. 
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent education.  
  • Relevant internship or work experience in sales operations, preferably within a start-up environment. 
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, with experience in HubSpot being a significant advantage. 
  • Hands-on, independent, and detail-oriented approach to work, with a strong commitment to improving sales processes and outcomes. 
  • Business fluent proficiency in English; German is a plus.

Tasks& Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the central point of contact for product training and demonstrations
  • Improve and develop training concepts, materials, and tools for our Smart Reporting products
  • Provide high-quality education on all aspects to customers and partners
  • Foster adoption and steer the customer from the first interaction towards happily using our product
  • Understand customer's user workflows and interaction with legacy software as well as our new product to ensure best use of our solution
  • Support Sales and the Partner Success Team by providing product demonstrations
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Medical Engineering, Radiology or similar; alternatively, experience as an MTRA or in the healthcare sector
  • In-depth knowledge of medical terminology and abbreviations
  • Experience in training within clinical and technical environments
  • Highly hands-on, independent, and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to oversee multiple customer projects simultaneously
  • Highly reliable with excellent communication skills
  • Business fluent proficiency in German and English
  • Willingness to travel to customers' site up to 2-3x per month

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Familiarity with clinical workflows in radiology and the use of speech recognition software
