Tasks& Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central point of contact for product training and demonstrations
- Improve and develop training concepts, materials, and tools for our Smart Reporting products
- Provide high-quality education on all aspects to customers and partners
- Foster adoption and steer the customer from the first interaction towards happily using our product
- Understand customer's user workflows and interaction with legacy software as well as our new product to ensure best use of our solution
- Support Sales and the Partner Success Team by providing product demonstrations
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Medical Engineering, Radiology or similar; alternatively, experience as an MTRA or in the healthcare sector
- In-depth knowledge of medical terminology and abbreviations
- Experience in training within clinical and technical environments
- Highly hands-on, independent, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to oversee multiple customer projects simultaneously
- Highly reliable with excellent communication skills
- Business fluent proficiency in German and English
- Willingness to travel to customers' site up to 2-3x per month
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Familiarity with clinical workflows in radiology and the use of speech recognition software
