Job Description

This role will report directly to the Head of Enterprise Applications and is part of the Applications team in the Information Technology organization which will be stood up from the ground as we transition into a standalone entity (parent company is based in South Korea). The Sr Director is responsible for helping develop the strategic plans for the IT organization and for developing and implementing the tactical plans for the Sales and Marketing related Applications team.

Job Description

Solidigm is seeking a top-tier candidate for a Finance Project Manager position. The role will provide end-to-end project management and delivery for finance-related processes or systems-driven initiatives for our company. You will lead specific workstreams, develop project plan & strategy, then execute against the plan working in partnership with global stakeholders.  This position will report to the Chief Accounting Officer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

Solidigm is in the process of building out a new Office of the CIO (oCIO).  The oCIO will be responsible for running the ‘Business of IT’. 

As part of the new oCIO, Solidigm is seeking an IT Change Management Lead.  This person will lead the planning, developing, delivering, and tracking of change management deliverables impacting our business processes, systems and applications. The Systems, Risk, and Controls Lead is responsible for supporting the growth of the organization through effective management of internal tools and systems, with a focus on risk management and controls.

You will:

  • Act as the ongoing point of contact for Corporate Credit system design and support
  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency through automation and process design
  • Work with corporate credit team members, business operations partners, and IT to design system solutions to fulfill the needs of the business
  • Participate in and consult on testing of quote-to-cash related systems and controls, a critical function as Solidigm develops and grows
  • Assist corporate credit and operations business partners in providing required reporting, troubleshooting system failures/outages and irregular data outputs, and acting as a detective to find the source of unusual issues
  • Drive the design of SOX and operational controls by partnering with internal audit and the credit team to advise on systems and processes
  • Provide ongoing support to control owners and process owners to ensure controls are implemented effectively
  • Participate in ad hoc and annual walkthroughs of process/system/people controls with the risk team and auditors, assisting in the implementation and/or monitoring of identified defects
  • Work with the business to develop trainings and educate partners on best-in-class use of systems and tools across the quote-to-cash cycle to increase efficiency and automation

Required Qualifications

Job Description

This role will report directly to the CISO. This leadership role will be responsible for leading the operations of the InfoSec team. The InfoSec Operation function will design, optimize and manage processes for: Strategic Planning, Portfolio and Annual Operating Plan, Budget and Funding, Procurement and Contracts, Resourcing, Communications and Change Management strategy and Project and Program delivery.

This role is also responsible for driving and reporting operational excellence, defining efficient and effective processes across functional towers including standard operating procedures, ensuring alignment across the departments, programs and projects and serving as an escalation point for InfoSec functional leaders. This role will translate strategic goals into structured and effective action plans reportable across the teams that comprise GRC, Security Engineering and Operations, holding teams accountable and moving change forward to drive business priorities from conception to completion. This role will triage problems and bring pertinent issues to leadership’s attention in an organized, succinct manner.

Primary responsibilities include:

Portfolio and Annual Plan Management:

  • Manage development of the department’s annual Playbook objectives.
  • Serve as primary point of contact into the department for the oCIO 
  • Determine strategies for InfoSec, project roadmaps and departmental portfolio roadmaps
  • Translate strategic goals into structured and effective action plans across the functional towers

Job Description

 

The Americas Regional Controller reports to the Chief Accounting Officer within the Finance group.  The role will manage a team of 3 direct reports and will lead the Accounting function and have responsibility for accurate financial reporting for the entities in the Americas, including statutory reporting.  The Controller is expected to lead/support standup activities to build the Accounting capabilities as part of a new standalone organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly and annual close of income statement and balance sheet, the reconciliations of accounts, and G/L analysis
  • Analyze, apply and improve policies, procedures, controls, and most methodologies

      You'll report to the regional Collection Manager within the global Corporate Credit team, which is part of the broader Treasury group.         Job Description

        You'll report directly to the head of global corporate credit, which is part of the broader Treasury organization. You will have the opportunity to lead/support standup activities to define and grow the critical Credit function as part of our new standalone organization. The Systems, Risk, and Controls Lead is responsible for supporting the growth of the organization through effective management of internal tools and systems, with a focus on risk management and controls.

        You will:

        • Act as the ongoing point of contact for Corporate Credit system design and support
        • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency through automation and process design
        • Work with corporate credit team members, business operations partners, and IT to design system solutions to fulfill the needs of the business
        • Participate in and consult on testing of quote-to-cash related systems and controls, a critical function as Solidigm develops and grows
        • Assist corporate credit and operations business partners in providing required reporting, troubleshooting system failures/outages and irregular data outputs, and acting as a detective to find the source of unusual issues
        • Drive the design of SOX and operational controls by partnering with internal audit and the credit team to advise on systems and processes
        • Provide ongoing support to control owners and process owners to ensure controls are implemented effectively
        • Participate in ad hoc and annual walkthroughs of process/system/people controls with the risk team and auditors, assisting in the implementation and/or monitoring of identified defects
        • Work with the business to develop trainings and educate partners on best-in-class use of systems and tools across the quote-to-cash cycle to increase efficiency and automation

        Required Qualifications

        • Permanent right to work in the United States
        • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field, with at least 5 years related experience; relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
        • Advanced experience working with quote-to-cash tools and systems, including SAP S/4 Hana, Microsoft Dynamics, and Model N
        • Experience using data warehousing tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, PowerBI

        Job Description

        Acts as subject matter expert of Ariba SLP, Ariba SCC, SAP MM (and other Ariba modules in near future). This position will act as a subject matter expert in IT to support, and enhance the existing implementation of Ariba, rolling out Ariba to more suppliers, and participate in implementing other Ariba modules in near future. You would be required to interact with business stakeholders, gather business requirements, and propose solutions.         Essential Job Responsibilities
         

        • Define and communicate annual ERP system roadmaps, perform formal and informal reviews of existing systems and ensure changes/updates are communicated in a timely and professional manner
        • Coordinating and liaison with the other cross-functional Workstreams, Strategic Integration Vendors, BSC BPL’s, SME’s, Communities of Practice, IT Solution Architects/COE, and Stakeholders across the network to develop a strong and deep pool of expertise across Inbound (Procure to Pay) processes and Applications.

        Senior Manager, Microsoft 365 Solution Architect

        The Microsoft 365 Architect / Manager facilitates the delivery of reliable and consistent Microsoft messaging, collaboration, and productivity services for Solidigm. This individual is also responsible for providing leadership to a talented staff of individuals as well as providing technical strategic direction. Applies comprehensive and in-depth working knowledge of systems design and analysis and mentors staff in technical concepts, practices, and procedures related to the design and delivery of Microsoft 365 technologies. This role is also responsible for managing and monitoring the day-to-day activities of the Microsoft 365 environment including but not limited to customer relations, support, managing service provider (MSP), technology, and architecture standards, and successfully managing technical projects.

        Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

        • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the technical staff in M365 and related technical environment
        • Manage a team of architects and technical staff to deliver an enriching experience for the users
        • Provide MS 365 Architecture best practices by consulting with various customers both internal to Information Technology Services and to business units
        • Manage the performance of Managed Service Provider (MSP) providing the support
