Join the Soccer Stars Team as a our Tampa Bay Territory Sales Manager!

Are you a people person who thrives on building connections, getting out into the community, and driving growth? Do you have a passion for youth sports and a knack for business development? If so, we want you to join us at Soccer Stars! We’re looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to help us grow our sports programs for toddlers through elementary-aged children.  

Position: Territory Sales Manager 

Location: Hillsborough and Pasco Counties (work remotely with travel regionally to close sales)

Compensation:

$3,000/mo base + 10% of gross sales, with the ability to make $70k-$80k+ annually

Mileage allowance

Hours: 

Typically Mon-Fri normal business hours. Occasional evenings and weekends (as needed) for community events and programs.

Your Role: Drive Enrollment!  

We're on a mission to bring sports joy to more kids in the community, and we need your help to make it happen! You'll be responsible for driving enrollment in our programs using creative and proactive methods:  

- Make calls and visit schools/community centers in person to set up new programs and drive higher enrollment  

- Drive social media and digital marketing campaigns that captivate parents and kids  

- Engage in Facebook & parent groups to spread the word

- Attend and host local events — be the face of Soccer Stars in the community  

- Build partnerships with schools, parks, and community centers  

- Set up meetings with local partners to grow program visibility

Coaching Coordinator (Part Time)

Super Soccer Current Openings is hiring a Remote Coaching Coordinator (Part Time)

If so.. We are Super Sports Stars, the premier children’s sports organization in the nation.

For over 20 years, Soccer Stars has been the premier youth educational soccer program throughout the country. Dynamic coaches work with groups of children to develop skills and teamwork in a fun, non-competitive, educational environment, reaching over 100,000 participants each year.


ROLE:

We are seeking a personable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual with strong leadership skills to assist in the training and development of coaches in the Bay Area. Responsibilities also include leading fun and engaging soccer classes for kids and helping with the distribution of equipment. There is potential for this role to transition into a full-time position in the future.

Schedule:

  • Availability must include Saturday or Sunday. Schedule to be determined by Regional Manager
  • Weekday availability must include hours between 1:30-5:30pm
  • Up to 20 hours per week starting out

Benefits:

Salary:

COACHING DEPARTMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate the distribution, and upkeep of equipment and uniform needs throughout the Bay Area Region
  • Supervise and evaluate coaches to ensure the overall quality of the program
  • Conduct regular coach training and development meetings for all new and existing coaches
  • Track and resolve escalated quality control issues in accordance with organizational practices
  • Keep track of coaches' developmental pathways, requirements, and performance
  • Assist/Teach energetic and motivating camps and classes in an organized, safe, and fun manner.
  • Soccer playing background preferred.
  • Prior experience working with children required
  • Minimum of two years of coaching or teaching experience and practical application
  • Ability to commute up to 45minutes one way for classes.
  • Must be fun, energetic, patient, and attentive
  • Detail-oriented with strong oral communication skills
  • Familiarity with staffing and scheduling systems is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills

THE HISTORY:

Super Soccer Stars has been in the youth soccer business for over 22 years and have been recognized as the largest operating program in the US.

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the South Bay regional programming including:

  • Ensuring aggressive short-term and long-term business growth
  • Partner relationships and management
  • Strategic schedule building and administration
  • Oversight of day to day operations
  • Budget management and efficiency

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development and Marketing:

  • Identify and execute strategic business opportunities for all programs
  • Build and manage mutually beneficial relationships with schools, recreation departments, communitycenters, parks, partnership programs and other facilities through supervision and effective communication
  • Ensure optimization of brand presence at all programming sites and generate maximum revenue from existing partnerships
  • Manage community outreach by developing and maintaining relationships with local businesses and grassroots organizations
  • Oversee local marketing strategy, both as it relates to national and grassroot campaigns
  • Set up and coordinate promotional events

Financial Management:

  • Liaise with executive team to review P&L numbers and effectively manage budget and control expenses
  • Analyze profitability of current locations and partnerships, minimize expenses, and improve regional operational processes
  • Manage regional accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently
  • Oversee purchasing, disbursement, and inventory of regional equipment

Customer Service

  • Maintain a hands-on implementation of all Super Soccer Stars customer service standards to ensure 24 hour turnaround on all customer inquiries
  • Ensure regular communication practices are upheld and executed to company standards
  • Handle escalated issues swiftly within Super Soccer Stars standards and to maximum customer service satisfaction

Program Administration

  • Implement and ensure execution of regional administrative timelines
  • Analyze and build schedules for classes and camps
  • Manage process of securing permits and renewing contracts
  • Oversee weather administration and communication
  • Oversee staffing strategy and management

Local Administrative and Staff Management

  • Hire, train and schedule local staff ensuring office and administrative coverage 7 days / week
  • Ensure all tasks and projects are brought to completion in an urgent and timely manner
  • Schedule regular meetings with staff to review performance and goals, handle disciplinary action, andact as first chair on yearly review
  • Approve schedules and PTO requests
