Our Operations Specialist position is tailored to someone who has a strong detail orientation. You will be responsible for performing a variety of recruiting administrative duties including maintaining candidate records, arranging and scheduling phone, video, and/or on-site candidate interviews, posting jobs on internal and external websites, and performing operational recruiting tasks as assigned.
