Job Description

Our TalentFront Sourcing Specialist position is designed for someone with a background in proactively finding candidates for employment opportunities.  You are responsible for identifying candidates for client roles utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter.  You could be asked to as develop and implement new and creative ideas. This position will report to the CEO and will support a team of Recruiting Specialists. The opportunity is a full-time remote.  

Specific duties include:

  • Determining applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Researching profiles in LinkedIn and job boards as well as using alternative sources as needed.
  • Managing our client applicant tracking system including managing the daily flow of resumes -- evaluating and adding them to our calendars for interviews.
  • Maintaining candidate relationships for future opportunities.

Qualifications

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not mandated.
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system or other customer relationship management system.
  • Experience sourcing individuals for varied business, technical, and scientific positions.  
  • Technical proficiency in MS Office, as well as Google Docs is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills including strong attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, high caliber and dynamic environment.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and be proactive with the mindset of helping the team find the best candidate for TalentFront clients.
  • Participate and work in a small team environment and work virtually with limited direction.

TalentFront is hiring a Remote Operations Specialist (REMOTE)

Job Description

Our Operations Specialist position is tailored to someone who has a strong detail orientation. You will be responsible for performing a variety of recruiting administrative duties including maintaining candidate records, arranging and scheduling phone, video, and/or on-site candidate interviews, posting jobs on internal and external websites, and performing operational recruiting tasks as assigned.  You will report to the Operations leader. We are virtual but have a preference for those who are located in the eastern time zone. 

You will:

  • Post positions and update these postings as needed.
  • Support new role kickoffs to include creating folders, sharing, and editing client-specific job descriptions, strategies, interviewing and reference check templates.
  • Update the movement of candidates through various stages in various systems including TalentFront pipelines and web-based applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Manage the scheduling of TalentFront phone interviews including overseeing our scheduling tool and updating recruiting calendars and providing insights regarding candidate backstories.
  • Prepare candidate submissions to clients including uploading all relevant documents - resumes/profiles, phone interview notes, samples, work products and exercises. 
  • Manage the scheduling of all hiring manager interviews, serving as a dependable point of contact for candidates, TalentFront team members, and clients including resolving technical snafus that may arise on the day of the interview.
  • Ensure appropriate and empathetic follow-up with candidates including sending status updates and rejection notices as requested.
  • Manage hiring manager input and evaluations of candidates including the development and maintenance of trackers as needed and requested as part of the client onboarding process.  
  • Conduct a weekly audit of candidates -- statuses on pipelines and applicant systems maintained by TalentFront and by clients.  
  • Perform other duties as required by the recruiting team.

Our Talent Recruiting Specialist position is the heart of our operation.  If you are someone with a background or interest in recruiting, human resources, or organizational development, we'd like to talk with you. You will review resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, craft candidate summaries, and determine which candidates should be presented to TalentFront clients. It is a position that requires insight, curiosity, and extraordinary care of people.  The position will report to the CEO. This is a virtual opportunity, but you will be invited to come to DC for annual team events post-COVID.

Your specific duties will include:

  • Establishing role requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with internal TalentFront account teams to discuss needs.
  • Determining applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Interviewing applicants over the phone -- analyzing responses, comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Preparing candidate summaries for account teams and making recommendations on who to advance or reject.  

Qualifications

What we are looking for in a candidate is a voice that smiles as well as the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandated.
  • Experience or understanding of businesses -- how they work and what roles all companies have.  
  • Some experience conducting interviews for a variety of different positions.
  • Ability to talk to candidates and record information in TalentFront screening documents real-time.  
  • Technical proficiency in MS Office, as well as Google Docs is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills including strong attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, high caliber and dynamic environment.
