TDI, the strategic advisory and risk intelligence firm, is conducting a search for a skilled and ambitious Sales Director to drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will have a sales-hunter mindset, a strong track record of closing, and a commitment to cultivating client relationships.
We seek an entrepreneurial sales professional to generate sales for TDI’s SaaS offerings, compliance consulting programs, and due diligence products and services. As a critical member of TDI’s commercial team, the Sales Director will report directly to the chief commercial officer and will work with the client management, marketing, and product management teams to generate net new business for the firm. This position will require frequent travel.

Position Summary
TDI, the strategic advisory and risk intelligence firm, is conducting a search for a driven, Salesforce Solution Architect to join our growing analytics team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to make significant contributions to TDI’s client-facing analytics products and will help drive innovation that will inform our future SaaS offerings.
The Salesforce Solution Architect will lead the solutioning and implementation of all aspects of Salesforce.com including configuration, customization, and implementation of applications and third-party integrations. The Salesforce Solution Architect reports to the Director of Engineering and works with a tight-knit team of developers (co-located and offshore) and administrators, as well as key internal and external stakeholders. The Salesforce Solution Architect will be acting as a trusted advisor for our team and clients. The successful candidate will lead and mentor team members to build best in class Compliance and Risk management products.

Position Summary
TDI is hiring a Lead Salesforce Developer to lead and support on-going Service Cloud implementations. This role is responsible for implementing all aspects of Salesforce.com (SFDC) including configuration, customization, and implementation of applications and third-party integrations. The Salesforce Developer will report directly to the Technology Platform Leader and work with a growing team including other developers (co-located and offshore) and administrators, as well as interact with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer success. Additionally, this position is responsible for creating both custom and no-code solutions including developing Lightning Components, Communities, Process Builder, Flows, Visualforce, APEX classes, and APIs. This is a full-time remote position with benefits.
