We are seeking a Transaction Coordinator Success Coach for primarily the East Coast.As a TC Success Coach, you will inspire and empower the Transactly Coordinators to be the best coordinator they can be using the Transactly platform to its fullest potential. This position can be fully remote. Your primary work hours will be EST.

  • Play a role in creating the systems and structures that allow our Coordinators to flourish
  • Engage with new TCs during their onboarding to ensure they are set up for success with Transactly
  • Encourage and help develop the Transactly TC community by connecting with small TC groups in weekly meetings
  • Coach TCs to help them build an amazing business within Transactly
  • Guide TCs through day-to-day client interaction, troubleshoot if needed
  • Investigate and resolve TC concerns and address performance issues 
  • Stay abreast and advise TCs about state-specific requirements and nuances, as it relates to a TC’s role and responsibilities

What you have

  • Real estate experience as a transaction coordinator
  • Capable of leading, developing and managing a diverse remote team nationwide

What we need

Transactly is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk.  In this role, you will correspond with clients, transaction coordinators, and internal team members regarding invoices, payments, and credit memos. You’ll be responsible for updating systems and records with issued invoices, new payments, and transaction credits. You should be able to multitask, respond to clients in an informative and timely fashion, and collaborate with internal team members to create successful outcomes to any challenges that arise.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a natural team-player with excellent communication skills, and have a solid grasp of accounting practices.

What you’ll do

  • Manage weekly/monthly/quarterly billing, invoicing, and payment processes
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices, and manage collection efforts
  • Review accounts receivable balances and resolve inconsistencies
  • Answer accounting-related questions and tickets from clients, internal staff, and external contractors
  • Update accounting systems and records with issued invoices, processed payments, credit balances, and client contact information
  • Assist with the month/quarter reconciliation and close processes
  • Various other day-to-day accounting functions, special projects, and additional responsibilities, as required

What you have

  • Some college or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience as a billing clerk or similar role
  • Knowledge of accounting software (Quickbooks preferred)
  • Working knowledge of accrual accounting
