Are you a hands-on senior paid search leader that has experience in running high-performance ecommerce and leadgen campaigns on the Google network? If so, this role might be for you.

We are looking for a senior paid search leader to lead paid search for a portfolio of DTC and ecommerce brands we work with. In this role you will be leading all communications with the client, executing on the paid search strategy and working with a cross-functional team of Webprofits experts to hit the clients' ultimate revenue and profitability goals.

That's fine too. We offer flexibility and autonomy if you're great at what you do and are highly communicative about your schedule.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate passion and proven experience with:

  • Scaling ecommerce revenue through PMax, Search Ads and YouTube Ads / Shorts
  • Generating a high-volume of leads for DTC brands across multiple industries
  • Building high-converting landing pages for leadgen campaigns

In this role you will also be required to execute on the following:

  • Develop paid search strategies that are profitable and scalable across various industries
  • Setup, launch and manage paid search campaigns on Google and Bing
  • Write, wireframe and brief landing pages for leadgen campaigns
  • Run AB testing campaigns for high-volume campaigns
  • Create funnel based strategies to drive greater performance
  • Prepare performance analysis reports and make recommendations to adjust and improve strategy performance
  • Read and articulate performance data for internal and client-facing reporting
  • Conduct meticulous consumer research that orientate GTM strategies
  • Share your knowledge and experience with the greater Webprofits team
  • Innovate and stay ahead of the latest tactics in scaling paid search

Are you a Paid Social Specialist with proven experience scaling eCommerce brands?

We are looking for a passionate eCommerce performance marketer who has a passion & proven experience with:

  • Advanced Media Buying on Meta as a primary channel, and TikTok as a secondary channel

The best way to learn is through implementation

Completing a training program is one thing… but applying it to a digital marketing campaign is completely different.

That's why we expect you to implement everything you learn on the campaigns you manage on a daily basis.

We work at a very fast pace at Webprofits… it's common to hear the statement 'I can't believe it's already the end of the day!'.

That's because people in our team are fully engaged in what they're doing – it's a combination of doing really challenging things that fit with what you want (and like) to do. I refer to this as 'flow'.

Our aim is to get you into 'flow' as quickly as possible because that's where you'll achieve optimum performance.

Being a passionate marketer for one company is one thing… but applying what you know to a range of businesses, and learning the latest and most innovative strategies for driving business growth, will take your skills to the next level.


What do we expect from you?

We've created an environment where you can learn, test things out, and even run your own ventures on the side – that's right, we really support that (and we may even invest in one of your ideas!).

In exchange we expect you to be 100% committed to Webprofits and its clients when you're on the clock.

We are a remote-first company, which basically means that we have re-structured our entire operation so you can work from anywhere as long as you can work during Australian business hours.

It's not a 9-5 job. You need to get the hours done each week, but there's flexibility with when you get the work done each day - that way, you can take a break in the middle of the day to do something for yourself and make it up at a time that works best for you (we find that this level of flexibility gives our team the time they need to live their best life while getting their best work done when it suits them best).

We'd also like you to stay with us for at least 2 years (that's probably how long it will take you to learn everything you need to know anyway). And hopefully (because of the environment we've created) you'll stay with us much longer.

This is a great opportunity to learn from a highly skilled online marketing team while building a solid career in the most exciting industry globally.


What kind of people are we looking for?

We're looking for self-starters and passionate marketers who are hungry to learn and take the initiative to bring new ideas to the table, push the boundaries of what's possible, and continually innovate how we produce results for our clients.

Now, unlike other job ads we’re not going to put together a list of what requirements you need to apply. If you’re passionate about marketing and business growth, that’s enough.

However you do need to excite us in your cover letter. Tell us of some the wins you’ve achieved, or impactful learnings you’ve heard. Tell us where you like to focus most of your time as a marketer (eg email, social, content etc.). And most importantly, tell us what you can bring to the table that would excite us about hiring you.
