We are looking for a full-time Travel Consultants. Your previous travel consulting experience and excellent travel product knowledge will be well rewarded. You will have good exposure to preparing travel itineraries along with knowledge of airfares & ticketing which will assist you in providing superior customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Determine clients' requirement for travel and advise itineraries based on best routes and cost.
  • Make and confirm reservations using GDS
  • Notifies clients of travel dates, baggage limits, special requests like meals, wheelchair bassinet etc., visa requirements, and other relevant information.
  • Interpret fare rules and advise fare rules and conditions to clients
  • Collects payments and issues clients' receipt, relevant documentation, tickets for travel.
  • Advise schedule changes to clients in timely manner
  • Follow internal workflows using CRM and mid-office applications
  • Make follow-ups and convince clients
  • Be professional, and positive in handling clients.

Competencies Requirement:

  • Required minimum of two years of experience as a Travel Consultant
  • Knowledge of Indian Regional language Required ,preferably Bengali,  Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Tamil or Telugu
  • Must be proficient in GDS
  • Must be computer literate, familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Docs
  • Should be familiar with any CRM
  • Must have good communication skills and Customer Service skills
  • Willingness and ability to learn

Qualifications

  • ​​​​​Graduate in any discipline
  • IATA Qualification or Equivalent along with Industry Experience.

HonorBuilt is an IT services company specializing in restaurants and other multi-location businesses. Services include technology roll-outs, hot spare programs, on demand site visits, technology certified help desk, and corporate IT support. We service national brands like Chick-fil-A, Burger King, Popeye’s, and Shane’s as well as dozens of smaller local clients. Irrespective of size, we treat everyone with exceptional service.

We are currently recruiting for a part-time, experienced Corporate Travel Consultant to work alongside HonorBuilt’s Travel Manager. The successful candidate would ideally have excellent geographical knowledge of the United States, attention to detail, knowledge of GDS(native/Cryptic GDS experience with preference of using Sabre), and knowledge of airline fares.

This position is Part-time. The preferred shift will be Wednesday-Friday from 9am-5pm EST and are subject to change depending on needs.

Responsibilities:

· Booking complex travel schedules

· Dealing with flight and schedule changes

· Offering excellent service to HonorBuilt employees

· Liaising with other departments within HonorBuilt

· Booking travel through a GDS

· Reissuing tickets

· Ability to construct itineraries in the most cost-effective way

Qualifications and Experience:

· Previous experience working within a corporate travel environment

· Working knowledge of a GDS (native/Cryptic GDS experience with preference of using Sabre) and a booking tool system
