    What you will bring:

    ·      Active Directory, Azure AD, identity related sales experience is a PLUS 

    ·      Strong territory planning, and sales methodology focus. Ability to develop and execute both territory and account-based strategies.

    We are seeking a highly skilled and talented Inside Sales Manager to join our team to drive new business and revenue growth within our 400+ network partnerships. This role involves strategic account outreach, sales pipeline development, and leadership of the inside sales team of Partnership Account Executives (PAEs). It's a hybrid role focusing on nurturing the PAE team and identifying ways to increase interest within our partnerships to generate more sales demos of network partners.

    The Lead Administrator is responsible to supervise the day-to-day operations of the administrative department, staff members and ensuring all employees are onboarded on time and deadlines are being met and will report to Project Cost Controls. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Create, review and submit manpower requests to appropriate union hall(s)
    • Responsible for being first point of contact for dispatched craft from union halls & non-union personnel
    • Collect and ensure that all site personnel have all required documentation and training prior to arrival on site
    • Schedule pre-access Alcohol & Drug testing for all new site personnel
    • Submit dispatched craft & new non-union personnel to CNRL Security for site clearance
    • Coordinate travel (charter flights) and camp accommodations for site personnel
    • Collect and process completed new hire paperwork and scan individually to Payroll / HR / Safety departments
    • Review daily timesheets for accuracy, reconcile to sign-in sheets, upload to JDE daily
    • Coordinate with payroll & field supervision for any payroll errors brought forward, submit required documentation to correct errors as required
    • Produce daily reports
    • Produce daily LEMs
    • Assist HR department; submit employee related documentation to Western Industrial office in Calgary
    • Assist HSE department; training matrix updates, filing of JHA’s, toolbox forms, safety meeting minutes, etc.
    • Assist Project Leads when needed

      Reporting to the director of communications the senior manager of media relations is responsible devising and implementing media strategies for our organizational program and profile-raising priorities, Serving as the primary point of contact for all media, the successful candidate will work collaboratively with the communications team and other internal stakeholders to ensure the organization’s media exposure reinforces its credibility, brand and values.       • Develop story angles that target media will find newsworthy and compelling, utilizing a combination of materials generated by Global Fishing Watch and conventional media pitches. 
      • Maintain understanding of Global Fishing Watch’s remit of work, helping identify target audience and generate insights about what publications, conventional and digital, they consume. 
      • Lead development and/or maintain oversight of all written press materials, including story pitches, media advisories/briefings, press releases, as well as the preparation of press kits, backgrounders and talking points for spokespeople.
      • Respond to day-to-day media inquiries and conduct proactive outreach to relevant reporters and journalists. Build and maintain global, regional and specialized media lists, keeping record of outreach and engagement.
      • Organize press calls, media briefings and/or press conferences around high level events. 
      • Develop, implement and lead an in-house media training program to cultivate and position spokespeople as subject matter experts. Guide, direct and prepare spokespeople for media interviews, podcasts or filming; establish performance standards for spokespeople and monitor their development.

      Working Hours

      Global Fishing Watch supports flexible working, so the pattern of hours may vary according to operational and personal needs. The position will be part of a global team spanning many different time zones and so the candidate must be able to accommodate regular early/late meetings to be able to work effectively. Weekend work may be required on occasion. The post holder may be required to undertake regional and international travel. No overtime is payable.

      Compensation

      Compensation is commensurate with experience and will vary depending on the hired candidate’s country of residence, in accordance with local laws and regulations. The position may be a GFW employee or consultant, depending on the country of residence. While we are unable to provide a compensation range here, we will be happy to discuss a range when we know the desired location of our active candidates. GFW offers pension/retirement, health and other benefits commensurate with similar level GFW employees in the country of employment.       As anInternational MarketingSpecialist, you will support the marketing needs of our international territories which primarily include the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.       As a Senior Android Engineer, you will directly contribute to crafting new experiences that make everyday life a little bit easier for families on their co-parenting journey. You will be part of the expense reconciliation product team, and operate alongside a collaborative group of product managers, designers, QA analysts, automation engineers, and other web and mobile engineers working together to solve meaningful problems for parents, children, and practitioners. You will be empowered to evolve the product experience through contributions towards feature design and development, Android platform architecture, API design, and product strategy. We are looking for an experienced developer who is invigorated by technical challenges, motivated to solve meaningful problems for co-parenting families, and thrives on feedback in the form of positive outcomes for our users. 

      What you willaccomplish:

      Getting to know teammates, technology, and tactics.

      The first day will be spent partnering with your manager and a teammate to get your local environment set up and fixing a bug. The following 29 days will involve connecting with teammates across OurFamilyWizard and Cozi to gain a high-level understanding of how we prioritize, plan, build, and deliver value to families on our platform. In these early days, your manager will set up recurring 1:1’s and begin the ongoing discussion of personal and team goals. By the end of your first month, you will be acclimated to the operating rhythm and rituals of your product team and gain confidence by taking on increasingly complex tasks.

      Try, learn, ship.

      By day 60, you will be comfortable operating within our development lifecycle from planning through production releases. You will have a broad understanding of our Android application architecture, and a deeper understanding of the user experiences within your team’s area of ownership and the API’s supporting these experiences. Weekly work that presents complex and varied challenges will make you familiar with processes, patterns, and best practices. Delivering work in regular releases will allow you to impact our end users.

      Solidifying the foundation.

      Beyond the first couple of months, you will grow into an autonomous operator, capable of architecting solutions to complex problems that are consistent with our existing patterns and best practices. You will partner with cross-functional engineering teammates, as well as your product manager, designer, and engineering manager to help build execution plans to build out new features that support our product and business strategy. By day 90 as Senior Android Engineer you will have the tools and confidence, to provide that foundational support for your product team.

      With a solid foundational understanding of platform architecture, design patterns, and best practices you will have opportunities to inform and affect change at the platform level to further your ownership, impact, and growth. Through partnership with product and design you will be empowered to influence strategy and end-user experience. Complex product problems, and technical challenges related to scale and modernization will present opportunities to establish yourself as a subject matter expert and pathways to continue learning and growing as an engineer.

      • 5+ years of Android development work, with 2+ years of Kotlin and Java, building native Android applications 
      • High working knowledge of leveraging RESTful API's
      • Familiarity with dependency injection framework, such as Dagger or Hilt
      • Experience with Jetpack Compose
      • Experience with MVVM design pattern and uni-directional data flow
      • Experience with Android build tools, such as Gradle and continuous integration
      • Experience integrating and working with 3rd party SDKs
      • Proven experience delivering software applications/features from inception to shipping within a cross-functional team environment
      • React programming experience, such as Kotlin Coroutines or RxJava

      Great to haves:

      • Experience with Kotlin Coroutines
      • Experience with Android testing frameworks such as JUnit and MockK
      • Familiarity with design and development collaboration tools (Figma, inVision, etc.)

      You ideally have 2-4 years of hands-on experience in front-end development, and you feel confident using modern technologiesto develop user-friendly features according to our clients’ needs.
