Job Description

The Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that our organization meets all cybersecurity compliance requirements as set forth by regulatory agencies and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience in managing and implementing cybersecurity compliance programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications

Position Requirements

Education:

  • University education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Professional certification in cybersecurity, such as CISSP (or Associate), CISM, or CISA

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in cybersecurity compliance management, preferably in an ISO27001 compliant organization
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001
  • Familiarity with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and vulnerability scanners
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

The Senior Talent Consultant provides strategic talent sourcing solutions to Cielo’s sourcing teams and hiring teams in client organizations. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with senior leadership and HR teams to understand the client’s workforce needs and developing strategic talent attraction plans aligned with those business objectives.
  • Collaborates with recruiters and hiring leaders to oversee recruitment processes, including job profiling, candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Strong background/experience in sourcing or recruiting is required.
  • Extensive specialized sourcing experience is required in at least 2 industries. Global sourcing exposure in these industries is preferred.

The Specialized Talent Sourcer identifies and attracts top candidates with specific skill sets or expertise to fill niche positions. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understanding and aligning with Cielo and client company’s vision and goals.​
  • Strategy meetings stakeholder/client. Deliver comprehensive support and consultation to business hiring groups in driving sourcing strategy. ​
  • Preparation and postings of job advertisements. ​
  • Writing job descriptions. ​

Qualifications

 

Experience:

  • Language Requirement: English, a plus if you speak Dutch

Exposure:
