What does a day look like for you here? 

Working on hybrid basis from our Manchester office, you will join us on a 3-month placement to gain practical experience and hands-on training in the field of Learning Design.

During your three-month contract, you'll embark on an engaging E-learning project for a newly launched product. Building content from the ground up, you'll have the chance to express your creativity and gain valuable experience throughout the process. As this is a new project, you'll have the autonomy to suggest innovative learning approaches and collaborate closely with our experienced L&D team to ensure the project's success.

During your time with us, you’ll have the support of  an outstanding L&D team which consists of L&D Partners and a dedicated leadership team.  You'll help create interactive e-learning courses, modules, and materials using tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.

About the role...

Qualifications

What do we need from you?

Cisco Networking

  • Experience of working within a multi-vendor environment with at least 3 to 5 years’ of hands on experience supporting Cisco Networks products including core routing and switching (ISE including ISR, Cat 9k, Nexus 5, 7 and 9k with ACI.
  • Meraki networking components.
  • Cisco DNA technologies.
  • Should hold one or more recognized Cisco accreditations to relevant CCNP standard (this may be offset by demonstrable experience with the ability to achieve certification in short period of time).

Extreme Networking

  • Experience of working within a multi-vendor environment with at least 3 to 5 years’ of hands on experience supporting legacy Brocade products and Extreme Switching tech plus Fabric technologies.
