As the Manager of Medicare Advantage (MA) Product, you will contribute to the development and implementation of innovative MA products and programs to meet the needs of our members and exceed business goals. As a Manager, Medicare Advantage (MA) Product, you will:

  • Partner with the Director, MA Products on the development and implementation of existing and future MA products and programs that align with the organization's strategic goals and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations, network, finance, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless product execution and effective communication of MA products to members and providers.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of MA products and programs, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring products meet or exceed performance benchmarks.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Focus on enhancing the member experience through effective program design and proactive member engagement strategies.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance for MA products and programs, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of projects related to MA products, ensuring milestones, documentation, and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Develop and present reports to senior leadership on product performance, including data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Success in this role looks like:

  • Within the first 90 days, you will gain a thorough understanding of current MA products and programs, build key partnerships, review performance data, explore improvement opportunities, and begin developing plans for potential product enhancements.
  • By the end of your first 6 months, you will advance product development, present strategic recommendations to senior leadership, and implement changes based on feedback.
  • Success in this role will be defined by your capability to evaluate the outcomes of implemented initiatives on both product performance and member satisfaction. Your adeptness in adjusting strategies based on these evaluations and your proficiency in delivering a comprehensive strategic plan alongside detailed performance reports to senior leadership will be key indicators of your success.

Qualities you possess…

  • US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a public trust clearance required.

Who we seek:

We are seeking a Compensation Senior Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all related employee compensation, such as payroll, stock-based compensation, bonuses, commissions, and T&E.   • Assist in preparation of quarterly share-based compensation calculations and maintaining stock option program 
  • Assist with Ad hoc payroll accounting projects
  • Assist the Controller and team with month end close processes within a short time frame monthly

Job Summary

  • At least 8 years of experience managing teams of software engineers

  • Experience with Agile development and methodologies; web and mobile application architecture and development
  • Experience with design systems, shared component libraries, and working with designers
  • The ability to manage a diverse and distributed team of engineers from all backgrounds

About The Team

The IT team is focused on enabling Life360 staff to have the tools, support, and equipment they need to be successful.  The IT team is responsible for helpdesk, employee permissions management, hardware support, supporting in-office technology (yes, we still have offices!), and business applications.

About the Job

Reporting to the IT Manager, this role will support day-to-day automations, work to build scalable long-term automation and assist team members in a fast-growing, remote-first company, and will form part of the global IT Operations team.

The US-based salary range for this position is $125,000 to $165,000. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement SOX Control Automation that removes or reduces the manual work required of IT and Control Owners. Work across the business to understand where inefficiencies can be corrected with automation.
  • Build automation between disparate systems, both internally developed and external tools, to support business efficiency. Utilize API integration and code-less tools to build scripted automation from the ground up.
  • Help build tools that support our move toward role-driven access controls and governance.
  • Support and extend existing automation. Recommend improvements to automation where necessary.
  • Extend our existing workflow systems (Jira, GitHub, AWS, etc) to introduce automation touch points that remove manual tasks.
  • Work with the compliance team to design time and need-based automation triggers to ensure compliance-related controls are executed correctly and on schedule.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for automation processes, workflows, and configurations.
  • Act as a top escalation point for incoming Help Desk requests.
  • Participate in on-call rotations.  
  • Develop automated monitoring solutions to detect and address issues proactively.
  • Mentor team members on best practices, building efficiently, and scalability. 

What We’re Looking For

  • Be a result-driven, strong critical thinker.
  • Have a deep understanding of API functionality.
  • Deep understanding of tools such as Postman, Tray, Zapier, GAM, OIG, Terraform, and Okta Workflows.
  • Good working knowledge of programming concepts, able to describe a solution in pseudo-code before implementation, or having a preferred language for this work. 
  • Demonstrable experience in Okta, AWS, Google Workspace, GitHub, and Atlassian administration and integration. 
  • Previous experience implementing RBAC.
  • Good communication skills and ability to create training materials and stand-alone documentation
  • The following are preferred: Okta Workflows Certification, Tray Build Practitioner Certificates, Groovy/ScriptRunner experience, Scripting experience (any language)
