About the Job

This role is for an Android engineer within the Life360 team.This person will be an integral part of the core of our app as they will be required to become experts in technologies supporting our highly visible mapping, communication, driving & safety features. We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Engineering Manager to lead our web development teams for life 360 and Tile e-commerce web portal. What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement SOX Control Automation that removes or reduces the manual work required of IT and Control Owners. Work across the business to understand where inefficiencies can be corrected with automation.
  • Build automation between disparate systems, both internally developed and external tools, to support business efficiency. Utilize API integration and code-less tools to build scripted automation from the ground up.
  • Help build tools that support our move toward role-driven access controls and governance.
  • Support and extend existing automation. Recommend improvements to automation where necessary.
  • Extend our existing workflow systems (Jira, GitHub, AWS, etc) to introduce automation touch points that remove manual tasks.
  • Work with the compliance team to design time and need-based automation triggers to ensure compliance-related controls are executed correctly and on schedule.

  • Act as a top escalation point for incoming Help Desk requests.
  • Participate in on-call rotations.  
  • Develop automated monitoring solutions to detect and address issues proactively.

What We’re Looking For

  • Be a result-driven, strong critical thinker.
  • Have a deep understanding of API functionality.
  • Deep understanding of tools such as Postman, Tray, Zapier, GAM, OIG, Terraform, and Okta Workflows.
  • Good working knowledge of programming concepts, able to describe a solution in pseudo-code before implementation, or having a preferred language for this work. 
  • Demonstrable experience in Okta, AWS, Google Workspace, GitHub, and Atlassian administration and integration.

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to join our team. By introducing automated UI testing, we can proactively identify defects, reduce regression risks, and maintain a high standard of quality. 

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Automation Intern to join our team on a three month duration basis. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our mobile application by participating in the designing, implementing, and maintaining our native automated test suite. 

The US-based rate for this position is 35/hr. 

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate closely with our native automation testing team to understand functional requirements and create and maintain Life360’s native automation framework
  • Translate functional requirements into detailed test cases
  • Create, maintain, and execute highly efficient and scalable automated native test scripts for both functional and regression testing

What We’re Looking For

  • Extensive hands-on experience with SQL.

About the Job

Life360 is looking for a talented Principal Product Manager to lead our efforts to offer the best possible product for each international market in which we operate and focus. You will be responsible for creating a plan and executing on this critical objective for the company, building out an experience that drives user growth and premium subscriptions outside the US. 

This is a highly cross-functional role, requiring deep collaboration with our marketing, design, engineering, and business teams (among others). You will drive decision-making through qualitative research and customer insights, as well as quantitative analysis and A/B testing, and be responsible for a range of activities, including new feature development, internationalization of the Life360 platform, and international compliance.

For candidates based in the US, the salary range for this position is $195,000 - $275,000 USD. For candidates based in Canada, the salary range for this position is $200,000 - $265,000 CAD. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the development of an effective, nuanced and user-centric international product expansion strategy, partnering with the executive team in the context of the broader International expansion strategy
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to modify existing or build new culturally relevant features and experiences that meet the needs of our members in key markets. 
  • Design, optimize and launch our membership plans in multiple countries 
  • Own and drive International key metrics that ensure our product is delivering measurable results for our users and business
  • Build a deep understanding of Life360 users (esp in international markets), utilizing qualitative and quantitative research to ensure we are building products that are valuable and usable
  • Ensure that the Life360 technology and platform allows for successful, efficient and effective operations across a range of International markets with differing technological and compliance needs
  • Work with the business development team to identify and integrate partners that are critical for membership experience in international markets
  • Partner with the Marketing team to create and enable a compelling GTM strategy in key markets

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of product management experience
  • At least 2 years of experience working on international roll-out of consumer products, ideally mobile apps with a large user base 
  • Demonstrated ability to build high quality, user-centric products, with several successful launches achieved
  • Experience with mobile app localization and internationalization 
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionality with engineers, designers, marketers, and company leadership
  • Ability to creatively problem solve, balance risk, effort, and impact in your decision-making
  • Entrepreneurial experience a plus

About the Job

At Life360, the Growth team plays a crucial role in scaling our user base and enhancing revenue streams, both for paid and free users. Our mission spans optimizing revenue and payment infrastructure, driving web/eCommerce strategies, and employing rigorous analytics to drive decisions

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to help organize, coordinate, communicate and deliver on business-critical growth initiatives. This position works hands on with engineering, product, marketing and design to define and execute the product roadmap.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Growth-Focused Engineering Programs: Spearhead initiatives across mobile, cloud, and web platforms focusing on user growth, retention, and revenue optimization. Growth programs will be iterative and outcome based. 
  • Analytics-Driven Execution:Utilize data analytics to inform the development of product roadmaps and release plans. Implement A/B testing and other experimentation frameworks to validate growth hypotheses.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Keep all stakeholders, including executives and team leads, informed of progress with an emphasis on measurable outcomes. Translate complex data into actionable insights and document decision making as well as thought process.
  • Process Optimization: Execute and refine engineering and program processes with a focus on efficiency and scalability. Implement best practices in analytics and experimentation within the team.
  • Metric & KPI Reporting: Define, implement, and monitor key performance indicators and metrics for growth initiatives. Establish and utilize existing systems for tracking and reporting these metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other Technical Program Managers, marketing and release teams to ensure alignment, prioritize resources effectively, and unify processes across functions.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders, fostering a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous learning while embracing our value of “members before metrics”.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of industry experience in a fast-paced tech company, directly managing the delivery of large, technically complex product development programs.
  • Experience with A/B experimentation frameworks.
  • Experience delivering Android, iOS and web applications.
  • Experience with Cloud Infrastructure and Service projects desired.
  • Superior communications skills: interpersonal, written, and presentation.
