We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our Customer Operations Team.  This role works cross functionally with our sales team to ensure that customers are onboarded in the best possible way. You will liaise with different operational teams,  finding innovative solutions to customer problems. • Ensure  smooth operation of all  processes  relating to customer onboarding
• Establish and maintain trusted and collaborative working relationships with internal and external teams to facilitate and accelerate the on-boarding processes, communicating effectively in writing and verbally.
• Proactively respond to internal and external customer queries in a timely manner
• Actively identify process improvement areas and solutions, communicating findings with team and leaders where appropriate.
• Manage set up activities in several dashboard systems, for our customers to go live with some of our products

Compensation:

About The Team

The IT team is focused on enabling Life360 staff to have the tools, support, and equipment they need to be successful.  The IT team is responsible for helpdesk, employee permissions management, hardware support, supporting in-office technology (yes, we still have offices!), and business applications.

About the Job

Reporting to the IT Manager, this role will support day-to-day automations, work to build scalable long-term automation and assist team members in a fast-growing, remote-first company, and will form part of the global IT Operations team.

The US-based salary range for this position is $125,000 to $165,000. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. What You’ll Do

• Design and implement SOX Control Automation that removes or reduces the manual work required of IT and Control Owners. Work across the business to understand where inefficiencies can be corrected with automation.
• Build automation between disparate systems, both internally developed and external tools, to support business efficiency. Utilize API integration and code-less tools to build scripted automation from the ground up.
• Help build tools that support our move toward role-driven access controls and governance.
• Support and extend existing automation. Recommend improvements to automation where necessary.
• Extend our existing workflow systems (Jira, GitHub, AWS, etc) to introduce automation touch points that remove manual tasks.
• Work with the compliance team to design time and need-based automation triggers to ensure compliance-related controls are executed correctly and on schedule.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for automation processes, workflows, and configurations.
• Act as a top escalation point for incoming Help Desk requests.
• Participate in on-call rotations.  
• Develop automated monitoring solutions to detect and address issues proactively.
• Mentor team members on best practices, building efficiently, and scalability. 

What We’re Looking For

• Be a result-driven, strong critical thinker.
• Have a deep understanding of API functionality.
• Deep understanding of tools such as Postman, Tray, Zapier, GAM, OIG, Terraform, and Okta Workflows.
• Good working knowledge of programming concepts, able to describe a solution in pseudo-code before implementation, or having a preferred language for this work. 
• Demonstrable experience in Okta, AWS, Google Workspace, GitHub, and Atlassian administration and integration. 
• Previous experience implementing RBAC.
• Good communication skills and ability to create training materials and stand-alone documentation
• The following are preferred: Okta Workflows Certification, Tray Build Practitioner Certificates, Groovy/ScriptRunner experience, Scripting experience (any language)

​​About the Role:

The Program Manager, Compounding will oversee critical programs and projects related to compounding across all pharmacies and will report to the Director of Compounding Production.  The Program Manager will focus on the strategic programs identified by the Operations leadership team and will directly support Safety, Compounding, Quality/Compliance, R&D, and Operations to ensure we meet our organizational objectives and goals. This PM will work closely with teams across the company, to ensure that critical compounding-related initiatives are met. This role will focus on C-Team strategic initiatives to ensure that projects, product launches, and critical functionalities within Compounding are properly managed across functions in order to meet deadlines and reflect the needs of various company stakeholders.  The PM will be creative, dedicated, and motivated, be passionate about healthcare, and love solving problems.

You Will:

• Lead project initiatives by ensuring critical business issues and medical compliance are addressed in project decisions; drive process changes based on stakeholder feedback; and ensure high-quality project deliverables.
• Deliver and support new equipment initiatives, including IQ/OQ, site acceptance testing, employee training, and site implementation.
• Support and deliver continuous improvement initiatives regarding workflow improvements, productivity enhancements, and increased capacity.
• Focus on the strategic road map as identified by Operations leadership to ensure critical projects and milestones are met while properly partnering with cross-functional partners to ensure company initiatives are realized.
• Evaluate program benefits to drive prioritization of decisions, and communicate financial impacts to our Finance partners.
• Collaborate closely with others to identify requirements, manage programs, prioritize based on need, and hit milestones
• Engage in dialogue and use good judgment to balance provider, operational, customer, and business priorities 
• Communicate operational KPIs and reinforce them through proactive feedback
• Develop and promote processes to facilitate streamlined work for the teams and cross-functionally
• At times, this role may serve as a proxy for the Director of Compounding Production or their direct reports.

You Have:

• 7+ years of work experience in project or program management or operations, preferably in pharmaceutical compounding, pharmaceutical production, nutraceutical production or food science. 
• Exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal: Confidently and clearly know what, when, and how to get a message across. Experience working diplomatically with high-profile stakeholders. 
• Self-starter aptitude and ability to work independently: At ease working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and managing competing priorities
• Presentation and analytical skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Suite, and able to learn our other platforms.
• Technical aptitude: Experience or ability to learn programs including but not limited to SQL, Confluence, Jira, Smartsheets, and Looker.

Conditions of Employment: 

• This position will require working with Hazardous Drugs (HD) and would require that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) be worn for the length of working with these drugs. These items would include gloves, respiratory protection, gown and other items as required.

Job Summary:

Rubrik’s Security Operations Center (SOC) team is responsible for threat detection and incident response for the organization. The SOC is the first to respond to cyber security incidents, report on cyber threats, and implement any changes needed to protect the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor security alerts across Rubrik’s corporate network, endpoints, cloud, and SaaS environments.
• Rapidly detect and accurately identify signs of intrusions and other malicious activity.
• Investigate and perform initial triage to determine impact and cause; managing issues through the Incident Response Process (IRP) lifecycle from beginning to end. 
• Analyze threats and vulnerabilities to determine criticality and risk.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive the resolution of events.
• Identify, document, and report on any information security (InfoSec) issues as well as emerging trends.
• Contribute to overall program maturity through providing feedback and ideas to refine and improve detection capabilities and response processes.
• Analyze and respond to previously unknown hardware and software vulnerabilities.
• Update and maintain accurate XSOAR incident case attributes and investigation details.
• Guide/train junior analysts and be an escalation point for investigations and processes.
• Assist the Incident Manager in driving a Security Incident through an Incident Response leveraging the defined IRP.
• Work with other team members to ensure XSOAR incident cases are detailed and meet SLO/SLA objectives.

• Experience with malware analysis through the use of sandbox environments, debugging tools, and/or disassemblers
