About Your Role
As a Client Experience Associate, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, offering expert guidance on our services, answering inquiries, and ensuring an overall smooth customer journey. Job Responsibilities

  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service through phone, email, text, live chat, and other communication channels.
  • Master Our Services and Tools: Learn our cleaning services, pricing structure, and internal management systems to efficiently assist customers and solve issues.
  • Assess and Solve Problems Quickly: Address client and cleaning staff inquiries or issues, ensuring both parties are satisfied with prompt and accurate solutions.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the customer experience and contribute suggestions to enhance our processes.

Who Are You?

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish (French a plus).
  • Customer Service Experience: At least 1–2 years in a call center or customer service role, with a proven ability to manage high volumes of inquiries.
  • Excellent Communicator: Whether over the phone, via email, or through live chat, you can effectively and clearly communicate with customers.
  • Team Player with Ownership: You take pride in your work and thrive as part of a team, yet can work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Adaptable: Able to navigate changing environments and adjust your communication style to fit different customer needs.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in multitasking, navigating different platforms and software tools simultaneously.

Technical Requirements

  • Reliable internet connection (500mbps+).
  • A dedicated, quiet workspace with two monitors and a headset.
  • Ability to type at least 50 words per minute with accuracy.

Computer Skills

  • Cleaning Company Booking Platforms: Launch 27, Booking Koala, Housecall Pro
  • Communication Platforms: Slack, Teams, etc.
  • Customer Service Platforms: Front, ZenDesk, Kustomer, etc.
  • Email: Gmail, Outlook, etc.
  • Documents: MS Word, Google Docs, etc.
  • Spreadsheets: MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
  • Phone VoIP: AirCall, RingCentral, Grasshopper, etc.
  • Texting Platforms: Hey Market, Text Magic, etc.
  • Social Media: Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Review Platforms: Yelp, Google, etc.

Preferred Experience

  • 2+ years of high-volume customer service experience or call center work.
  • At least 1 year of remote work experience.

About Your Role

As a Client Experience Associate, you are the customer’s first impression of Maid Sailors, lending expert knowledge of our brand and services for their home cleaning needs. You must be able to speak clearly on the phone to customers relaying pricing information, and also answer customer inquiries and chats.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service over different mediums including phone, email, text, and live chat.
  • Master Maid Sailors' services and internal management systems in order to service our customers quickly and accurately.
  • Provide support to both clients and cleaning staff by swiftly identifying and assessing customers' needs/problems.
  • Become a master of continuous improvement and help us improve every customers' experience.

Who are you?

  • A well-rounded team player who takes ownership of your work.
  • An effective and articulate communicator whether via text or spoken communication.
  • Adaptable to constant change and able to tailor your communication to your audience.
  • Highly proficient in multitasking and navigating multiple tabs and windows.
  • Able to type at least 50 wpm with accuracy.
  • Have a reliable internet connection.

  • Ability to speak Spanish or French
  • Knowledge of the NYC, Boston, Chicago, or Austin
  • Previous experience working in a call center environment or customer service role
