VPof Service Delivery | About You

As the VP of Service Delivery, your primary responsibility will be to lead and innovate service delivery across North America. You will ensure high-quality delivery across all service lines and business verticals. Leveraging your extensive experience in managing multiple simultaneous projects and adhering to budgetary expectations, you'll lead efforts to drive impactful solutions for clients across the globe. With a robust background in enterprise data projects and data science enablement, you bring a proven track record of success. Collaborating closely with solution architects, cross-functional partners, and the larger technology organization, you'll spearhead customer-focused service delivery initiatives. Your expertise in technology strategy, architectural vision, integration, and problem-solving will be pivotal in fostering innovation. While always focused on driving revenue growth through client expansion, you will focus on building a branded customer success program aimed at ensuring customer continuity, measuring client retention, and satisfaction.

VPof Service Delivery | Day-to-Day

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and maturity, leveraging expertise in building horizontally scalable, highly available applications and transforming traditional data warehouse approaches to Big Data & Stream Data-based solutions.
  • Provide inspirational leadership to the service delivery team, mentoring and coaching managers and individual contributors to maintain the highest level of standards and foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and drive client success.
  • Develop and lead customer success programs to measure client retention, expansion, and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the implementation of key projects and initiatives to achieve revenue growth, market expansion, and operational excellence.

VP of Service Delivery | Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in professional services and consulting delivery settings, with a proven track record of executing projects with major business impacts.
  • Hands-on experience in delivering $MM customer-facing enterprise solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate and lead with influence across an organization.
  • Experience in developing and deploying multi-pronged strategies for expanding current engagements.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering high-value, high-visibility, data-centric solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain sophisticated technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
