We are seeking a dynamic individual based in Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide to join our team and help us achieve our aggressive growth goals. As a Business Development Lead for OurFamilyWizard, you will be responsible for increasing growth in co-parent subscriptions by engaging with family law professionals to drive referrals. You will own relationship-building efforts with our current community of family law professionals. You will also support new business growth by developing and owning your end-to-end pipeline, including sourcing, qualifying, and closing new family law professionals. The best part, our product is completely free for family law professionals, so there are no budget objections to overcome!

By expanding the reach of OurFamilyWizard’s platform to parents and professionals who can benefit from more effective communication and collaboration, OurFamilyWizard will continue its mission of empowering families with a blueprint for coparenting.

What you willaccomplish:

  • Lead Generation:
    • Research and identify potential referrers through various channels to help us build a presence in AU/NZ (HubSpot, Google, LinkedIn, Industry events, Sales Events, Inbound referrals etc.).
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the legal industry, including law firms, court systems, Bar Associations, FDRP’s, mental health professionals, parent coordinators, court appointed guardians, etc.
  • Outbound Reach:
    • Initiate contact with prospects via outbound phone calls, emails, Linkedin, in person events and referrals.
    • Conduct introductory calls to qualify leads and understand their needs.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Conduct OFW presentations to showcase how it can meet professional needs and help their clients sustain a better co-parenting relationship.
    • Build & maintain long-term relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders, with regular follow up.
    • Check in with professionals to identify referrer challenges/concerns
  • Market Research:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
    • Provide feedback to Product Team on product needs and feature requests.

What you bring:

    • We are open to applicants based in Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide. This role will be a mixture of remote, office work and applicants must be willing to travel at least 25-40% throughout the country.
    • The role can include working away from normal working hours and applicants must be flexible with their timings as best as possible.
    • Previous software sales experience required.
    • Professional exposure to the legal field, legal sales, or previous experience engaging with the legal community.
    • Prior account management or relationship management experience.
    • Experience with CRM and/or modern sales management platforms.

    • Proactively engage with and educate the family law ecosystem through hosted workshops, webinars, curated conversations, industry conferences, and trainings, building greater visibility of the OFW brand within the community
    • Generate new sales leads through a mixture of outbound calling and emailing, following up on marketing campaigns
    • Turn leads into opportunities and rapidly progress them through the sales process
    • Conduct web-based and in-person product demonstrations
    • Manage prospect status, data integrity, and forecasting in HubSpot
    • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics
    • Close new referrers by getting them to refer OurFamilyWizard to relevant cases
    • Maintain and nurture new referrers to turn them into advocates and repeat referrers of OurFamilyWizard
    • Record and translate learnings and feedback you receive into actionable recommendations for our customer support, product & engineering teams
    • Account management is a critical part of the role, ensuring ongoing referrals including account growth, regular check-ins and acting as a trusted advisor.

      As a Quality Assurance Analyst with In Tandem, you will ensure we maintain customer trust and delight with every launch, new feature, and change we introduce in our applications. This role will primarily focus on supporting quality for Cozi and Custody Navigator but you will have the opportunity to shift across all platforms. You'll operate as a teammate to developers, product managers, and designers with ownership of a specific domain of our application. You'll play a critical part in shaping the experiences we deliver by developing a deep knowledge of this domain, and an understanding of what problems that our application solves for the families that rely on us to help bring more stability, predictability, and peace of mind through organization, collaboration, and communication tools.

      From there, you'll craft and execute test maps that assure new functionality meets our customers' expectations when it lands in their hands. This role will allow you to think both creatively and critically about how we build, verify, and deliver products. Ultimately success is achieved through having empathy for the families and practitioners we serve every day, as well as your teammates.

      Whatyou’ll accomplish:

      • Perform front and back-end system, integration and regression testing for a suite of web-based and mobile applications
      • Develop strategy for test cases, test plans, test schedules, automated testing and scripting using Selenium
      • Author, implement, and execute individual test cases both manually and through automated tools
      • Provide breakdown of QA tasks and time estimates for project planning
      • Train team members on application functionality, processes and QA tools
      • Attend Product Design meetings and assess testability and suitability of requirements against existing product paradigms and user expectations
      • Develop and document both business requirements and test cases
      • Attend weekly Development meetings to represent quality assurance process and code stability
      • Work with development to triage existing bugs and ensure that bugs, enhancements, and change requests follow the established lifecycle
      • Manage lifecycle exceptions to minimize risk and address company needs
      • Determine and communicate stability of releases with known risks prior to release ultimately determining when a release is ready for production

      • Experience in legal technology or legal profession in some way.
      • Scrum Master / Agile Coach training.
