We provide an end-to-end, intelligent, personalised offers platform that enables offer sourcing, merchant-funded rewards, card-linked redemption, and geolocation services for financial institutions and enterprises. Pulse iD provides a seamless solution that delivers targeted and personalised content to consumers, supercharging clients’ business growth while reducing operational costs and complexity.
Job Responsibilities:
- Affiliate Relationship Management: Maintain and manage relationships with multiple affiliate partners.
- Offers Setup: Set up and activate new offers in affiliate systems and Pulse iD’s platform.
- Daily Reporting: Log in to affiliate systems to collect and prepare daily transaction reports. Convert these reports to Pulse iD’s specified format and upload them to the Pulse iD system.
- Email Monitoring: Keep an eye on a dedicated email inbox for any changes in commission rates, suspension of offers, and other essential updates from partners.
- Apply for New Offers: Periodically engage with affiliate systems to apply for new promotional opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Required Skills: Attention to detail, ability to work with multiple data sets and online systems.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Experience: Knowledge or prior experience in affiliate marketing or cashback programs is a plus but optional
Ideal Candidate
- A junior individual is comfortable with data entry and managing multiple online systems.
- Should be willing to work long hours if required and can meet deadlines.
- The ideal candidate should have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and having experience in Excel Advance is an advantage.
